Chris, the owner, was straightforward, professional, and very hands-on throughout the entire project. What impressed me most was that he worked right alongside his crew every day and appeared to work just as hard as anyone on the team. The crew consistently arrived just before 7:00 AM, but never started work early out of consideration for us and our neighbors. They were dependable, communicative, and showed up exactly when they said they would. Another thing that really stood out was how clean and organized they kept the job site. At the end of each day, they thoroughly cleaned the area around our home, swept the sidewalks, and carefully searched for nails and debris. Chris was also very accurate and honest with his estimates. He explained upfront that any damaged wood replacement would be additional because it's impossible to know the extent of hidden damage ahead of time. In our case, there was a significant amount of dry rot and insect damage, but all of the extra woodwork still came in well within the estimated range he had provided. The project was also completed about a day earlier than expected. As an added touch, Chris even offered to paint the fascia for us if I supplied the matching paint. Overall, this was an outstanding experience from start to finish. We've worked with many contractors over the years, and this company ranks among the very best. The rains that we just had confirmed that leak was still there proving the 4th attempt was unsuccessful. Now I still have a leak in my roof and I am out $4000.00. I added some pictures of the work they did. After the first repair failed they sent the guys back who randomly put patches and roof mastic on where they though the water may be getting through. The tech left and told me that the fixtures were not functioning and would need to be diagnosed with another visit. I was given a quote for 1100 dollars to fix the issue. I called Premo and Sergio sent over 2 techs within the hour. They were able to resolve the issue in half an hour. They were polite and professional. It was a simple fix and it cost me $350 vs 1100. I would highly recommend Premo for their fast service, good pricing, and competent technicians. So happy to have used them!!!

Just a warning, this review is going to be pretty long. But if you're thinking about reinsulating…read moreyour home, that's a pretty big task, so I'll add as much detail as I can to help you! Background: The credit for green energy was ending in 2025, and I had always wanted to reinsulate my home because it was so cold in winter and super hot in summer. I went through many different companies and seeing how people felt about them, and I saw a lot of horror stories. I called up a few companies and found out that insulation is kind of like roofing, where a sales person and a tech comes, where the tech looks around and the sales person tries to scare you into using their company right then. They might say something like "your attic is super hot" (that's normal, well, up to a point), or "we'll give you a special deal if you say yes right now". Just kind of shady stuff overall. One big thing that people mention is that while insulation is good, you need to airseal your attic as well - this was another thing I was looking to get done. Initial Meeting: So I was kind of expecting that when I called Attic Professional. Fortunately, that was not the case at all! From other reviews you might have figured that the owner, Bryan, is incredibly respectful and treats customers well. I got to experience that as well. One thing I was surprised at is he had inside shoes (the kind you see in Japan) and put them on and off when walking around the house. He went up into my attic and really dug around to look for issues like pests or mold (besides the poor insulation layers). We went around the home together to look for clogged vents. He didn't try to sell me on anything - I remember reading one review that said he didn't try to sell them things they didn't need, and that was my experience too. He said they could put more insulation in on my existing one, or take out the old one and put new one in; but neither would have a substantial difference. I went ahead and asked him to remove the old insulation and put new insulation in just for cleanliness. I even later changed my mind and asked for a custom insulation scheme - some fiberglass batting and mostly blown-in, and he had no problem accommodating that. Oh, and they would include airsealing gaps in the attic with fire resistant foam! Reinsulation: A few weeks later, he and his team brought his truck up to my house. They covered many surfaces with plastic drop cloth to prevent insulation from flying around - they taped doorways so I could come through, and they taped cardboard to corners in the house so their insulation blower tube wouldn't cause damage. They put canvas drop cloths on the floors to protect them. There was a bit of fiberglass and debris around after, but it was very, very minor. I understand how difficult it is to be flawless with cleanup, but these guys were very good. The work was smooth and quick - only a few hours. I didn't have to add much input and the team was in and out. Bryan left for another site for an hour or so, but everyone was just as respectful as Bryan, and they told me he was a very good person to work for. Always nice to see that the employees have a good opinion of the company as well. One thing that I thought was interesting is after they removed all the previous insulation, they let me look at the attic and see how they stapled their measuring tapes. Apparently, some insulation companies will scam their customers and fold up their measuring tapes so it shows more insulation than what's actually in there. I was able to verify myself that all the measuring tapes were correct. Bryan and I did a final check on the attic together and I was very happy. Above and beyond: A month or so later, I was very curious about the insulation and really wanted to optimize the house, so I got one of those FLIR guns (temperature sensor guns) to see if the attic was perfectly insulated. As expected there were a few spots that had a bit of uneven insulation (after all, nobody's perfect), but for the most part everything was good. I sent Bryan a text about these spots, and he immediately he and his crew to come add some more insulation and pack it in. Now everything on the camera looks great. I think it's pretty rare to find such attention to quality, and I was very impressed. Results: In the San Diego weather by home would average 63 degrees when outside it was around 48. Now, the house never drops below 68, and it averages around 72 year round. When it's 85 degrees outside, it might be 76-78 inside. I've seen the temperature inside crack 80 maybe twice in the last year, and never seen it below 65. This is with no heater, no AC running EVER. So TLDR: I would completely recommend using Attic Professional for your insulation. Take a look at their price, but I find their quality far outshines anything I've seen, and I think I got a steal of a deal (with the now-removed credit sadly).

We got a couple other quotes from other guys that were pushy with options and we knew they were giving us additional services even though it was obvious that there was no rodent activity in the attic. Bryan gave us a very competitive and reasonable price. His crew came, did the job, was super chill, and completed the job. House feels amazing now! We first used Logsdon Roofing for roofing and gutters on a piece of property we were selling last year. Justin Berge was the estimator that came out and provided us an estimate and answered our questions. Through some schedule and process issues with the sale, Logsdon had to adjust their schedule for our needs. Through the entire process, Dana, Sheridan and Justin always responded to calls and emails. The communication was excellent. We found the entire organization to be professional and courteous. We have since used them for a roof repair and a roof replacement, as well as new gutters on our own home. Dana Logsdon Roofing just completed an entire roofing job for my 3,300 sq ft home in Jamul, CA. This roofing job included working in a highly cooperative manner with the Solar company that uninstalled the 30 solar panels they originally put in place in 2013, which allowed roofing work to commence as scheduled to put down roofing underlayment. Then, the Solar company installed flashings for their solar panel stanchions, followed by the rest of the roofing work to include re-laying the roof tiles. Once roofing was completed solar panels were re-installed. Dana Logsdon Roofing then came back and walked the roof to ensure all roofing was correctly installed. Dana's was the only company to commit to a small gutter install job like mine, they were quite backed up and it was a wait but at least they locked me into an appointment and kept it (trust me, I never take this for granted!). Anyway, it was well worth the wait. The product and workmanship was top rate. The two installers Devan and Daniel were the best. Professional, efficient, and respectful to both property and myself. They also went above and beyond ensuring that a few extras (additional tweaks around grass area) were set up correctly, they weren't required to do that. This company is located in a business strip across from the residential street I live on. They instruct their employees to park on the residential street - which clogs up the parking all day M-F. As if that wasn't inconsiderate and bad-neighborly enough, their employees routinely double park their work trucks in the middle of the street, causing a dangerous traffic hazard, as they stop by their private vehicles throughout the day to get stuff from their cars. I have had my roof for 23 years, I think it is time to have a check up. I looked at my roof personally, let's just say, it was a little... "roogh". For some reason when it rains some water leaks into my house. Devan Dale from Dana Logsdon Roofing provided a roof replacement estimate. He provided the estimate one day after my initial call as it was an emergency. He arrived on time, was very professional and was very knowledgeable. This was my third roofing replacement estimate and Deven was, by far, the most knowledgeable and helpful. Dana Logsdon Roofing easily earned our 5 stars this week. They did a great job installing a roof on our home addition a few years back, so when we needed new gutters on the house we knew who to call. The gutter crew run by Devan did a wonderful job. They produced very high quality work, kept us fully informed at every step, kept the work site clean, and finished ahead of schedule. It's rare to see that level of hands-on management. They also handled the solar panel dismount and reinstall flawlessly, which is not a trivial task. Even though I'm now upgrading my system due to the NEM 3.0 transition, their work made that process seamless. Post-installation support has been just as impressive. They've continued to be responsive and helpful, especially coordinating around my new solar project--something many companies tend to disappear on after the job is done. Pricing was very reasonable for the level of quality and service provided. And as a bonus--no nonsense on the job site. Unlike some other crews I've seen in the neighborhood, these guys were professional the entire time. So I developed a roof leak at our home and the existing roof was at least 25 years old so it was now time for roof replacement! I did my research and contacted the owner Troy whom was very thorough and informative during our conversation and he answered all of my concerns. The next step was to have my roof inspected, address any concerns and formulate an estimated cost for recommended repair. The estimator Dylon spent nearly 45 minutes performing a complete and thorough inspection. I have solar panels and gas lines mounted on our roof which complicated the roof replacement process. Good news is San Diego County Roofing (SDCR) partners with a great solar company and therefore de-activating the solar system, solar panel(s) removal, replacement and re-activation of the solar system is all taken care of through SDCR. Also SDCR warranties all work provided by their partnering solar company. I chose SDCR to replace my roof and what a great decision it was. I was updated and kept informed through each and every step of of the roof replacement process. I had some wood issues (rotting, worn out etc...) and the cost for the wood replacement was very reasonable. Tarps were laid out to cover our pool and artificial turf and after each day the residence was thoroughly cleaned of debris. Edgar the supervisor was always available whenever I had any questions or concerns. Also Dylon was always "Keeping tabs" with the progress and kept me informed of any issues and offered options when applicable. I felt very comfortable knowing that Dylon was always "on top" of things! Upon completion of the job, Juan invited me to view the new roof replacement and informed me of all that had been done and answered all of my questions and concerns. He even explained that my flat roof section of the garage had 2 sheets of "roofing" (know as "torch down") installed as compared to 1 sheet of roofing which most roofing companies provide, something I wouldn't have known. Everything was great and I was extremely satisfied EXCEPT one big problem! Apparently during the process of replacing my roof, a section of my newly installed artificial turf in the front of my house became damaged. I contacted Troy to discuss this big concern not knowing what to expect. After our discussion he instructed me to have the turf replaced and that I would be reimbursed for any and all cost. I had the artificial turf replaced at a cost of $2,200 and true to his word troy had a company check in the amount of $2,200 sent to my house within (1) week. So rest assured SDCR will give you phenomenal service. The company is professional, honest and transparent every step of the way from start to completion. This company has proved should something go wrong, they will make it "right". I highly recommend SDCR and I'm so glad I made the right choice! You should make the right choice too!

I called upon Roofing Specialists (Robert), to address what appeared to be a noticeable drip down the side of my home just below the eave. It appeared to be something small and wanted to confirm this, so I turned to the pros to check this out. What appeared to be small was actually a bigger problem that was only discovered by Robert after a close examination. Cracked roof tiles allowed rainwater to drip underneath and damaged some of the wood. This, along with flashing around the chimney caused intrusions that needed repair. Everything identified was backed by actual photographs showing what was needed. After receiving the quote, work was scheduled shortly thereafter and his team arrived on time which was completed in half of a day. Throughout the repair, I receive photographs showing the problems, the work that was underway during and after it was completed. They were conscious of leaving the yard around the work area cleaned from any debris and upon completion, you could not detect anyone performed work on the roof. This company is top notch and I recommend anyone seeking their services to retain them for issues, large or small. No high-pressure efforts to do more than is needed, but will give you a good assessment of things to consider to avoid issues in the future. They are the real deal!

My project has a 28-panel solar system (lease) - so I was up against the additional obstacle of coordinating with the solar group to take those down (and put them back up) so the roof could be accessed. Nick at RC Roofing made himself readily available before, during, and after the project. He answered all of my questions fully and clearly. He explained everything in a way I could understand, and I never felt rushed as I was talking with him. He even helped me coordinate/communicate with the solar group to ensure all the timing worked out, and to ensure the solar group didn't pierce/damage the new roof upon reinstall. If you're evaluating roofers, this is your group. If their proposal wasn't the lowest you received, I'd still recommend them, as you can't put a pricepoint on reliability and communication.
