Adj: Admittedly Acceptable and Conveniently Comprehensive I enjoy coming here for basic arts and crafts items, yesterday, I came looking for yarn and quickly found what I needed and everything was smooth from welcoming entry, finding the items I needed, check-out and exit. Gardening dept could be bigger. They're currently undergoing a big remodel and the whole front entrance (the whole front side in fact) is closed off pretty much, so we decided to park along the north side of the store and walk through the auto center to get into the store. Thankfully, the auto center was still open. The prices for arts and crafts supplies have gone up, like everywhere else, but there's still plenty of good items for reasonable prices and most items have only gone up a dollar or two which is still pretty reasonable post-Covid, and with inflation at an all time high. As for the rest of the store, everything looks pretty organized and there's inventory of pretty much anything you could be looking for, we usually just go to the same few sections of the store: Arts/Crafts, Auto, Gardening Center, Stationery, and sometimes the Grocery Dept. although we do not mainly shop here for our food (we go elsewhere). Unfortunately, the latest time I used the bathroom here, the condition has really gone down in cleanliness and overall upkeep. I have to remember not to have to use their restrooms here, lol... Let's see if they remodel their bathrooms and what other improvements they make w/this whole big O' updating they're doing to the front side of the store. I use the curbside pickup at this Walmart regularly, and it's honestly become one of my favorite ways to get groceries without adding extra stress to my day. The service has consistently been great -- orders are brought out quickly, substitutions are handled well (and actually happen pretty minimally compared to other places), and everything is usually accurate. Over time I've even gotten to recognize a few of the employees who bring out the groceries, which adds a nice personal touch and makes the experience feel more friendly. Being able to order what I need, pull up, and have everything loaded into the car is such a time saver, especially on busy weeks. Inside the store, they generally have what I'm looking for, which I appreciate when I do need to run in quickly. The one area that could definitely use improvement is the restrooms near the front of the store -- they tend to need better upkeep. If you do need to use one, the bathrooms toward the back are usually a better option. Overall though, for convenience, selection, and reliable curbside service, this location has worked really well for me. read more

A practical visit was made to return some items, but I took some time to walk around since they recently expanded the store a bit (structurally). They basically just pushed out the garden center and gave more space to the inside garden/landscape supplies section and then the vision center was moved, it seems, from another part of the store to be next to the Pharmacy, so that created space for a new section that seems to be dedicated to online order and pick up. Not too much changed in this Walmart, it's still pretty clean and for such a big store, it remains quite organized. I'm not sure why such low ratings. I wouldn't come here after dark, as it seems any Walmart in any area isn't the safest after sundown, otherwise, it's a good solid store. read more

This is a big Walmart. They are located at the end of the delta stores strip. This location does have much more bakery items such as more mini cakes and mini pudding cups. This is the only Walmart around that sold the mini Walmart carts for dolls. I found a mass market paperback book of the Poppy War here. Terrible experience trying to buy a money order. Lei and Chahat clearly need better training on acceptable forms of ID. They refused my valid U.S. Passport Card with incorrect information and were very dismissive. A simple policy check would have prevented this. Very disappointed. read more

I'm not a big Walmart shopper but I go to this one once in a while. It's clean, has plenty of parking and good prices. I'm usually there in the evening and don't have trouble find a good spot to park. It's newer than some of the other Walmarts in the area, so it looks nicer inside. There's a good selection of products and the prices are good. When I do go, I typically stick up on their 2 liter bottles of soda because they're only $1.00. I also like their classic macaroni salad, bread, produce, and lunch meat. The self check-out line is usually short, then bam! I'm back in the parking lot and on my way. read more

I came by to pick up my groceries, there were 9 parked cars waiting and a dozen in line waiting for a parking. I sat an additional 35 minutes once I parked in a slot to get my order after 7 pm. The slip said before 7 which was BS. You only had 2 guys bringing out groceries in random order. After I got home I saw I didn't even get my complete order! read more

If I could give zero stars I would, I waited ONE HOUR AND CHANGE for the grocery pick up , that is beyond excessive . I called the pick up number after about 40 minutes of waiting in the designated parking spot and the guy on the phone said he had no clue when my order would be done .... Why let me check out for a specific time between 2-3 and then send me a notice it's ready, I get there and have to wait over an hour to pick my stuff up, I'm not even exaggerating, I will never shop here again. read more

I lived in Oklahoma when Wal-Mart first burst forth on the American retail landscape. The regional grocery stores in Oklahoma were so bad in the 80's and 90's that Wal-Mart was actually an improvement on the situation in both selection and price. I also saw how it took over every mid sized and small town in the state and once everyone else was out of business they raised their prices. So that's my Wal-Mart back story. With that complex history and moving out west over 25 years ago Wal Mart became a choice, not the only game in town. Overall it is not a store brand I enjoy shopping in. Sometimes it was worthwhile for lower prices on select grocery items but with c*vidflation, prices seem standard at most stores. This WalMart at Delta Shores is huge. There us an enormous quantity of items in both grocery and regular shopping. There is now only one functional entrance coming and going to the south entrance. Many of the items especially in the kitchen and decor area look to be low quality and destined for the landfill. I have gotten good deals on stuff here but they end up breaking- a cheap charcoal grill, bird feeder, and solar lights all kaput after one season. Today my dad and I went here looking for boysenberry jam which the website said they had, and I needed some acetone nail polish remover because I had dried super glue all over my hands. Long story. So basically two things. We walked for about a mile as both things were at opposite ends of the store. The grocery section has stuff crammed so high that we had to ask for help because the jam we wanted (approximately- the brand and variety we wanted was nowhere to be found) was on the top shelf. There are employees on these tall ladder devices managing all this stuff and taking pictures of it. Needless to say even though the sign said to ask for help it wasn't exactly appreciated. So that done, I looked at the baking aisle and noticed they didn't have ground nutmeg (kind of basic) and that their King Arthur all purpose flour flour was 12 cents cheaper than Target. A large container of Crisco was 20 cents cheaper than Raley's. So not worth the hassle. I did get some molasses that was $3.98 a jar, a decent price. My dad asked if they had Addidas pants and I said not likely but he looked at men's pants and it was not what he wanted. So onto the nail polish remover. We had to wait 15 minutes because everything in cosmetics is locked behind glass due to shoplifting. There is only one person who has a key unbeknownst to us. She was helping to ring up a customer's huge shopping cart at her tiny cash register kiosk in personal care. I get it. So I pressed a button for help and we waited. And waited. My dad was getting antsy so he asked two employees for help but they said only one lady could help us. They didn't tell us only one person had the key. She finally finished ringing up this woman's cart and then I asked for the polish remover and she tried to give me something else but then we got our communication straight. Then she wouldn't let me take the remover ($1.12) but said I had to gave it securely boxed if we still needed to shop or we could have her ring up our other stuff too. So we did the latter and then we walked another half mile to the exit and these gates had emergency exit and my dad yelled for help and thankfully the greeter let us out even though we triggered the alarm after checking our receipt. I am never going to WalMart again. It feels like I'm shopping in the former Soviet Union. There's no Starbucks, nothing cute to catch your eye, just the option of a salty, greasy Auntie Anne's soft pretzel at the end. #TeamTarget. This was a big ball of ridiculousness! I am beyond upset with the Walmart at Delta Shore. I tried to return clothes I bought for my son on 8/23/25 that didn't fit. I lost my receipt, but I gave them the date, the amount, and the last 4 digits of my card. Instead of helping, they gave me the runaround and even asked me what lane I checked out in. Who remembers that weeks later? Then they told me they only give store credit if the item is under $20, even though mine was around $50. When I asked for a manager or a customer service number, suddenly nobody had one and everyone acted clueless. I even called Walmart's 1-800 number and was told they "don't deal with in-store issues." Really? That's supposed to be customer service! The manager finally refunded me, but for much less than what I paid. When I questioned it, she had the nerve to say, "Well at least I'm giving you something." That is one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful responses I've ever heard from a manager. This whole experience was humiliating, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. Walmart needs to train their employees and managers better. Customers should not be treated like an inconvenience, especially when we're just trying to resolve a simple issue. I will think twice before shopping here again. read more

One of the better location Walmarts I have been to but a Walmart is still has Walmart customer service. I went for the pickup option and when I tell you there was only 2 maybe 3 people taking out orders a whole parking lot of people waiting. You would think they are understaff but no when I knocked on the glass and saw inside there were people standing around talking. I talked to the head of the operation who was a lady with a heavy accent and she said they're trying their best but was only yelling at them to hurry up. Usually I have no issues with this Walmart, however today, our first cashier lady was helping us get checked out but got swapped with another person. Apparently there was a dispute/issue with the coworkers and as a result we were double charged an item and we had asked for some items that was put in the front from the items that are kept in the glass cases multiple times. The reason we had to ask for these items multiple times is because the new cashier was more interested in talking/mumbling crap about his coworkers than doing his job and midway through scanning the items/transaction, he goes and leaves service to drink from a water fountain. We had notified this cashier we were double charged an item, but they did not care and once again were more invested in their dispute/argument with their coworker! Extremely unprofessional, I recommend going to a Target than this Walmart even if the prices are higher because you're more likely to get a better service there than here! read more

Tonight is even worst though. It is not even 9 yet and there is one cashier. However, two cashier did come and open up. But of course they don't tell anyone waiting in line. As I walk in to a very slow store on a Sunday i start to shop for 3 different seniors. I notice they have about 500 employees but no visible managers or any managers that are able to help. So I go to self check out and the worker named Venus approaches me very aggressively and aggressive because I seem to have more then the 15 product max there is only one other person checking out as well as me. She gets more mad that there isn't a manager to come help the situation. As Im waiting for a manager a shopper decides to threaten me. I leave and try to call the store in every attempt to resolve the situation so I can shop in peace and leave in peace. Very poor customer service and absolutely No Managers anywhere to be found. This is my neighborhood Walmart so we do frequent often, but over the years, it seems to have declined. So much so I dread coming here and will often times just do my order online for pickup so I don't have to deal with rude employees or unsavory patrons. Produce is always so close to spoiled that if you're not using it immediately, you'd be wasting your money because most likely it was be spoiled by the next day. Lunch meats and yogurts seem to always be sparsely stocked also. We all know inflation is an issue but their Great Value brand is now running almost on par cost wise with name brand, it's no longer exceptionally lower. As for online orders for pickup, those are hit or miss too. I often times got already spoiled produce so I just stopped ordering it for pickup. I ordered a 12 pack of Jarritos which are glass bottles in a box, when I got home, I noticed the box looked like it was wet at one point then it dried and when I opened it, 3 bottles were completely shattered. Nothing was damp so these bottles broke long enough ago to fully dry out the box they were in. I also bought a gallon jug of white vinegar and I noticed when they loaded it in my car the top was smashed (probably from stacking another crate on top of it) but didn't think anything of it, half way home I was overwhelmed with the stench of vinegar, it was actually cracked and leaked all over my car, my car smelled forever! They also say items are out of stock but I would go inside to find an alternative and find the original product fully stocked. As much as I'm not really a Walmart fan, they have such a huge monopoly on grocery stores based on price and variety, I just keep finding myself coming back for the convenience. read more

They constantly ship out dented cans for delivery orders. They also try to get you to drive out or mail the product back to them at your expense. You have to fight them to avoid this. There are a LOT of customer complaints about this. read more

I just wanted to notify all people who order food or any type of items through the Walmart online app and delivery service that after you put push the button confirm order if you do not know to keep scrolling up you'll see the tip section there where they will automatically add a tip a different nomination on the app so before you hit confirm order keep scrolling up and you will see the tip section there cuz the customers that don't know that they have that that that section there about the tip they will automatically add 10%, maybe $4 $2 I just want to notify everybody about the delivery service cuz they're very very deceptive that's all I wanted to say thank you read more

5 stars for all types of selections & prices! HOWEVER! 0 stars to the multiple managers and employees that are in charge of the formula area/process of purchasing it. They're too lazy to respond even if they're not busy and walking right past you! I've waited an unnecessary ~2 hrs before just trying to get one can of formula. That was my only purchase too! (To the African American woman who has a set of keys jingling and can be easily heard and spotted possibly named Maria? As well as other managers with keys & uneducated employees of the process) If it's your job duty, do your duty! If you're incompetent and can't do your duties, why are you still working there? I went to Walmart to exchange my air mattress that I used once and did not inflate properly. It was less than 30 days!! I understood that I could only exchange the mattress per policy. When I went to the customer service desk the lead Christina immedietly was negative. I explained I didn't have the box but they could keep the box of the like item i was exchanging. I was even okay with paying $50 more for a better mattress. She declined to exchange! She said call the warranty and said she didn't know the number!! I had to drive 30 miles out to the gerber Walmart store where i got it exchange no problem! Christina the lead do better! read more

Well, it's Walmart. I prefer Target' because, well you know how Walmart can be. I'm one that has to be mentally prepared for shopping at Walmart and today I was! I worked out first so I had on nice workout clothes and I decided to wear my headphones while shopping there today. Game changer! I went to this location around 11am, only to buy groceries. It was a full crowd but not overwhelming. I was able to find a lot of keto/low carb items that I typically can't find at other stores. My experience was bad, just a day at the grocery. No extra yelling over the loudspeaker AND when I encountered an employee they were actually helpful! The check stands were an entirely different story. I they had two stands open with about 15+ people in line and self checkout. I went to self checkout. I hate self checkout but it had the shortest line (about 6 people). Overall my experience wasn't too bad. Listening to nice music on my headphones and tuning everything out helped. read more

We went to Walmart to get some hot dogs. Upon arrival at the sausage section, most of the selection was missing. We then went to the cookie section, and the cans holding the cookies were severely dented. Walmart is a well-known supermarket, but without stocked shelves and products not being sold without damage, I question whether the floor is managed and if it is better to use other supermarkets The self-served lines moved quickly, which was a good point of our visit. read more
