Merchandise was organized well. There are many items available for you to choose from. Good prices for a lot of items that you might need for your everyday uses. Small area of snack foods. I did not even realize this was here! I was trying to get an ADA spot but someone in a giant truck was blocking the entire front for quite a time so I park in ADA a store over. I usually try to get a place so that the lines (the do not park here) are for my door because sometimes bending to get in or out of the car is more difficult if swollen etc. I was just starting to open my door and a gent flew into the lined space nearly taking my door off so that he could argue with his wife and teen as to who was going into a store. I was seriously paralyzed with fear - seriously dude... I am already in ADA, please don't kill me! SOOOO, apparently park here with caution. This was on a Friday so perhaps it is rougher heading into the weekend. I will say that the store does seem light on clothing and heavier on home things. I did see entirely too much I wanted to take home. Getting through the registers was pretty fast even with how busy the store was which was nice indeed. And, as with all these type of stores - some of the best things are in the line on shelves. read more

I know that the rule is looser now but I'll share what I've noticed. I haven't gone out window shopping for a long time, almost a year now? Crazy. Anyways, when I entered there was a kind lady who greeted me and offered to help me wipe the cart handle down. I didn't need it but am happy to see someone helps sanitize it before you use it. There was also a person who greeted me and was counting how many customers entered and also had plenty of sanitizers for us to use. There were arrows to guide you but this Marshalls and probably like many others, are quite crowded. Everything is very close so you'll be very close to people too if it's a busy day. I guess those who don't mind can be close together but I tend to wait till the aisle is less busy before I check it out. Marshalls is one of my favorite places to shop, any Marshalls! I don't discriminate, I shop at them all, in any city, any state. As a matter of fact, if I pass a new one,and Im on my way somewhere, I still stop in. I'm all about finding great deals, and that means good quality items at fair prices - not crappy items at prices that match the low quality. Who cares if the item is from last season? If you buy a classic, it's always in style. If you are buying something on trend, why pay a lot for an item that will only take you through one or two seasons? Another reason Marshalls is the answer. Was super excited when this Marshalls came to the shopping center off 185th and whenever I'm out that way, I make a point of stopping in to check out the merchandise. Sometimes I am seeking something specific like the perfect pillows for my deck furniture. Most of the time, I need nothing but go down every aisle with an open mind, looking to see what is new and if there is something I just can't do without. Usually I find something in the womens clothing section. A Cable & Gauge top for $16.99? Yes, thank you! Cropped denim jacket for $24.99? Why, yes, I need that! A new jumpsuit that is fashion forward and looks fabulous, for just $19.99? How can I pass that up? Buy a lot of my athletic wear, bathing suits and accessories here, too. Lots of name brand sportswear for amazing prices. I buy long sl v Nike workout tops for half th price th y are at Nike outlet! Great selection of fashion scarves, winter scarves/gloves/hats, fun handbags, summer hats and totes. The houseware area has great decor and kitchen items: faux succulents, planters, throw blankets and pillows, cookware, cutting boards, white serving pieces, mid-century modern decorative vases and geometric globes, area rugs, occasional tables, lamps, and oh, so much more! My house is a blend of choice hig pieces of fine furniture and a few heirloom treasures peppered with Marshalls' treasures. When done right, the look is high end without the high price tag. For a foodie like me, I can't resist the pantry items especially the Italian condiments, olive oils and pastas. During the holidays, I buy dark chocolates from Italy to fill my offering bowls and to bring as hostess gifts. Nice bottles of olive oil also make great hostess gifts when going to a friends for dinner. Unlike wine, the bottle lasts more than one night and the host will remember you every time they cook with it. Customer service is great at this store. Employees are always fetching me a cart because I walk in without grabbing one, and of course I always need one! Note: I'm the one walking around the store with arms overflowing with finds! You would think I would know myself by now! Store is clean, as are the dressing rooms. Theres plenty of parking. And the store is located in the same outdoor shopping area as a Ross, Nordstrom Rack, Michaels and Target. Definitely a shopping destination! Wish this Marshall's was as big and well stocked as the one that used to be on 125th, the one that this replaced - that was my favorite Marshalls! Shopped there so much the employees would greet me by name. I shop when I'm stressed and I used to work at Intel right the street, so that explains why everyone knew me! It may be smaller than most Marshalls and it's a drive for me, but I still love this store and will stop by anytime I'm in the vicinity. As seasons change, I will often drive out for the sole purpose of going to Marshalls just to see what's new. I like to stay on top of the merchandise! read more

Marshalls is an "off-price" retail chain store offering family apparel and home fashion. It's sister stores are TJ Maxx, HomeGoods and Sierra Trading Post. They all offer quality merchandise below department store prices. Often you can find well known brand name merchandise at bargain prices. It's possibly due to the merchandise being from last years inventory or over stock items. I can always find something to buy whenever I shop here. There is a nice assortment of merchandise. Off-price stores require customers to be self serving. There aren't a lot of employees on hand to assist customers but that is the trade off required for discount prices. Frankly I think it's a fair exchange. The employees I've dealt with at this store have all been pleasant. There is often a line at check-out but it moves quickly and is part of that trade off for great prices. If you're in the area visit Marshalls and enjoy finding your bargains. read more

This is one of the cleanest and friendliest Marshalls I have ever been to. Says a lot because I don't really go to the one here in Washington. That should tell you a lot! The staff practices social distancing and a team member is up front to perform a head count when folks come in and out, and wipe the carts for you. Their counters to check out are separated from cashier to cashier with a wooden board for your safety as well. There are really good finds for their home section such as kitchen gadgets, nonstick pans, bed sheets, bath towels, and so much more! I've even found a new cat scratching post for $7- what a steal! I normally see the same kind for over $20. There are times when there is a line to check out, but it goes rather quickly. Kudos to the hard working staff! It was a Christmas shopping trip with no real agenda. The girl in the shoes was apparently exhausted because she didn't recognize me any of the four times she said hello, in fact I looked behind me just to be sure I wasn't losing my mind. Honestly it was just so strange like the action was so often that it could have been a recording same pitch, tone, inflection, send me down that whole stepford wives thing and I digress. Employees look like they hate their job, must be poor management. Cashiers talk too much about the dang credit card and they push that agenda too much. Again, the managers must push the ordeal too much on these kiddos. I haven't been finding anything too great there anymore. It's definitely gone downhill. Went in last Sunday night, I had accidentally dropped a Christmas globe that was next to the frames where I was looking. It cracked and I let a worker know and when I told her she didn't even say "I'll get it cleaned up" she rolled her eyes and asked someone to help her thru her ear piece, complaining. Huh, I'm not sure about the negative reviews. I've been here maybe 4 or 5 times and have always been impressed by the selection and merchandising. It's maybe a little smaller than some of their other stores, but I think the quality of the items, in particular the clothes, is a little higher than some of their competitors. A little more on trend, more selection and some nicer brands. I did pass through the home area on my last visit and it did seem more cluttered and chaotic over there. It seems like it's due to a lack of space and that maybe the assortment should be edited a bit? The food section is jam packed, items 3 and 4 deep on the shelf in some places. So a little hard to sort through. All in all though, I like this store far better than, say, the Ross across the street. Location is great and the prices are reasonable. read more

So many good finds, it's always a good spot to go if you're unsure what to give someone for a gift as they have lots of unique items (you'll probably end up getting something for yourself too ;-) ). The cleanliness of this Marshalls is the best one that I've seen thus far. Of the many years I've been going here the staff has always been super friendly and helpful-that's one of the best things about this store! Good vibes as my daughter would say. Hailey the closing store manager at this location was extremely rude to me when I asked a question about a price difference in two of the same hats. She made me very uncomfortable and threatened for asking a reasonable question that could have been handled in a completely different way. Their clothing is overpriced and not stylish at this location. Aisles of clothing are messy and store is cramped. The employees are nice though. The womens selection is larger than the small mens selection. This is a place for home decor and not really clothes at this location. read more

It's a great spot to get jeans at a good price, and is one of our regular back to school shopping spots. Parking is nice, and the staff gets you in and out pretty quick. Pros: - great finds and great prices. Even on name brand things. - friendly employees (well, on the weekend evenings when I usually come). Always asking if I'm finding everything okay, helped me find a different size. - they always call for backup when ringing customers out. This is good to keep the line short and fast pace. - clean fitting rooms. I see them sweep it a few times too which is a good sign. - no limit in the fitting room. Which is good for the customer but must be hell for the employees. Cons: - store could get messy but I genuinely believe it is because this area is so overpopulated AND because many other Marshall stores have closed down. - understaffed employees. I've only seen about one or two employees on the floor at a time and when they back up the cashiers, there is no one to run the floor. - high maintenance managers? Like I've said, I usually only come in weekend evenings. Those are really busy days yet sometimes I'd overhear the managers ask the employees to run back and forth doing this and that while they're still getting called to ring. I've worked retail before and I know how difficult it is so I have sympathy. - the customers are RUDE! Sometimes I cannot shop because other people take up the space or let their kids run wild or block aisle ways. Overall, this Marshall's has always surprised me with really good items. I usually only come in the evenings of Friday or Saturday and the employees that work evening shifts are really sweet. But this area is usually always pretty busy so I can see why it's a bit messier. Also hire more people or put more people on payroll. A single employee should not be expected to do everything he or she is supposed to do on shift PLUS whatever the manager wants them to do PLUS provide extra help for customers. I am very upset. I received a gift from my mom for Christmas... and someone already got it for me so my mom went to go return it for at least a store credit from them. She didn't have the receipt because she gave it to me as a gift not knowing I would have gotten one too. And they were super mean about it and didn't give her store credit or even some money. Nothing. My mom wasted $70 just because she didn't have a receipt... This customer service sucks too. And all of their makeup is ruined, not coming back. And for sure don't recommend it. read more

I will no longer be shopping at this location. I had my puppy with me. Doing no harm. He's an emotional support dog. He recently found out that he's isn't going to live much longer due to a defect in his heart. The lady was so rude about me having my dog. It surprised me because this wasn't the first time I had brought my puppy in the store. The way she approached me was very rude as well. The worst customer service ever. read more

Have over heard the management jump in and take over conversations, making something out of nothing, trying to show ..I'm the boss, I speech you listen.
