Moving along, went to the store on a busy Saturday afternoon, and there was indeed a great selection of clothes that i was in search of. The downside is that the dressing rooms don't have a seat inside and due to a knee injury i had to wait a long time for the only stall to become available. The dressing room area is extremely busy and the staff appeared overwhelm with the consumption of clothes left behind by customers. The space in the store is good, nothing appears cluttered or scattered and the floors are kept clean. Needed to use the restroom and that is also an area that only has one per gender and the lines become a bit much. Due to the restrooms overuse it definitely requires additional cleaning to maintain it clean and stocked with toiletries. Overall ok experience, I was not asked if I needed assistance by a staff member.

I wish they brought Primark and Zara to this mall. Those are the stores they need to add on. It got the Apple Store too so you know this mall is a hip and trendy one in the Bronx. There are also many stores on a strip mall around the building including AMC, Burlington, and Marshall's. Thankfully this mall got Starbucks because I was very hooked on their coffee. It is a big mall with 3 levels and since I was not a regular I was lost a few times and getting to one destination from another took forever. Also finding the nearest bathroom was tough. Had to resort to the directory. Thankfully there were escalators and elevators all around.

This is a large location filled with groceries, clothing, electronics, and anything else you might need. It is always packed with people coming in and out. The only downside of this location is the super long lines. It might take you a couple minutes to pick up something but it takes me close to half an hour to get out. On the weekends you are stuck in a long line of families picking up their groceries. I would much rather order online and have delivery services rather than wasting time on a line. This is a good location to pick up things on a non-busy time. However, I would tend to avoid the evenings and weekends as you will be stuck waiting for a long time.

I've had to leave the express line twice in the last month only to go to the regular line where customers have many more items to check out. This added about 15 extra minutes to my trip. This made me suspicious of their business practices because studies show customers spend more when they pay with a card rather than cash. It makes me wonder if this is just a ploy to go cashless so they can save themselves overhead and get their customers to rack up charges on their credit card.

Now in April 2026, finally taking the time to stop by, it's enlightening to see this mall transformed to include an Aldi's, additional shopping options, fairly clean walkways, plus some hints of natures greenery revitalizing and improving the area.
