Was able to find what I was looking for after searching many stores . They always have amazing items at great prices and they are very friendly here

I love this place due to location. Sometimes it has good stuff. I always get my seasonings and kitchen stuff here. They sometimes carry good olive oil, candies and others. This is also where I get my jeans, T shirts and shorts. When it is on sale, it is good time to buy. Stock comes in almost everyday, it usually not much and it is gone fast. Fitting room is never close like Ross nearby. Security is onsite and stuff is usually displayed neatly. Love this place.

2 days. Was trying to tie these pants and they teared apart.

30 days returns? Nope. These pants I bought broke in two days. Low quality products. Had receipt and everything, still couldn't accept return. Stay away from Marshall. They simply won't care.

A constant INSUFFICIENT number of cash registers open.

Poor customer service, sorry to say again. Long lines, chronically insufficient number of cashiers. Today, for instance, only one (1) cash register was open - that was on a busy Friday! Also, saw a transient hanging-out in the store (what's wrong with the security?! - Or was there none?) No improvement over the years.

The beautiful main entrance

It was a few minutes until they were supposed to close and the security guard wouldn't let us in. Will not be going back there again!

I got so much inspiration just walking around and seeing all the pieces in their collection. There are so many brands, some that I recognized, and a lot that I haven't. So yay for discovering new small brands. People here are really cool and welcoming and allow you to have your space and look around but are there and helpful when you need it. Things are definitely on the pricier side but I do think you pay for the quality of the pieces. I came in with a friend and half of their closet is Mohawk and they swear on their quality and longevity.

He was very cold and when asked for a size he told me he was going to check, but never returned. I had to ask him what happened with checking he responded with "oh that's our last size". Compared to the service he was displaying to other customers he was attentive, but blatantly ignored and dismissed me. Did not purchase anything and will never give my business to a store that operates like this. Would not recommend going here when you can buy everything they have online elsewhere, when the point of going in-store is to have a pleasant shopping experience and this was the opposite.

Whenever we drive through Los Angeles, we try to stop in the Thailand Plaza area on our way back to…read moreNorCal. We enjoy walking around and exploring new things. There's several Thai restaurants and markets all around. You can also find books and music. There are clothing stores and home decor stuff as well. I was told there's a night market here now. We like to buy snacks and spices to take home. There's street parking and parking garages. Some restaurants have parking, too. We were lucky to have found street parking. Overall, a great experience. Everyone we encountered were friendly and full of smiles.

I'm only 4 years into LA, I'm still learning. :) What I do know is that Thailand Plaza is in Thai Town. And... Fun LA Fact: We've had the World's First and Only Thai Town since 1999... cue prince (genx), bone thugs n harmony (millennials), or charli xcx & troye sivan (genz) i wonder what gen alpha's reference to 1999 will be...digression complete. This is mainly a big food market with restaurants inside, but I really just come for the outdoor mini market. Thailand Plaza hosts a daily, small but mighty night market with just a few street vendors and handful of picnic tables for dining. Which vendors are there is a bit unpredictable, yet predictable at the same time. It's certain you will find delicious skewers and noodle dishes on offer from the street market though. The pad thai is so good, the pad see ewe is yum, crepes are always tasty, and the skewers are never dry! Just a heads up, I've also driven by on a few nights and no one was set up. So keep in mind the hours are all over the place, as they often are with street vendors. There is street parking, but it can sometimes get busy and its hard to find a spot. Sometimes you will see a monk there taking offerings, sometimes you will see their beautiful Buddha shrine, sometimes just the food vendors. Ah writing this review has made me crave their pad thai!
