Old Navy is known for their summer clothing deals and today I thought I hit the jackpot with $6.00, yes thats right, 2XL tank tops in a few different colors. Went to the fitting room and tried on one but then noticed it was 100% cotton which means its gonna be a half-top after one wash. The ladies wandered around a bit finishing up their shopping with purchases while I left defeated and walked across to Brooklyn Boys for pizza to cheer me up. read more

The parking lot was under construction so much less spaces. Trying to find a pair of sandals and a cute top for my Keys trip and knew i would have a better chance than Saks. Deal signs everywhere from $6 - $10. Spent about 30 minutes here and my daughter found a bathing suit and flops. No doubt that if you want a cheapy logo shirt you can find it here. read more

Today August 16 2026. Was in old navy boca raton glades and 441. The manager ODALYS most horrendous customer service ever. Not professional. She doesn't help with the price of some pants chifon harem, DON'T HELP AT ALL. DON'T adjust the price in online is different price and told me with awful attitude and raising the voice "Do you want or Not." Definitely I don't going to buy on old navy anymore. Located in the Shadowood Square, it was a busy Saturday at this Old Navy. Back-to-school deals and various sales throughout the store were a big draw, attracting many people. I was in dire need of new jeans, and I had Super Cash from a previous online order to use for savings. There is a large selection of good quality jeans styles for women of different body types, such as: baggy, wide leg, flare, boot-cut, straight, boyfriend, vintage slim, mom jeans, OG loose, maternity, mid-rise & high-rise super skinny, and NEW barrel leg. Selected jeans were on sale for $22 and up. I grabbed some pairs of straight, flare, boot-cut, and wide leg jeans in both a size 8 and 10 to try on in the fitting room. Immediately I did not like the look of the flare and wide leg jeans; the leg part was way too wide on my body. I did like the straight and boot-cut jeans; both were a comfortable fit with some stretch. The only irritating moment was the constant knocking on the fitting room door, and me repeatedly saying, "SOMEONE'S IN HERE!" Don't people realize that a locked door means it's occupied? I chose six different jeans then waited patiently in the long line while the three cashiers tended to each customer in a timely manner. Checkout for me was pretty decent, after redeeming the Super Cash and my Old Navy rewards, I ended up saving big on my purchase. I earned another Super Cash to use during the first week of October. Perfect, I can use it on some new hoodies, pullover sweaters, and flannel shirts. read more

I walked out with two, very full, large brown bags worth of back to school clothes for my grandson. Of course I spent way too much, but they had great sales and my grandson liked the clothes. I wanted to give a special shout out to Bianca. She was so warm and friendly and just so lovely. Old Navy, you need more employees like Bianca. This is a large, clean, well organized store. It's in the corner of the shopping strip so there are lots of parking spaces. You don't have to walk to a mall, either, to access the store. It seems to have more inventory than the ON I usually go to in Fort Lauderdale. Right now, lots of items are on sale plus you can use your cash coupons if you have any. This makes for lots of bargains. I usually find more stuff that fits and that I like, so it's a question of winnowing down what I think I'll actually wear the most. I like the fact that they have fad items at not too expensive a price, so you can be trendy and in the moment but not feel badly if you only wear something a time or two. I shopped without much help as I usually do, but when I had a question I was able to find assistance. I used the dressing room -- no problem. The best staff contact was the guy who rang up my stuff. He was gracious enough to figure out which discount would give me the best savings. Plus he had a pleasing personality so it made for a good shopping experience. read more

Although the new location is big and new and organized, it's still a bit inconvenient. It was easier being located in the Town Center Mall (not too mention a whole lot closer to home). The new location tool over the old Borders book store but it sure seems a lot larger. This Old Navy store has all those same inexpensive clothes and all those incredibly priced sale items. And they have a section for everyone (men, women, kids, athletics, jewelry and I could have sworn I saw a pets area). read more

Let's start out by saying I LOVE old navy! I shop here very often .While stopping by the one in Boca particular to do a return the employee patty was very rude ! She needs to learn customer service skills. There was no greeting and the way she handled my items coming out of the bag as if it was to filthy for her hands to touch ! She made me very uncomfortable as a customer and I will not be returning . She also didn't put my money in my hands she sat it on the counter ! I am beyond disgusted and unsatisfied. read more

Ordered something online while shopping at this store in June 2020, received it within 2 weeks. The store is somewhat less organized than some other stores I visited, but I think it's only due to the size. There is so many items on the clearance in a little space that it can look cluttered. read more

I ordered clothes on line since stores are closed. Have waited 30 days and still has not shipped. Trying to call was impossible. Spent many hours waiting for customer service. when I finally got through on two occasions, 1 1/2 hours on hold on phone, got same answer both times. They're busy cleaning warehouse because of virus so it's delayed. Have ordered from many stores and there were slight delays. I also always get a foreign country rep who won't switch me to U.S. support. Will cancel my account at this store as their customer service is horrible, and they obviously don't care about customers. I guess without customers they think they can stay in business..they'll be next company to go. read more

Worst experience ever. Took 30 minutes to check out because they had to check the price on every item I purchased. To top it off the staff was rude when I was leaving. Instead of offering tot ale cart for me as I was trying to place it in correct area they just scolded me that I couldn't take it outside. The store is a wreck and staff is not helpful. In true Old Navy fashion, this store in West Boca has terrible, never ending check out lines - even at10am on a Tuesday!! Could not believe how rude some of the cashiers were to the customers. I watched in disbelief as Jennivieve, one of the cashiers, berated an elderly woman about an item she returned being past 45 days. The woman was quiet and sweet, didn't even fight back, but the cashier ended the transaction by shoving her receipt into her purse for her. Takes customer service to the next level. read more

I normally don't write about some of these stores, but the service by the staff here is what was exceptional to me. The staff was attentive to my needs, and answered any questions I had. They weren't pushy like some other associates would be, especially at the register when they ask if you would like to sign up for their credit card. The associate Manny, is who stood out from the rest. He really went out of his way to help me out. I'll be making at least another stop while I'm still in town. read more

If you buy something at Old Navy you better keep your receipt. It is almost impossible to return anything without it. I tried last night and was told they would give me $4.00 for an item I paid $12.00. They had to have a check sent for items I was able to return. I could not have it taken off my Old Navy card nor could I get a store credit so I could have used the money to buy something else since I was already in the store. I also could not use the credit to buy anything online at their website. They have horrible return policies and I will be cancelling my Old Navy card tomorrow. Too much of a hassle to buy from them. read more
