We still had the tag and the original receipt. She refused the return stating she couldn't take it because the tag was removed? Ive returned multiple items with the tag removed at this location and others without a problem so I was confused as to why it was an issue now. All she had to say was "Nope, it's yours to keep". After looking at the return policy online again which states that returns are up to the individual store managers discretion I came back to speak with her again and ask why she would refuse a return now. She wasn't available, so I ended up talked to a gentleman who I've had good experiences with before. He just said that her word is final and he wishes he could help but he cant supersede her. I ended up driving 14 miles to the next closest mens warehouse where they did the return without question and didn't even mention the tag at all. Definitely wont ever be coming back to this place.

They didn't have his size in the jacket he wanted so he needed to wait for a special order to the store. He picked it up a few weeks later and came back a second time for tailoring. He said he felt rushed, as the associates working complained about how busy they were, and hurried him through the process. This is his first suit, and he didn't understand how things should properly fit him. They didn't bother to help, just asking "does it fit?" and then moving on. His jacket didn't fit, actually, but he didn't know that, and they didn't look twice at him. He asked for the pants to be hemmed and the seat to be let out. Two weeks later, he picks up his suit. The pants rip immediately down the back, and it's apparent the jacket doesn't fit still. The pants weren't hemmed to the length he asked for either. Back we go to the store for him to explain. He turns over his jacket and pants after the tailor comes to look him and makes some recommendations. My fiancée is a bigger man, but was sold a slim fit suit. In asking to make the seat bigger, the tailor made a body shaming comment about his size and the cut of the suit. Today, we go to pick up the suit again. The jacket fits, but the pants have ripped again, and worse now, just from trying them on. We went back immediately but the tailor had finished early and left already. The associates said to come back in the morning and see if the tailor could squeeze us in. This is Thursday night, and we leave for our wedding Saturday morning. We're both disappointed in the poor treatment he received throughout the tailoring process, as well as the quality of the work done. If we can't get the pants fixed tomorrow he might be wearing an untailored pair off the rack. Hopefully this will be our last visit to the store this lifetime - will not ever be going back.

Everything is on camera. I was pretty much the last customer at the store and she was right before me, right at closing time around 11:50 pm on December 27th. Manager on duty covered up for their manager/coworker and started speaking Spanish with her so I don't understand what they're saying, and employees and security acted like they didn't see anything, or they couldn't because they can't speak up against managers while I was seeking their help and no body cared for my safety!!! Everything is on camera clearly as there were at least 6 cameras near by the cashier near the line where I was standing, cameras should have all voice and picture. My blood pressure is still high-- it's not normal this is serous! Verbal threats and physically I was ran by this off duty Ross-Dress-for-Less manager/employee, who was wearing glasses, about 5'4 short heavy round build medium dark tan skin with a few freckles on face and about late 40-s to mid 50-s. I don't need to be killed or go through this just because I asked her if she wanted to check out before me. I asked her politely if she wanted to check out before me as I wasn't ready. She ran me over by her cart and used offensive and threatening language even started cussing me in Spanish. Physically right now I'm still shaking and my heart is palpating quickly still after 3 hours. Had I not say that I was going to call the police if she takes it further. This is not ok, this complaint needs to be raised to the legal department if I'm able to survive this night.

Maybe it's the layout, which is one street in a half square shape. Or the fact that the stores are all so mainstream, nothing unique and interesting. Located on Cornell Road, I frequented more when I worked in Hillsboro but still make the occasional trip if I have other errands in that area. It's never my destination. Anchored on one end by a small but very clean and well organized Macy's, other stores include Gap and Baby Gap, Claire's, H&M, Lane Bryant, J. Jill, REI, Bath & Body Works, Victoria Secret, Banana Republic, American Outfitters, The Good Feet Store and even a Lens Crafters. Charming Charlie's, an inexpensive but incredibly well stocked accessories store featuring items in every color of the rainbow, was my primary destination but unfortunately they have closed down. For restaurants there is the ever popular P.F. Chang's if chain restaurants are your thing. Killer Burger opened up a location here and they definitely live up to their name! There are a variety of ethnic and American standards -Thirsty Lion Pub & Grill, Buffalo Wild Wings, Qdoba Mexican, Takumi sushi and Koi Fushion - so something for everyone. Parking is on the Main Street or in the parking garage next to Macy's and in the large outdoor lot behind the stores.

The moment I entered the store, I was greeted by an employee stationed near the entrance to count customers. As we are currently dealing with a pandemic, most stores limit the number of customers who can be inside at one time. Being greeted when entering a store makes me feel that they are glad I'm there. I feel welcomed and appreciated. The store carries casual sportswear for women, men and kids at very reasonable prices. They also carry some accessories. One item that really caught my attention today was their selection of packaged non medical grade face masks. These come in a variety of prints and colors for adults and kids. They are sold in a package of 5 for 12.50 and come with adjustable straps. They are a real bargain for the quality and price! The store was very neat and clean. There is a lot of merchandise to choose from and it's nicely displayed. The atmosphere is very low key and comfortable. I encountered a few employees on the salesfloor who were busy with a project but they did not greet me. The cashier at check out was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed shopping at this Old Navy store and will return.

Over the weekend, our family decided to go to DSG, we ended up spending $149~, it was $100 gift cards and the rest was cash. I didn't realize my toddler slipped in some random $17 socks, so I went in the next day to return them. I was met with Oscar, he was nice. I asked if I could get a cash refund since it was a small amount, he said no, due to it's based on whatever majority payment method was used. I leave it at that, I am disappointed because I really don't need $17 gc, I would like cash back. As I am walking back I am reading the back of the receipt, where it says refund will be made on initial form of payment, not majority used like Oscar advised. I spoke with my husband who was frustrated, told him what I read and what was said. My husband thought of work around, we can buy a more expensive item, use cash first for the majority and use the gift cards for the rest. So my husband goes in to try that. Oscar explains, no we can't do that, that it's the system gravitating towards a card. My husband points out what the receipt says, Oscar says it shows on the website, but does not bring it up. My husband returns to the car frustrated, because Oscar just lied and instead of asking for helped, insisted on dying on the hill the customer isn't always right. At this point, I'm going back into the store. I see Oscar talking among his colleagues talking about what just happened with my husband. Im still nice, but I request a supervisor. Supervisor explains Oscar is wrong it's not Majority it's just how the system works. I ask him, how does he want to correct this, and he just offers to cash it. It was such a simple fix. Oscar just needed guidance on how to navigate. I felt like this issue didn't need us as many times going into the store, If Oscar just asked for guidance in the beginning. It was frustrating experience overall. I'm glad we got the result we wanted, but just having to go through hoops, and it was a waste of time. Personally for me, this location left a poor taste, just because I am in customer service. I felt like the training could have been better. I appreciate the supervisor making it right.
