None of my extended family want to shop here anymore, not in the sweltering heat. It's just too painfully hot! They still offer a great selection of clothing and accessories, and reasonable prices as well. They have nice employees, although some of them give you dirty looks as if they don't want you there. The vast majority of the staff are welcoming people. My wife says Sadie in cosmetics is literally the nicest employee they've ever hired! But ever since they relocated from Franklin to the surface of the Sun, it's not a fun place to be anymore. Go to the Macy's in Green Hills and you'll experience pleasant air conditioning.

It's a brand new year and I think people need to accept what is and if not change their attitude because if they continue on a path of destructiveness or, a constant poking at someone eventually someone is going to get upset. Yesterday, my husband and I were waiting in line as I stated in my above paragraph and normally I don't write a review but my husband and I decided that we need to speak up. The store was not busy yesterday and we love shopping here and we do quite a bit. In fact, I think my husband chops here more than I do but that's neither here nor there Yesterday we were in line, and there was about seven of us in line, and this guy was being very aggressive to two women that were standing at the end close to the door. he was slamming them because he wanted to return furniture and was told he can return it at any store. The first woman who looked like a manager said to him "I'm sorry we just don't have the space to hold your furniture you'll have to go back to the store you purchased it" he was not having that, and he became very aggressive, and very nasty with both women. The one woman walked away, but she was very calm, Cool and collected as was the other girl. I get it can't find enough help and with the weather, you can't get enough help to come into work. But I have to praise both women because they handled themselves with class and respecting one another, and they stood their ground with a calm and collected manner. The associate would not tell me the managers name rightfully so it's really none of my business but I did get the other girls name. It started with a J that's all I could remember but I will continue to shop here, but what I didn't like was this guy's behavior thinking that he can come into a store any store and dominate not only a conversation but he was or shall I say my husband said his behavior was inexcusable. We will continue to shop here. But I will praise both women yesterday they were incredibly kind not only to him, but I've seen them before, and they are always that way when I come in.

This store has the best selection of Squishmallows out of all Kohl's stores in the Nashville area. I found one with a rainbow and clouds. I was debating whether I could fit in my luggage and went for it. She was adorable and different. With this visit being my final one at any Kohl's on this trip, I took in everything. If you have an electric car, there are chargers in front of the store. It was my first time seeing that at any Kohl's store. My favourite shorts were here. I didn't need any, as I practically have every colour. They are comfortable and am glad that they exist. This store had Ray-Ban sunglasses. I like that they have affordable styles, as you normally break the bank for a pair. This store will have Sephora soon. It was under construction when I was there. I like that they are a tag team at several locations across the country. If you want Sephora products without hitting a massive mall, it's perfect. I had a nice woman at the checkout.
