But this location was on the lacking side. They only had, from what I could find, a milk crate with a few LPs and those new mini EPs. What took up a lot of this space was a beauty section. Are they pivoting in what they offer? I mean it felt like the beauty section was taking over about half of the store. I did browse the clothing real quick but wasn't really feeling it. I made my way back out into the mall and continued my day. No LP for me.

Instead of receiving assistance, I often had to search the store on my own. Overall, this store could benefit from better staffing, improved customer service, and a better balance of employees between the sales floor and the registers, especially during busy times.

To be more specific, I saw plasticky jackets with plasticky fur hoods (if there is such a thing as faux faux leather, that's it), a bunch of crumpled plaid linen shorts and smocked halter tops on the $6.99 rack, those tight, stiff cable-knit hoodies that you would find better quality of at American Eagle Outfitters or even F21, more plastic braided belts (of the bad, metallic variety) and print leggings that manage to be crazy in a bad way (and I happen to love crazy printed leggings). The first time I interacted with him, I thought maybe he was just having a bad day or was tired. However, after having another interaction with him and witnessing how he spoke to another customer before me, I realized that maybe it's just his personality. ‍ Overall, I really like this outlet center.
