This is by far the worst Marshall's I have ever been in. The employees are very rude and the store manager Marcos is even rudder. I would not recommend anyone going to this store. Poor customer service from both associates AND management. They refused to refund an item I bought and returned because the quality was bad. Was told they could not take it back. When I told the blue/purple haired manager that this was poor customer service and that I'd go to another Marshall for my refund she said "good luck". I was in recently and was treated in a rather surly manner by two managers. First woman was extremely hard to understand her name was tynsha or something like that I couldn't understand her at all the second was a man named johnny who was officious and prissy. I was staying in the area during the holiday season and went into this Marshalls store to do some holiday shopping. I found some great items, nice soaps and holiday gifts. They have a great selection on different soaps and lotions and a nice clearance section of these items also. I also found other gifts in other depts. The cashier was also friendly and polite. I love this marshalls. I pop in all the time since it's a block away from where I live. I don't know why people are giving it one star. First of all, it's a marshalls... so honestly what do you expect? The same service as saks? I mean come on, get over yourselves. The store is great and you can find great deals there. Maybe some of the employees aren't the most helpful but I would be a careless employee too if I worked on Hollywood Blvd and had to deal with tourists everyday. Anyways point is, if you are looking for a deal or for something as simple as a yummy scented candle, marshalls is a great store for all of that. I find that they always have really nice items and I think that is because it's mostly tourists in there buying what they need for their trip, so all the really good stuff is always left there. I had the unfortunate opportunity to visit this Marshall on 12/24; due to an unforeseen circumstance at my local store. My local store called this Marshalls and asked that they place an item on hold for me. When I arrived to the store, I was assisted or lack thereof by the "store manager" Krista; she acted as if the other store had not called to set up my hold and was rude. Her tone did not show empathy for my inconvenience and she made me feel it was my fault that my local store did not have the item I was looking for. When I expressed my view on how I thought her service could be better, she then told me "if I were you, I would have told marshalls to keep their product and shop somewhere else". This was the day before Christmas. I honestly don't think a representative of a store should ever suggest a customer leave in lieu of providing a service. From a customer service standpoint, this store gets a -1 star for my review--but that's not an option for Yelp. Also, while in the store I could hear the other associates making negative comments on how they would've told me off or not helped me at all. The overall experience in this store was beyond horrible. I would recommend the store manager Krista receive additional customer service training. I looked on Marshalls.com for the link to contact corporate, but found nothing. Quite a bit of purse/bag selection. I noticed the suitcase prices are lower than other stores. May be because it's located in a tourist hub. It takes a long time to get to the cashier so go when you have extra time. read more

I was at this store today and bought a new case for my phone. Not bad at all price was only 10 but case looks perfect !

I went to this store on 08/25/16 and purchase three items. One of the item does not have any price tag on it. The cashier asked someone from the house ware department to give her the price. She was given another item and was told to use it for the item that I was purchasing. I tried to use it was not working. I returned the item on 08/27/16 with the receipt but the so called manager on duty put a price tag on it that does not matching what is on the receipt. I was told that it was not the receipt and I will need to present my ID to get my money back. I said that I don't have my ID because I just walk from my apartment. The so called manager said that they need it. I told them that I am not going to get my ID when it was their fault that they are selling defective item and that it does not have any price. I was told that if I don't leave that they will call their security ( which the way never showed up while I was there for over half an hour ). I told them that I want to speak to the manager, I was told that she is out to lunch and she will be back in a hour. I said that I am not leaving. I said I want the telephone number of their district manager. I was given her name is Nadine but her real name is Delmy Hernandez and her assistant's name is Nayda with telephone number 626-351-4385. This phone number does not have a voicemail and no one answered the phone. Another so called cashier coordinator came over and said that they cannot refund me my money. Again I demanded that I want to speak to her manager by the name of Tiffany. I called the store and said I was on station 4 and still waiting for security that never showed up the person that answered the phone just hang up on me. I called again, and the stupid cashier that was there answered the phone in front of me again hang up the phone. After all of this waiting, the manager showed up and told the so called manager on duty that the receipt has the sku number on it that she need use. This store has the stupidest and useless piece of shit kind of employees. read more
