Small location. There are a variety of items, shoes, clothes, hair/body care, & home goods. The store could use a bit more organizing and better lighting. Cashier was pleasant which was helpful. The prices are reasonable for the items. read more

I should've known. This Marshalls in on Roosevelt Blvd, in a renovated strip mall, in a hit or miss section of the boulevard. It looks SO nice on the outside, so I decided to give it a look, despite what I knew to be true about the area. Wrong. Ugh. I actually get upset when my negative preconceptions are proven to be absolutely true. Upon parking, I walk up to the entrance and have to navigate around 2 men having an aggressive conversation at an above normal decibel level. I walk in, and not 2 seconds later, some young, scraggly dude walks past me and belches so loudly the employee unloading boxes gasps in disgust. I'm 10 seconds into my experience, and already I'm ready to turn around. The next knock is that the inside is CRAZY crowded. Merchandise is just on top of other merchandise. Again, the outside of this store is completely redone, and it looks like it belongs in Marlton or some other uppity New Jersey suburb, but inside, it is super cramped. The last straw was listening to the employees argue and yell at each other about when they were getting off, and what they WEREN'T going to do, etc, etc. I looked at the like 4 small racks of mens clothes and decided it wasn't worth it. I headed back to Jersey to do my shopping. I love Marshalls, but I don't see a reason to come back to this one any time soon. Had to make a return and was surprised to see a good number of people here around 3/3:30 PM. The line moved fairly quickly and I had no issues returning my Calpak luggage - it didn't have enough space as I wanted. After I made my return, I quickly browsed the store to see if I could find any cute summer tops or dresses but things were all over the place. Some aisles were full with clothes while others weren't and unfortunately I didn't find anything. The shoe aisles were more organized though. read more

Love that all the staff were wearing mask and gloves, just horrible how the STORE manager Melissa F. handles things. She doesn't work well under pressure, she's impatient and sure as heck have a nasty attitude as if she's home yelling at here children. The associates at this Marshalls are super disrespectful & impatient. One of the cashiers literally told me "im done. Can you get a manager up here or get someone else to check her out. Because im done with her. ". Thats NO WAY to speak to a PAYING CUSTOMER & associate from a different district. The manager, Melissa was ALSO super rude & unprofessional. I've never had a problem in any Marshalls i've been to & i've worked with them for 5 years. Super disgusting. Im a very sweet person & to go out with a positive attitude, just to have ill-mannered, unprofessional associates talk to me in that manner is horrible. read more

This is by far the worst Marshalls store I have ever been in! They are out of their ever lovin' minds charging the prices they charge for their women's clothing. Their women's blouses look like the cheapest, flimsiest chinese imports ever and they want $20 a blouse? I could get a better quality and less expensive blouse at Macy's! Underwear selection forget it. They have bras out the wazoo but nothing in the way of panties unless you are size 2. Every other Marshalls I go to has much better pricing and a much larger selection. Their Home Goods department IS ALSO A JOKE. No curtains, or rods, and none of the quilts and pillow shams match. There was trash on the floor and shelves were messy and unorganized in every department. What a mess! Whoever is managing this store had better get their act together or hire better employees. I will NOT be returning nor will my sisters who were with me - we were all rather disgusted by this store. read more

Basically just like any other Marshalls. Some nice name brand clothes. Okay prices, alot to choose from. Just not my all time place to shop.

pretty standard Marshalls. I live in this area so I frequently walk to this shopping center. I have found different odds and ends in here without even looking for particular items, like a retailed 65$ hair straightener for $30 dollars and a "life is good" brand tee as a gift for my dad inexpensive too. I like these kind of stores because they fit me champagne taste on my beer budget, bring your time and patience, theres a lot to look at here and some of the clinentele may not be top-notch but a recommended store. read more

I avoid this company/store at all costs! If anyone ever asks me to enter one- I REFUSE! Roosevelt Blvd and Franklin Mills Mall Stores are a disgrace. Everything is a mess! The Home Good section is a joke. Everything is either damaged or overpriced junk. UGH! read more
