I have been a Marshalls customer for a very long time. I absolutely love everything about it! Yes you have to dig and look to find what you want but when you find it, it's affordable and great quality! They may not always have your size, but if your patient, sooner or later you will what you are looking for! They have everything, not just clothes and shoes... I don't understand why would anyone to go Macy's and pay possibly twice as much for a shirt when you can find basically same quality at Marshall's except half the price!!! read more

Marshall is the type of place I go to find for designer brand names for less. I occasionally buy my iPod accessories here because they are comparable to the originals and they cost a lot less which makes me happy. I also like buying sporting gear here such as running shorts or dryfit tops, you definitely can find them at cheaper prices than at Nike places. This Marshall is slightly cleaner than other places I've been before but sometimes it can be a mess sorting through all the clothes on the rack. The fitting room has very bright lighting. I like Marshall's overall and this location is a good place to go to. read more

This is, for us, the best Marshalls we've visited (we're based in Marin), for the following reasons: 1) Phenomenal selection, especially for women (my wife and stepmom think it's fantastic, and they're tough to please!); 2) Super large store, with a fair amount of room to roam around even with all the clothes; 3) Men's selection is large albeit a bit more focused on general stuff (not as upscale as, say, the Novato Marshalls); 4) Last but not least, the cashiers move quickly; there are generally enough of them; and they all have spirit, a smile, and the habit of saying "thank you" and meaning it. If you're on the west side of Florin Road, this is a great spot to visit. And this little mall has a few other good places, including the Nugget Market, Shari's (a diner with spunk and decent food) and a few other options. read more

this marshals has the slowest cashiers. they will have the longest lines and try to have side conversations with their coworkers what shifts they are working instead of trying to have a sense of urgency being that people are waiting in line for 15+ minutes and only have three items in their hands. the only cashier I've ever seen get people in and out is Lisa which is why i had to wait 15 mins in line today because she wasnt there. get better employees read more

I've shopped at this Marshalls for over 30 years! Over time, the quality of merchandise has changed- for the better. Even though it's a discount store, it always feels clean and organized. I've had a few issues though- 1. Parking is a bit challenging in the front and often there are no spaces, even on a weekday morning. There is parking on the side if you go all the way behind the plaza. It really doesn't feel safe though because nobody is back there. 2. Also, they really push their credit card. I've been approached while in the store multiple times by a sales associate with a clipboard to apply for a card. Just let me shop in peace. Recently when purchasing my goodies, the clerk asked about opening a card- I declined. She then asked, "Are you sure? Do you at least want to try?". To me, she was insinuating my credit was crap and it wouldn't get approved- insulting. They need to stop pushing their card so much. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy shopping here, but if I wanted their credit card, I'd have it already. read more

So the hardest thing about going to marshals is finding parking on a hot day and that's pretty much it. After you find parking enjoy your shopping because there's places though. I would even suggest stopping at Starbucks before hand to enjoy a tasty drink while you shop. The store is almost always clean, the The staff is very polite attentive and helpful. As with all Marshalls, it can be hit or miss. The day I went was alright. Oddly located inside a mall area that you have to pass through large doors and a hallway to get to the main store itself, this location strikes me as smaller than most, but there were quite a few bargains to get excited over. I purchased a Carlos Santana leather purse that was on clearance for $20! I also was able to get several drinking glasses that were the 'thick' glass, made in Mexico in very pretty blues and greens for under $3 each. There are several other stores in this shopping area, including a Nugget Market, that I plan to visit next. I don't know if I'd make a special trip down here just to go to this Marshalls, but since I was in the area, it was worth it! read more

I really like this particular Marshalls. One because it's close to home and two, it's not all hood like the Marshalls on Howe! Yes, you kind of have to dig to find something you really like for a good deal. I don't mind digging and browsing the racks if I have nothing else to do. I don't know if it's because I'm always lucky or what, but I ALWAYS find cute clothes at a great low price here! I can snag two to three outfits for less than $100 easily. I usually start at the clearance section and work my way to the new arrivals! I also like coming to Marshalls and buying random home stuff! Not like I need it but when I see a deal on a Kitchen Aid cheese grater or can opener, it's a SCORE for me! The staff here is always friendly. This Marshalls has been mostly disappointing for me. When I do shop here, I usually walk out with mostly home good items or clothes (if I can find my size). I do wish there was more clothing selections especially in the plus size and kids department. For the most part the store is clean and organized. The staff is friendly but can be pushy about the credit cards while checking out. I believe the employees get extra incentives for signing new members up. Around the store displays will also change to match the season, making it easier to shop for those items. Dig a little deeper and you might find a bargain. Come take a gander here if you have the time. However, if you're in a rush and need something specific and don't have the time to search the racks, don't come here. It can be a hit or miss situation. Also the parking lot can get packed even though there is plenty of it but save yourself a little of time and park in the back lot. read more

This is the best Marshalls in the greater Sacramento area. Why? Because for some reason they get the best stuff. I always find name brands for a fraction of the cost. Best of all this Marshalls is CLEAN! Yes, you can actually find things with out tripping over clothes all over the floor. Shoes, neatly displayed and lots to choose from. I always find great brands like Born and BCBG. Clothes, I'm not going to lie you're going to have look through everything to find that gem you want. Once you find what you want it will be worth it. Handbags, everything from D&B, Micheal Kors, and more. I love getting a good handbag for cheap! Housewares, my favorite part. Le Crueset, Kitchen Aid, and tons of other baking and cookware. On top of all of that, the customer service is very good here too. If you need something the employees are very nice and helpful. read more

This Marshall's location is great! They have shipments of new merchandise coming in every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. You can tell I'm a regular when I know their shipment schedule! Most of the time I find things for a bargain, especially the name brand stuff. The staff are friendly and always making sure you're finding stuff alright or greeting you. I like looking for my pet needs here too. You really don't know what treasures you can find here! I have gone to other Marshall's locations and this one seems to have more variety and better merchandise that hasn't been picked over many times. This is an UNSANITARY STORE with LOW QUALITY customer service. I just got back from this disgusting Marshalls. A girl working the cash register was extremely sick and coughing every few seconds with flem. She would cough on her hands and then take money from the customers and then give them their change with GERMS ALL OVER IT. This was NOT just a cough. This was a disgustingly ill employee. I refused to let her take my cash and was forced to get back in line. I waited another 10 minutes (long line) and asked for a manager. I asked the manager if they always let sick employees work and she said it "was up to them". She seems to not be bothered by the fact that she was potentially getting every customer that goes in that store sick. That is disgusting. If your employee has pneumonia that could kill my grandmother. I imagine a lot of older people shop at this location and they are all at risk. This is showing how little Marshalls cares about their customers. I will never go back to this Marshalls. When employees are getting their contagious FLEM all over your store you should draw the line. This Marshalls sells FOOD so you would think they would have to follow some type of standards of not HAVING DEATHLY ILL EMPLOYEES WORK THERE. The manager DID NOT apologize for RISKING MY HEALTH. She clearly had no intention of sending her employee home. Making $$ is obviously more important to the manager at this Marshalls than if i am sick for 2 weeks. Also a few weeks before this I purchased a Ghiradelli chocolate bar from them. When i got home i realized it was ALREADY EXPIRED and completely broken. I also noticed while walking around the store that they have broken goods for sale. The quality standard is so low that they don't notice they are putting broken and expired products on the shelves? ***UPDATE*** 01/10/2017 surprise surprise I got sick the day after going to Marshall's. Today is the second day I will be FORCED to take off work. Who knows how long I will be sick and how much money I will lose. read more

I've been going to this Marshalls for years. They recently remodeled inside and it's made the store a million times better. Newer checkout stands, expanded shoe section, better lighting. The shoe section is now comparable to the Marshalls on Howe Avenue. They have an excellent linens and children's section. The store is usually well-kept and organized. They always have enough shopping carts to go around. The only downside is their checkout lines can be long during peak hours because they never seem to have more than 2 cashiers working. read more

I'm Marshall's number 1 fan, but lately (about the last 6 months to a year) they just don't have the same selection as they used to. In the past, you could go there with $20-30 and make out like a bandit! Dress shirts on clearance, shoes, iPod accessories, sweaters, coats, household goods. That place had it all! You can still get all of that, but the selection is just not what it used to be. The staff is as nice and courteous as ever. One plus is that they now sell suits, although it takes awhile for them to get new stock in. Overall, this place is still a good store, they sell everything you need, its just not as stocked as it used to be. But I have hope... high hopes that the Greenhaven Marshall's will return to its former greatness. read more

I bought an expensive shelf there. An associate brought it to the register and another to my car when i got home i realized the side was broken and coming off and it would not sit straight. It was a bit big and hard to move so I called the store and was told to call the next day. I call again and am told i can bring in the photo and tag and they can give me a discount if I want to repair it. I come in and get another story. 3 days later, no help what so ever. Be very careful buying things there. This is the second time they have packaged items that are broken and sold them without inspecting them like nordstroms or macys does and they dont care about helping you either. Very disappointed, will likely just return it and go elsewhere. read more

It's an awesome place to pick up really well priced clothing and accessories. Inside: From the outside, it doesn't look very big, but inside hosts a spacious amount of room for a bunch of merchandise on the floor. Things are easily labeled, with aisles to certain categories, and sizes labeled on the clothes hangers. Changing rooms have enough room to maneuver and jump into clothing. It also has amazing lighting that makes anyone look good. Staff: Always friendly and courteous. Cashiers and people on the floor will always check if you were able to find what you need, and try to share a conversation. Prices: I honestly don't shop for clothes much because I'm sort of a "do with what you have" kind of guy. But sometimes I just want to make poor choices in this store by trying to find all the cool things I can buy. read more

Love, love ,love this store. It's close to my home and I always find good deals. I typically get home goods and dresses when I come here. I some times get frustrated with the disorganised beauty supply corner and random home goods area but most other areas do not have this issue. You typically will find long lines here and sometimes I feel that some items are over priced, but I usually always leave with something. This store is good for random neat finds and cheap name brand items. A clean store and nice stuff are an added plus. read more

For a discount store this place is really clean. They must have had a New Years resolution to clean up the store because it seems like a different store since I was last here at Christmas. I noticed the kitchen gadgets area is no longer a conflagration of spatulas and spoons but is now nicely organized on the back wall with a catchall bucket for the miscellaneous items. I purchased a pair of shoes for work there this weekend, I have worn them 2 times since buying them. Today I noticed design/color for the shoes was pealing off. I spent my hard earned money on this product, when trying to return them since clearly these shoes are defective Terrence Martin the store manager stated they can not take them back "because that is normal wear and tear" on the shoes. I don't know about you but when I buy a pair of shoes I am sure hoping to be able to wear them for more that 2 times. I am very unpleased with the lack of customer service, buyers be ware when buying from marshall they do not stand behind the products they sell. I walked out and left the shoes at the store. After thinking on it on the drive back home I decided I would try to contact the manufacture about their defective shoes, I called marshall and asked them to hold the shoes as I would come back to pick them up and return them to the manufacture. This Marshall is my TO GO place when I'm in need of clothes, home and kitchen items. I love how they are away having new stuff. Took one star away for the restroom. I have the fact that you have to go ask an employee to open the doors. It's in a good area. I don't see why that was necessary. Some of the employee aren't the most approachable when asking to open the restroom doors and rolling their eyes at you. Plus the restroom needs to be clean more often. It's quite dirty. read more

The lights in the dressing rooms are awful. It makes you look dead and orange so no matter how cute a dress looks like once you bring it into the dressing room to try on it turns super ugly due to the lighting in the rooms. It makes your skin color look bad and changes the actual color of the garment. I always end up not buying a garment due to this horrible lighting. And also the bathrooms are super dirty. read more

Need to find a cute little outfit for Napa over the weekend and decided to hit up Marshall's. The store has plenty of parking as it does share a parking lot with other stores in the shopping center. The store is well organized and as neat as a variety store can be. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The dressing rooms were clean and a nice size. I was able to find a cute affordable outfit. This is a great Marshalls and it's in my area. I always find cheap shoes here that I've just seen at Macy's for full price. The clothes are ok but you need time to go through the racks. They also have nice bedding and houseware. Lately it's been more organzied and definitely clean. In years past it was pretty messy and unorganized. I have found lots of cute stuff here. I came here last night and found the perfect dog toy on clearance. So much WIN! Also as I was walking around one of the dresses caught my eye. It was a speechless brand strapless form fitting dress in blue in my size. I tried it on and l discovered the tag was missing so I went to ask a sales associate how much it cost. The lady couldn't find an identical dress so she was guessing it was $25 and was going to give it to me for that price. I mentioned that since we couldn't find any more of the dress is it possible that it was on clearance and she let me buy the dress for a clearance price. =), if you are willing to look there are plenty of things to buy here. I feel like it is definitely more organized than some of the other Marshalls. Also big plus that it is around my house and the staff here is always friendly and helpful. read more

Hello guys... I always shop here for my Michael Kors. This particular day I had gotten this gorgeous Mk fanny pack.... I can tell the cashier wanted it and wanted it badly. She called for the purse dept lady to to check the price again saying this can't be the correct price. I'm thinking in my mind oh maybe it's cheaper than this "wow" . The lady comes back saying no it's the correct price. Her face said so much but her mouth said " I could have sworn it's more expensive, is there more I wanna get one". Not realizing I wanted to snap, I was already in this belief, I can't stand HATER'S. She's the true definition. And honey I'm a cashier also... reminder you never know who your customers are... maybe doctor's, lawyers, or one of your people working for the same store but different location. Snotty! And I mean it. Although I must admit that this Marshall's usually has a much better selection and variation of items, sometimes it's not worth the hassle of dealing with certain staff members. A lot of the employees at this location are helpful and kind, but there is one woman in particular (her names starts with an M. Magdalena maybe?) who is rude, overly sarcastic, talks down to the rest of the staff, and when I complained about her to the useless assistant manager, the woman just stared at me like a deer caught in the headlights. The head manager didn't do much to help either. My advice is to keep shopping here, but if you need help with anything, like oh i don't know 'a price check' don't ask any of the Managers or Magdalena. read more
