We needed a Mickey Mouse birthday cake in less than 36 hours for a little boy's special birthday wish, and no other bakery in the area could guarantee it. The Store Director, Dessie, personally walked us through decorative options and assured us it would be ready by Sunday afternoon -- and she delivered on that promise. There was a minor issue at pickup, but Natasha corrected it within five minutes with professionalism and a smile. That kind of responsiveness truly makes a difference. The final cake was exactly what we hoped for, and our son is going to be thrilled. It's rare to find a team that steps up so quickly and makes things happen when you're in a pinch. We sincerely appreciate Dessie and Natasha for going above and beyond. Thank you!

I also had popped in the store quickly for a few things I had forgotten PRIOR to picking up my online $265 order outside at the pickup area! Really insulting and gross. The thing is, h the greeter who stopped me sees me in and out of the store several times a week so highly unlikely that I am a criminal. Today and I'm horribly embarrassed I didn't get our third sales professional's name, I walked in seeking the items that would have been delivered yesterday to find them at the store and we were able to right size everything my husband needed for a wedding next weekend. Von Maur is exceptional. Three different sales touch points all with exceptional service and optimal consistent experiences. That RARELY happens, if ever. Today, upon our repurchase, our sales professional said he was going to process us and ensure John got the credit. Integrity at its finest. I love the store experience. It is fairly easy to get to this location as there are a couple of different ways to approach it from the primary road. Depending on season and time of day, this can be extremely easy, or extremely hard. Interior: the store is well organized and very clean. The aisles are wide and we've found it easy to get through them with or without a cart. It's easy to find what you seek because the departments are very clear. There are two entrances, so getting in and out is easy. There are loads of check out lanes and we've never had a problem moving through them quickly. They seem to be well staffed at all times. There's even a small cafe, but we've never stopped at it to see what they offer. Staff: the regular pharmacy staff is absolutely wonderful! We are greeted warmly upon arrival and they remember small details from prior discussions, which makes us feel as if they care about us as people. They take their time to ensure we understand our prescriptions and help us when we seek something. The other store associates have always been polite and helpful. Inventory: there's a broad range of products at this Target and we've usually found items we've sought here. Some departments are bare bones (like camping), whereas others have really good selections (like clothing). Overall, this is a really nice store with good associates. We sometimes just stop in to wander around as it's a comfortable environment for that activity.

They had a great selection for literally the first time ever that we have been there and it just seemed strange to over enforce rules just because you can.
