Scream Mug at Marshalls

This is a really nice Marshalls that I went to in Hollywood I they have a lot of really cool Halloween decorations that I really liked and they have a lot of other stuff as well I totally recommend that you guys go to that Marshalls in Hollywood you can also get great deals and save a lot of money when you shop at Marshalls it's one of my favorites places to shop at they lots of great values I love shopping at Marshalls

Was able to find what I was looking for after searching many stores . They always have amazing items at great prices and they are very friendly here

I love this place due to location. Sometimes it has good stuff. I always get my seasonings and kitchen stuff here. They sometimes carry good olive oil, candies and others. This is also where I get my jeans, T shirts and shorts. When it is on sale, it is good time to buy. Stock comes in almost everyday, it usually not much and it is gone fast. Fitting room is never close like Ross nearby. Security is onsite and stuff is usually displayed neatly. Love this place.

2 days. Was trying to tie these pants and they teared apart.

30 days returns? Nope. These pants I bought broke in two days. Low quality products. Had receipt and everything, still couldn't accept return. Stay away from Marshall. They simply won't care.

A constant INSUFFICIENT number of cash registers open.

Poor customer service, sorry to say again. Long lines, chronically insufficient number of cashiers. Today, for instance, only one (1) cash register was open - that was on a busy Friday! Also, saw a transient hanging-out in the store (what's wrong with the security?! - Or was there none?) No improvement over the years.

The beautiful main entrance

Generally, I think of this as a tourist spot, but have had occasions in the past when a screening or event has brought me to this venue. SO MANY dining options, Japanese cultural experiences, a cute K Skin boutique and a convenient place to park, eat, then walk a short distance to the Hollywood Bowl. It may be slightly uphill, but after the concert, the walk back is a breeze. Parking is a very fare price, and most shops & restaurants will validate 2 hours free, which make it even more affordable. We recently checked out their Center Court FIFA watch party area and it was a LOT of fun. I also felt it was safe and a good visual presence of security guards was observed. There are also easy coffee, sandwich, boba and snack kiosks for a quick bite or fun treat. This is also a great location to start the Hollywood walk of fame tour, cement handprints and local museums - in particular The Hollywood Museum, just a 1/2 block away. Of course, there's also all the Oscar allure, but I'll keep that area for the tourists to enjoy. Cheers! "CC"

They offer some really awesome free/affordable event events for the community, including Friday night movie nights during the summer, drag bingo, and sports watch parties. You can get the most parking validation at either the theater or Dave & Buster's. I'm really impressed with their movie nights so far. One recommendation that I would have is that they do musical sing-alongs in the future where the words appear on screen because I think that would foster a a fun opportunity for audience participation. I will gladly come here to any events they might have in the future. My mom even had a fun time at the movie night last night. I recommend coming early to find parking and get yourself situated if you're coming here for an event.

The outside is currently under renovations, but very much still accessible with tables and chairs outdoors, part of the plaza. Target Starbucks is to the left when you enter. Team members here are personable to a degree and you can find most things you desire in a pinch. They do get shopped pretty hard so I keep that in mind being the closest larger in size Target (the one on Highland is a lot smaller in scale) and most things are under lock and key. I was hoping they'd have a little more variety for frozen goods and groceries especially of the non-dairy and vegan friendly variety but it was pretty similar to others nearby which is disappointing. Haven't been inside in a few year and I will say it feels even cleaner but not the most welcoming overall. Okay prices for the most part, definitely not as many sales items here.

I haven't been inside this Ross since before the 2020 era that is now and let me tell you it's improved significantly since then. The layout is thoughtful and uses the space it has. Selections in women's, men's, home decor, home goods, shoes, bedding, luggage, young adult, children's, toys, etc. Steady flow in the parking lot at times with more easy to navigate parking in this shared plaza lot near the paint store on their La Brea Avenue side entrance vs. the Sunset Blvd entrance by the 7-Eleven. Find all the unique musts during checking, especially quality snacks. Found pretty much what I was looking for though the prices varied a bit more for certain styles. When I was ready to check out, there was a bit of a line, however they had at least four registers open and I don't think I was there for more than five minutes, if that. I truly understand the longline frustrations, especially during weekends and seasonal times (typically the busiest). And we all know customers are the ones who make Ross the organized chaos they are not the staff who tries it's best to make a RDFL functional when someone leaves shoes on the ground or clothes over the rack. That said good prices, good customer service and good flow, at least these last two times I've been in, usually in the early afternoon. Open 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, 7 days a week.

Also, like I've read and many other reviews have stated accurately: the manager and Most employees here are unprofessional and rude. They will follow you around the store, give you petty looks, and not honor sale items at the register. And similar to other customers: I've walked away and not purchased items. I'd rather drive to Laurel Cyn Blvd to the actual Freepeople store, where employees are cool and have manners. Or buy organic beauty products at Whole Foods. Otherwise, if you've wasted yr time here with petty, ghetto-liscious/ unprofessional employee behavior, head over to the Laurel Cyn area, you'll find more stores to browse and shop locally in peace, respect, and actually enjoy Yrself! Or better yet, head to the Venice Beach: cold plunge that baby, and have so MUCH FUN on abbot Kinney: bc Rag and Bone always a good idea.

Homeless people are taking over this store and it's very sad and frustrating. There's always theft going on every time I come to this store no matter what, whether it's early morning middle of the day or late at night when it's the worst I've ever seen, this place truly is unsafe and as a frequent shopper of this Hollywood Ross it's making me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. I've seen these thieves myself armed with guns, knives, pepper spray, tasers, and etc. I've seen other customers and even the employees themselves look frightened when these thieves come in and they whatever they want. It's a disappointment that this store is going down this path. I've even asked the loss prevention guys what's going on and they've told me everytime that they can't do anything much more than just right down on a piece of paper of what these thieves take and run away with and just provide a safe environment and good customer service... I completely understand these loss prevention guys can't physically do anything but the "safe environment" aspect isn't really safe at all, it's a dangerous place and at any moment it feels like you can get physically hurt by any of these thieves because they're reckless and aren't self aware of the harm they're doing to everyone in the store. Ross do BETTER! PROVIDE REAL SECURITY AND DO SOMETHING! This is getting out of hand...

This area was nice with the high rise century city backdrop. Although it was more crowded than I expected, meeting friends for lunch was great. The restaurant choices are wonderful. Westfield Century City came to the rescue as it was about 7 miles away. Cool beans! Parking is plentiful. First hour of parking is free. Additional hours will be charged at the current rates accordingly. We were here for almost 5-6 hours. It went by really fast. It was our first time here so didn't know what to expect. Shortly upon arrival, we figured out it's an outdoor shopping mall with an upscale mix of name brand stores, boutique shops, elevated restaurants, food court with quick bites/snack/drink vendors, and fun entertainment. Overall exterior was well cared for in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. It wasn't super busy nor crowded which is great sometimes because congestion of people traffic may make our dining and shopping experience a bit hard to handle. We got to see the Disney+ Hulu Throwbacks Mini Mall Pop Up showcased in the huge courtyard. It brought back some nostalgia. Neat retro activity! We hit the food court first since we were starving. We grabbed a little something from Tosai Sushi, Poukei, AC Barbeque, Fuwa Teriyaki Grill, O'Gusto, and Massis Kabob. A few were good, but not all. Check out my reviews for each one. Thanks! After our lunch, we walked around to look for drinks and desserts. We indulged in a little something from Chamberlian Coffee, Chagee Modern Tea House, Cafe Knotted, Oakberry Acai, Wushiland Boba, K. Minamoto, and Bacio di Latte. Yes, we hit most of the good sweet spots. Yum! We weren't here to shop so didn't go into any clothing stores or boutique shops. Although, we did walk into a Pop Mart to satisfy my curiosity. Colorful store with interesting dolls. Didn't buy anything though. We barely scratched the surface at this mall. We hope to come back as a returning customer to some of the biz supported and be a new customer to other businesses that we haven't explored as of yet. See you here!
