After I had spent some time in the store, my husband walked in with our clearly marked service dog. The owner immediately pounced on him and said there are no dogs allowed in the store. My husband informed him that it is a service dog. The owner said "I don't believe you. What is he a service dog for." My husband pointed out the dog's collar and tag, and reminded the owner that it is against the law to ask that question, as no one has the right to ask for any medical/mental health information-that is federally protected information. The owner instantly shot back"I'm the f*ing owner and I can ask anything I want." Irate, my husband took the dog and left the store. As I was already in line with my items (balls and toys for the dog included), I contemplated buying them anyway until the owner and his wife-who didn't know we were together-continued to bash my husband saying things like "Service dog my ass" and "what is THAT little dog going to help him with?" I dropped my items and went to walk out of the store. My daughter said to the man that we were going to buy the items FOR the service dog, and the owner and his wife both began to scream at her. As we walked out his last words were a very sarcastic "I'm sure I'll go broke. " These people obviously need to be instructed regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act and Hippa laws. I hope that no one shops at his store if this is how they treat people.

My daughter with her three sons all wearing unsalted sweat shirts that we purchase earlier in the…read moreweek in a four hundred dollar dress, hat, tee and sweat shirt buy, was questioned, while checking out with two more shirts she was buying as gifts, if she had paid for the shirts my grandkids were wearing. The questioning took her by surprise, before she could respond she was questioned again about the shirts. Being accused of stealing in front of other customers is humiliating and unprofessional. This store has been a go to for us for over ten years, they have lost a customer for life. If you are going to shop here with clothes you purchased from them in the past, carry your receipt. This place isn't what it used to be.

I needed a pair of safety-toe shoes for my line of work & was excited to see that they had a very decent selection to chose from. I was also impressed with the fact that they had larger sizes stocked, that are rare to find/come by in almost all of their women's shoes (I'm a size 11). Best customer service experience! The lady was super helpful & polite, was great about answering questions and also was not 'pushy' or in-your-face (as I had experienced at the other couple of prior shoe stores on my hunt). Much bigger selection than the Laconia location as well. I'll be sure to return the next time I need footwear!

Some advice...on the wall of women's underwear, put the types together, bikinis with bikinis, briefs with briefs. Makes it easier. Instead of standing around chatting with each other, see if you can help a customer or organizing those racks. And for crabby patty at the check out, try smiling and being courteous, you'll be a happier person for it. "Thank you" or " sorry you couldn't find what you want" are always good responses, instead of offering nothing but a sneer.

We asked the cashier about this and said that we found them in the 30% off rack along with some others. She stated that someone must have put them there and refused to give us the discount. She then instructed her coworker to remove them from the rack. I stated that the right thing to do would be to give us the 30% off then remove them from the rack and she said, "oh well." I guess the customer isn't correct at Under Armour.
