The technician answering the telephone was very pleasant. He gave me a choice of times. The initial time was later that same day I called! Another time was given in the event that the technician was unable to make the timeframe I first chose. The technician then later called to ask if he could come early!!! YES! He came out, explained thoroughly what the code mean and what he felt the issue was and fixed it immediately. He also explained another issue the code could mean but thought that it was only the fan issue and not a coolant issue. So he fixed it quickly and ensured I knew to call him should the issue reappear. I was very pleased with the honesty and integrity of the men in this company. They chose to do their business in honesty, not overcharging for service not necessary. Because I am an older woman, many companies seem to try to take advantage and overcharge. NOT THIS COMPANY!!! CALL THEM! I now have a fully functioning refrigerator that has been going strong. The whole cost was less than $100. The technician even gave me information on what to ask for at Home Depot/Lowes to fix the issue of re-hooking up the water line after the water line was moved during a downstairs complete remodel.

"She" scheduled an appointment for the next day between 12:30 and 2:30pm. The bot never gave any idication that the call was finished, it just went unresponsive and left me hanging until I finally hung up. The next day we waited through the two hour window. No one ever called, no one ever showed up. Sarcon is completely useless as far as I'm concerned.

Less than a day the freezer continued to have issues they came back out and stated it was misdiagnosed and they replaced a fan. After 3 emails they came back out a third time on 2/17/22 This time they replaced the fan timer and charged an additional 85 dollars. Overall this wasn't done correctly the first time and they continued to charge me after claiming the work has a 90 day warranty. The whole point of a diagnostic fee is to CORRECTLY diagnose the problem the first time. Total cost is 260 never again As of 02/22/22 scheduled a technician for ongoing issues with the Freezer they wasted my entire day and did not show up this companies lack of professionalism and lack of care is unmatched at this point i feel like they are not using new parts. 2/23/22- Technician who arrived again at was absurdly rude to my girlfriend I was on the phone with her at the time . I had spoken to the owner over the weekend he offered some money back for all the headache and being charged multiple times. The technician Gave us the wrong refund check for with another couples name and told us we can find another company to fix our refrigerator. We either want the problem fixed or a refund not both.. One of the big box stores' websites claimed they had bisque (but not locally) and could deliver in a few months. So we debated a bit about black, white, or stainless. When we needed repairs on two of our other (similarly old) appliances the repairman said the parts were no longer available. I had seen Smith's near the fairgrounds and knew roughly where it was, so I called, got good directions via phone, and was greeted promptly by the owner. When I said I needed an over the stove microwave - in bisque - instead of "sorry" he said he tries to keep bisque in stock and had one in the back room right now, new in box! Would next week be ok? Yes please! His deliver - install - haul away price was far better than the chain store prices AND he had it in stock! The installers arrived on time, removed the old one, checked the new one, and determined that the opening in the cabinetry was too deep ; the new one would go in but the doors wouldn't open. Oops! They called someone to handle the necessary carpentry, which was done efficiently for a perfect fit. No muss, no fuss. The new microwave fits AND works perfectly, and matches our other bisque appliances. Nobody is predicting another 27 years, but that's ok - I'm sure our other appliances will fail sooner or later and we know where to go!
