I like to shop at different branches. You can find nice apparel for each and everyone in the family, accessories, glasswares, beauty products, dinnerwares and cookwares , utensils, appliances, handbags, shoes, bedding, and more You can find both name brand and off- brand products available. There are ample parking spots shared with other businesses. The staff were nice. I feel every Marshall's has the same problem lol their cashiers just are too slow, no urgency. The line is always so long & backed up, that's that they have 3-5 cashiers on. It's crazy. Even when it's a short line it moves so slow, because the cashiers just are in no rush to move people out. Times have really changed when it comes to retail. Love some of the deals at Marshall's, cause I always find something when I need it! But just be prepared to wait & wait & wait! read more

I used to come here all the time and still do, but the reason it is 3 stars are because: The register line takes soooo long when the line piles up. I think you feel a bit disappointed when you hear the staff talk amongst themselves while only a few registers are open. The clearance items are usually just a dollar off, I found a shirt for my son I really wanted and they didn't have his size. I came to this Marshall's and had a great experience, just like I always do at my regular Studio City location. I was looking for a new bathing suit and found a beautiful, navy blue one-piece that Leyla let me try on in their clean fitting room. I absolutely love it and it fit me perfectly. I've probably gone to this store at least 4-5 times since the last month and today was the first time I had a cashier who seems to be in a mood (Miss Jessica Cashier 2050). First, I hear a colleague apologize to her because she was feeling some type of way. Then I proceed to help her remove hangers as I notice she has to do that before scanning. I'm holding them for her to take them while she ignores me. After thirty seconds, she tells me to PUT IT AT THE REGISTER NEXT TO HERS because she was busy scanning lol. She then asked me how many bags I need and after I let her know I may need two bags, she fills up the first bag then hands me the second bag and tells me to bag the rest. My guest saw what was happening and comes over from the exit just to help me with everything. Jessica should probably find another job where she does not need to be in customer service. read more

Senior citizen reporting! I love the convenience of this location, in a shopping mall with plenty of parking. Today I left my purse in the changing room. By the time I missed it, I went back to check fitting room. The changing room attendant advised me that my purse been turned in. I stood in line. It was very crowded with Christmas shoppers. I assumed that they had placed it in a secure location see photo the person who had gone to lunch who was in charge of my purse placed it there Under those boxes on top of a cabinet, not even there is secure drawer. I will be calling Monday to speak with a supervisor. I have many questions. When I asked who I could call or speak to about my concerns, the clerk, I was speaking with said we have many supervisors. Went to return two online items I purchased with PayPal and I know that you can only get a giftcard as a refund when you pay online with PayPal. The issue is they only gave the item cost back to me and didn't include the taxes. I'm going to reach out to corporate but I think it's the way the processed the returns they didn't do it correctly. My experience at this store's location was not a good one. The employees are very nice and willing to help you, but the manager Irma should not be a manager. She was rude to me and I saw her not be kind to her employees. This type of behavior is not acceptable. Whatever is going on in her personal life should not be transferred to customers or employees. They always have great deals! They literally have everything you need. Most of the stuff is good quality and I can't complain about customer service. It is a busy store though. Highlight: I wanna give a special thank you to the manager Sylvia and the coordinator Nawal. With all the chaos in reopening the store, Sylvia and Nawal helped me out with my shopping experience. I was hoping to get a specific item, and they went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. I have always had positive experiences at this location, but this time was exceptional. I love coming here! They have so many good brands for low prices like Rae Dunn (there's A LOT of RD here), Rachel Zoe, Michael Kors, NARS, clinique, and Nike. With so many great brands, they always have a quick turn time so I try to come in when I can. The line looks long all the time, but it's usually no more than a five minute wait because the cashiers are so organized. This specific Marshall's is probably one of my favorites as I feel like they always have an awesome/huge collection of shoes and name brand cosmetics, and it's kept pretty organized! Looking for furniture or suitcases? Look here! You'll find extremely competitive prices here as well! It's pretty hard to walk out of here empty-handed. I've shopped here many times but I haven't left a review until now. I've come here for gifts, makeup, hair supplies, dog beds, purses, calendars, cards, wrapping paper, vanity trays, etc . I always get great customer service. Even if the line is long, it goes quickly. Today was exemplary because, the klutz that I am, I broke a water jar. I was so embarrassed, but they couldn't have been nicer! They were concerned about my sandal-clad feet and nothing else. That was really sweet. Tip: I usually pop in here before I go to Trader Joe's, so I take in a Trader Joe's shopping cart since you have to leave theirs in the store (unless they unlock it with something). Marshall is located in a plaza where there's khols, trader joe's and etc. Expect to be here for a while, they have more clearance racks here than elsewhere. The same goes for the shoes! I like this Marshalls. Depending on which city it's in, there is a difference in cleanliness, organization and the customer service. It's in a shopping center right next to Trader Joe's (another place I love), so the parking is ample. I am so hooked on the housewares that this Marshalls sells. I enjoy cooking, baking and entertaining, so this place is a little too fun for me and if I'm careless, I really get carried away with the cookware. One of my most recent purchases included a Wilton "3-Piece Mini Doughnut & Doughnut Hole Baking Set." Love, love, love it! I've seen it retail at Bed, Bath & Beyond for $19.99 and as much as $29.55 on Amazon.com. I got it at Marshalls for only $7.99! What a steal and in perfect condition. I've already made over four dozen doughnuts with it and they were a hit. I'll post a photo of the set and my "finished product" as well. ;) The problem with discount stores is that the inventory is a first-come, first-serve type of thing. If it's something you like and it's a good price, get it then or possibly lose it forever. But my mother really likes to come here and shop and so I come so that I can drive her (she can very well drive herself, but she prefers company). I think the aisles of clothes and shoes seem to be a bit more organized than Ross, but have a smaller selection of clothes than them. I also believe that the items here in general just seem to be a little higher priced over Ross. There always seems to be long lines at the check out no matter what time I have gone (week days, weekends, mornings, afternoons, evenings) Anyways, parking here is pretty simple and plentiful (the lot is shared with Kohl's, Trader Joe's, Bed Bath & Beyond). On the downside it is too crowded so no room to move a cart, merchandise crammed into every nook and cranney. Also lots of multiple displays of soap and bath products. Fragrence everywhere you turn. Shoe selection non-existant in size 11 for women. Not too good at size 10 either. Usually go here for home decor and seasonal items. Scored on towels for guest bathroom today. read more

This is a good Marshalls store. Looks much nicer since their much needed remodeling. Unfortunately, the men's bathroom needs work. I'm glad they finally switched to a jet air hand dryer, instead of leaving it without paper towels for days.
