Huge selection in a clean store! The great Customer Service checking out, was fantastic!!

I spend way too much money$$$ every time I go there which is 3-4 times a month. I absolutely love the clearance prices as well just everyday prices. The dressing rooms are absolutely amazing, not dirty , always clean and the attendants at the dressing room are so pleasant. Love our Marshall's in Medford. read more

We got to the checkout. There was no one in front of us. There were 4 cashiers, 3 talking about personal stuff and 1 at her station wiping down the equipment. We walked past the 3 while they ignored us and eventually remarked to the 1 girl at the register "you know you wanna". Alma, the 1 person doing their job gets 6 off 5 stars for being such a Rockstar!! She deserves a raise and leadership position for going against the flow and delivering excellent customer service! read more

Coming from an employer who strives to make sure the customer gets the best service possible, this place does not compare one bit! Went in to finish my Christmas shopping. I asked for a gift card for a certain amount making my total a little higher than I was expecting...turns out we had some sort of miscommunication totally understandable I've been there myself, but when I went back to ask for the proper amount on the gift card the employees (except for one girl who tried to help me right away but couldn't on her register) made it such a big deal ESPECIALLY the girl who rang me up, she accused me of changing my mind on the amount I had originally asked for on the gift card. I felt very disrespected my daughter heard me give her the original amount she was with me, I just assumed the robe I had bought was a little pricier than I had anticipated on top of the gift card. Until I realized the amount on the gift card was higher than I had asked. All I've got to say is don't always blame the customer and assume you didn't make a mistake when you could have double checked on the amount I had asked for In the first place and everything would have been fine. We all make mistakes, If it wasn't for the customer you wouldn't be getting paid so treat them nicely! It's not too much to ask for. read more

I like this location a lot ! Not sure if cause it's newer they keep it well stocked, lots of items in all departments. It's fairly easy to get in and out of. Lots of animal stuff as well, compared to some other locations. I've been to Marshall's up and the interstate and this one I'll come back and visit. THE ONLY THING I DISLIKE ABOUT THIS LOCATION IS IT CONSTANTLY SMELLS LIKE A ROTTEN EGG FART EVERY DAMN TIME I GO SHOP THERE! read more

I am a retired RN and rarely do I write a review but this has to be said. Hope you are listening manager Pam C. and customer service guy! On 09/17/2021 I bought two Polo shirts for $19.99 each at Marshalls. I brought them home and washed them per instructions becauseI never wear new clothing without washing all the manufacturing dust out of them and also because of Covid-19. When washed the shirts shrunk two sizes and did not fit anymore. When I tried to return them 3 days later no 09/20/2021the first thing the cashier asked was,"did you wash them"? Well yes ,that is what caused them to shrink. "well Marshalls cannot except returns after they have been washed even if you follow the washing directions. I asked to see the manager but instead they sent out the man from customer relations who gave me the same line. Now I am angry because obviously Marshalls thinks they can stick it to their customers with shit products that shrink and take no responsibility and I am out $40.00. Next I drove to the parent company of Marshalls with is TJMAXX. I asked for the manager and was introduced to Andrea Cec. What a wonderful person! I told Andrea what had happened at Marshalls and she said she would take care of it and give me refund right now through TJMAXX. To bad Marshalls team likes to lose customers because my wife and I will never set foot in there stores again. Bad bad bad customer service!!!!! read more

Okay. I love the location of this Marshalls, but this is a Smaller store than some and they have limited selections on plus size clothing, housewares, furnishings ( because they are next store to home goods) and no maternity clothing. The staff are friendly and mostly helpful and have great prices on most things. However, I have been there many times since they opened and it has been fine, but did some Xmass shopping this week. I forgot something so left my shopping cart near the line not on the line,but close to grab something else. Gone for 5 mins. They took my cart and put it in their returns section. I wandered around looking for it for 10-15 min. I was going to leave because I had spent a hour picking all my gifts out for family and was not going to do it again. I found it eventually, but thought give people at least 15 min before you go moving their stuff around. Not my favorite move Which makes me like this place less. read more

I was in your store today and watched a guy walk out the door with a bunch of clothes that he did not pay for. I said something to an associate and apparently they cannot do anything about this, some sort of store policy??? I found out later through my daughter who used to work at Marshall's that this same man comes in there, WITH his friends and does this quite often...multiple times a week, and sometimes multiple times per day! And NOTHING is ever done! Whatever this store policy is, it has to be changed!! I, as a consumer, pay for this theft! Your employees and customers are at a tremendous risk when these thieves know they can get away with it...and obviously word has got out amongst them as they are coming in numbers now! "Come to Marshall's and get WHATEVER you want for FREE!!!! ". Haven't you heard that any business has the right to refuse service?? Call the police and have them tell these thieves they are not allowed in the store! I will NOT RETURN to your store ever again until you stop this nonsense! read more
