Shopping online and being able to pick up needed items within 2 hours is very convenient. If they are out of stock of your requested item, Target offers a substitution of a similar item, offers to hold the requested item at a nearby store, or offers to ship the item to you if it's available. It's your choice. They recently started a drive up return option, which I used for the first time the other day, which was awesome - no waiting in line or having to get out of your car, just start the return on the app, an employee comes out to get it from you, scans the return, sends a receipt, and sends you on your way.

One of my favorite haunts to shop is Williams Sonoma and still one of my places to shop! I have seen this place mobbed with shoppers and I have seen this place struggle at certain times but in all it has been a big draw for shoppers with plenty of parking! The massive food court has always interested me to sit and grab food while I take a rest to shop again! What really peaked my interest in the Mall was in 2024 while home I watched a documentary called SECRET MALL APARTMENT on Cable which was a true to life story of 8 Rhode Island Artists who actually built a 750 square foot Apartment hidden in the hidden spaces of the Mall! In 2003 and supposedly lived undetected and unnoticed by anyone for about 4 years! It was fascinating to see in the movie the amount of furniture and items they got past security or anyone ! To think I was there shopping and had no idea this was happening under my nose while in the mall! So, since the discovery of said Apartment This Mall has been something of a surprise and I will continue to enjoy my shopping experience here always! I hope that all the stores get lots of foot traffic to continue being a staple to the Mall!

Theres usually a line, as to be expected, but the last few times I've gone it's been slower & less careful. I had bought 2 decorations today that weren't wrapped and both got scratched in transit due to that.. for a store where most things arent duplicates this is disheartening. Ill be sure to specifically request my items be wrapped moving forward. In the past the cashier always just did it.

I was also looking for some Car Care items and they had a large selection of them. I did not realize how many auto items they sell and the variety of them. First Aid kits, car mats, Armor All sprays and wipes, etc. The prices are higher since the pandemic, many items are 10-50% higher, so inflation is here to stay for a while. As soon as I walked in, I wondered why it had taken me so long to check it out. Located in an old warehouse, CMI doesn't have that warehouse feel. A good size room, filled with hand-braided rugs and baskets, the place is cheerful and inspiring. Even though I wasn't looking to buy anything, I just couldn't resist purchasing a Pawtucket rug (made from scraps of fabric) and a basket (perfect for storing those odds and ends). The staff were friendly and helped with moving rugs, giving the background to how they are made, and helping to roll them up for take away. While I was there during a huge sale, it seems that even the normal prices are pretty reasonable, as it was, I got a full area rug for less money that my IKEA rug cost me. And it is more beautiful, better made, and local. S This place has been there for 20 years, and is still a hidden gem.
