Today and I'm horribly embarrassed I didn't get our third sales professional's name, I walked in seeking the items that would have been delivered yesterday to find them at the store and we were able to right size everything my husband needed for a wedding next weekend. Von Maur is exceptional. Three different sales touch points all with exceptional service and optimal consistent experiences. That RARELY happens, if ever. Today, upon our repurchase, our sales professional said he was going to process us and ensure John got the credit. Integrity at its finest. I love the store experience. I love the pianist team they have - seen two now since I seem to be going there more often. :) I'm so relieved we got my husband hooked up. As in, the aisles were so tight, tons of stuff placed in the walkways, things like that. I even heard another customer say "this is giving me anxiety," and goodness I felt that in my core. I'm sure you have a lot of crap to put on the floors, but give us some space to walk, please. Thank you. My partner and I have purchased and assembled countless IKEA pieces. We have our couch (Sleeper sectional, 3 seat w/storage), kitchen table, recliner, desk, shoe cabinet, dresser, and floor lamps, to name a few of the larger purchaes. But we also love all the little items like storage crates, holiday décor, kitchenware, utensils, cups, mugs, clothes hangers, and rugs.
