I asked the cashier if I could use the 10% discount, and she told me, "Not today, next time." I asked her why I couldn't use it today, especially since the offer clearly says that I'm able to get 10% off by following them, and clearly says to show an employee. She still refused to honor the discount and didn't give me a clear reason. If the promotion is being advertised, customers should be able to use it according to the terms. Very disappointing experience and, unfortunately, I won't be coming back. Worst experience.

Then she snatches the bag that was in front of me like if I was trying to steal or scam I wanted to use this card I just thought it was weird how I was treated after the declined " and I told her to try again and suddenly faces shifted . I used my regular card that I was trying to avoid using and it went through . I have the money I don't need the attitude along with it . Trying to profile me everytime I come in my gym clothes .U should treat all your customers the same . I didn't know what else to grab because I was in a rush. What's the problem with giving me $2.19 store credit? When I told her I didn't know what to grab she said, "Well, do you want store credit"? Well no shit!! It's not like she can give me my money back. She threw my receipt and I had to pick it up from the floor. She didn't even apologize. I feel bad for the young girls working here because they seem really scared of her. She needs to be taught on how to treat customers because you can't be running a retail store when you have poor customer service skills.
