Great store! Always good values. Especially love the candle selection and price. Also, the clothing choices are all in style.

I always enjoy the treasure hunt in the Marshall's store. My favorite categories are cookware, skincare, and dinnerware. If you are patient and dig often, you can find real good stuff from top notch brands (Le Creuset, All-Clad, Staub, Dr.Bronner...) there for very reasonable prices. Sometimes the parking lot gets busy but it's so big you can always find a place to park. read more

This Marshall's has more designer brand clothing than the others; they obviously stick their stores based on location and clientele. Whenever I'm in the vicinity, meaning if I'm a few miles from here, I will deliberately drive out of my way to stop in! My wardrobe appreciates it! As I do at all Marshall's / TJ Maxx / HomeGoods and Ross stores, I go in with an open mind and scour the entire footprint. You can tell what the seasons newest trends are by observing what merchandise they are carrying in bulk. Last night the clothing section was loaded with Sherpa. Sherpa vests, jackets, capes, shawls - it was everywhere. Must be one of this Falls "must-haves." Same with the pillows - the colors not only change with the season, they change with whatever color scheme is popular. Of course the store was already stocking up on Halloween and a Fall items, exploding throughout every department. Halloween costumes, dish towels, pillows, throws, kitchenware, food items, home decor - all in shades of fall or embellished with pumpkins, leaves, turkeys! Last night my only purchase was a set of white Turkish towels. A friend is visiting next week and thought it would be nice to treat them to new cushy towels! Almost made it out of the store without a random purchase, but as I finished my purchase and was walking along the checkout counter, I spotted dark chocolate covered marshmallows; my weakness. Usually Marshalls carries milk-chocolate everything and I can walk right by, but I can't pass up chocolate covered marshmallows when the chocolate is dark! Had to go back through the checkout line, but it was so worth it! The store is clean, well organized and never gets out of hand like some of the other locations. I used to like this location, but after hello kitty hunting almost every day with no success I overheard an employee talking about how he takes everything and resells it. And sure enough i found every new hello kitty release on an eBay page that's 10 miles from me. Incredibly disappointed that employees are allowed to steal stock like this before it even hits the floor. Needless to say I will no longer be visiting this location. read more

The service was awful-there were at least 5 people on the floor stocking items, but only 1 cashier and they refused to open the fitting rooms due to "lack of staff". As we were leaving, a young girl who had been stocking right near the cash register and had seen the line for the last 15 min decided to open another cash register, so it isn't that none of the stockers were trained. read more

The employees here are always so pleasant and upbeat! You get high end service at half the price lol I know I sound like a commercial, but every time I leave there, I always leave with a smile on my face because everyone there is always so welcoming and kind. granted 60% of the time their selection is lacking but it's still worth it read more

I gave it four stars for value but they lost a star because of their ridiculous habit of putting their almost unremovable price stickers right on the front of any bottle, whether it's skin and hair care, bath products, oils, candles or food. I buy a lot of things there to make baskets and it takes me hours to take every sticker off every item. Come on guys, use your common sense, put it on the bottom, so I can just use a black marker over the price. Such an easy fix. read more

Wow I can't even believe tonight I walked in the door 30 minutes before closing and two clucking hens were sitting there At the entrance and had the audacity to greet us saying "we close in 30 minutes ." Geee thanks for the warm welcome ladies , why don't you get over there and help your coworkers who are bogged down with super long lines instead of sitting here yacking and trying to defer people from coming in! Extremely disrespectful rude incompetent people who lack customer service ! Most likely upset that they have to be here working instead of sitting on the couch collecting unemployment checks. read more

Good gravy I love this Marshall's. My in-laws live right by here and so I always hit this joint for some retail therapy. I'm a dude, so you know it's got to be some good shopping. I've found great deals on fitted hats, basketball shorts, etc. and I can't help but scouring the whole store in eager excitement for good deals. There's a Dollar Store and a useless Tuesday Morning nearby to keep you busy. Little Caesars, Panda Express and Baskin Robins ensure you can shop all day without starving to death. Compared to Ross and TJ Maxx, this is the best of both worlds. The cheapness of Ross with the better brands of TJ Maxx without the TJ Maxx price hike...at least not completely. read more

OK, it may not be fair to write this, but life isn't fair. This review is not for customer service or anything like that, but rather their dress selection. I have been to many Marshall's in my life and have been wowed by their dresses (ahem .. the one in Lloyd Center). I came out of the way to see this one, but I should have stayed on I-5 headed home. About two weeks ago my 76 years old mother-in-law wanted to buy gifts for her friend's grand children in Japan for Christmas so I thought Marshalls was a good one stop quick shopping place for her to go. She ended up getting 10 items (6 toys and 4 girl clothings). Among the 10 items there were 2 identical Justice packable rain jackets for her friend's twins. Although the jackets were identical but they were priced differently. One was $10.00 and the other one with a little matching nylon tote bag was $21.99. However, she later then found out one of the twins is much taller so the jacket wouldn't fit her so we decided to return the one with a tote bag that was $21.99. I went back to the store today to return it. Guess what?! The cashier lady (1032) told me that the tag didn't belong to the jacket I was returning. It belonged to a boy's wear hence she was not able to refund me $21.99 as stated on the price tag attached to the jacket but $10.00 because that's what it's supposed to be as shown on the receipt.The cashier then told another lady saying that the tag didn't belong to the jacket and they both agreed that they can only refund me $10 for it. Honestly I was a little confused when she told me the price tag didn't belong to the jacket because I returned the item in the exact same condition as how we got it about two weeks ago with tags attached to the zipper along with the nylon tote bag. If anything I thought they should be the ones that apologized to me for the confusion because somebody in their store must have messed up the tag. Anyhow, I didn't want to argue because my mother-in-law already left the country with the gifts and I didn't have anything to prove my case; so I just went ahead and agreed with whatever refund amount they gave me so I don't have to be stuck with something I don't need. Furthermore it was only $11.99 difference and I didn't want to spend another minute in that store feeling like I was being accused of trying to cheap scam them. Such awful experience and I will never shop there ever again. read more

Not bad. Went in and walked out with several reed diffusers and soy candles. I had no idea how much of this stuff they had. I also bought new pillows for my bed. Prices are decent for their products. Parking is plentiful. read more
