The Mercato is a great place to shop, they have so many good stores and it's right off Tamiami Trail. Parking is not bad, depends on when you stop by. Sometimes there may be a wait to check out, but it's worth it to have the privilege to shop in person. In a lot of cities, good stores aren't nearly as available, another reason to be glad we live in Naples. .

They offer some amazing deals and their gift sets of fragrance and makeup are an annual treat. They have friendly sales staff and it's easy to spend time there, looking for something special to keep or give as a gift. The store is in a good location and parking is super easy. The water features are very relaxing and beautiful. This truly is a place that grounds and centers me and is a wonderful place to spend some quality time window shopping. They have a large selection of food items and personal care products. This Walmart is large and well stocked and it's easy to find your items, in addition, the produce looks fresh. I'd recommend getting here early, when I arrived mid afternoon, the store was really crowded. They also have two pet food isles, one for cats, one for dogs and a good selection of garden supplies. The store is especially convenient when you have different items besides food to buy.

I spent time browsing and having fun, something my spouse doesn't understand when shopping. For starters she snatched the clothes from me, proceeded to not talk at all, she did not say you're welcome when I thanked her for her help, and had major attitude. Secondly, this is most likely company policy but why do we count items that are a set or connected to eachother as two things? It's not my choice that they're stuck together and it's a pain to try on anyways. I only ever want one piece out of the two and sometimes there will be one item on a hanger then at checkout it's suddenly supposed to be a set so I offer to pay full price and I can't get it??? Ridiculous. Back to the story, When I reached my ten item limit I still had more clothes and the lady shoved an item back in my hands and in the rudest way told me to leave it in my cart. When we asked to exchange things in our cart that we'd rather try on first to not make two trips she said NO, like what was the point of saying no are you genuinely that mean? I wish I was the only person this happened to but the lady also slammed down another girls shorts on a chair. I understand policy and not exceeding the limit but be kind about explaining it, I don't work there! Especially if we count sets as two separate items then they should be sold SEPARATELY. Unfortunately that's not all, what really took the cake was the fact that when I got out of the dressing room the woman took all of the things in my cart and hung them up after she told me I had to leave them. Imagine the utter shock on my face when my cart disappeared... I'm not at TJ magic show! The lady wanted to make my cart and clothes disappear... well I have a trick it's called KINDNESS. Tj max alone and every other worker there deserves a 5 star but consider your employees and maybe work on how we treat other people and customer service. I hope my review doesn't affect the GOOD employees or the clothes I so adore, but seriously 2 stars was generous.
