I'm a regular here I always spend lots of money here every month and I've noticed a pattern in the service everytime I come in different clothes , I came in trying to purchase 200+ worth of stuff and they were nice but the owner kept over looking the girl tryna ring me up like almost profiling me .Today I tried using my new bank card which I had just used at the store next door same information and pin ,it got declined not sure why I have lots of funds in there and just used it . Then she snatches the bag that was in front of me like if I was trying to steal or scam I wanted to use this card I just thought it was weird how I was treated after the declined " and I told her to try again and suddenly faces shifted . I used my regular card that I was trying to avoid using and it went through . I have the money I don't need the attitude along with it . Trying to profile me everytime I come in my gym clothes .U should treat all your customers the same . Do not shop here. I was trying to try something on in the fitting room and they closed them like 30 minutes before closing. When I asked one of the main managers if i can please try something on real quick bc i wanted to buy it she proceeded to come up to me, grab the shirt from my hand, and put it to my body and says it's not stretchy so it's not going to fit me. Clearly they should update their business hours because the paper outside clearly says they close at eight. This is probably the best clothing store in the plaza on which it's located. Most of the time, I find something cute in this store, and that's great because I'm very picky. I've never had an issue with their clothing or customer service. They do need to be more attentive to their customers though. I loved it here, so trendy! So many cute clothing that is in style and accessories like purses, rings, hats, beanies and bracelets. The price is very reasonable. The clothing quality is similar to forever 21, reasonable for the price. They had the cutest fuzzy slippers and velvet tennis shoes with colors to pick from. Party dresses perfect for New Years and spicy date nights lol. I found he cutest jean jacket. The staff was nice and friendly. Not too busy or long lines. The parking lot is just right there outside the door. The store is clean and open and they pointed me to exactly what I was looking for, the jacket! I ended up leaving with a flower print top for $7 and my dream jean jacket for under $50. I even got a discount card with my eligible purchase to return for $10 off next time!! So cool!! Came here today to check out some dresses because its getting kind of hot. They havereally cute clothes and they also have a plus side. They have a couple body suits which was mainly what i was looking for as well. The prices are pretty cheap. Everything that i bought was black bc like duh who doesnt love black. They have cute shoes as well and i saw some that fashion nova has on their website which were cheaper in the store and no shipping cost. They only reason they are getting 3 instead of 5 stars is because the staff sucks. The girls dont ever say hi or finding everything okay? They just walk past you and not even one smile. This fashion store is a little more than the average basic fashion store. They carry a lot more clothes. Plus size and regular size. I tried on some clothes today in their fitting room and I found it disgusting ! It looked like they haven't swept in a very long time!! They need to sweep and mop !! I love this store, I drive all the way to Santa Ana to come here. They are affordable and they have a great selection on plus size clothing. Usually when I would visit the store the staff wasn't to pleasant but my visit yesterday I was greeted and assisted by a young lady name Kayla. I needed help with some outfit choices and she asked me questions regarding my style and what I like and from there she recommended a couple different outfits for an event I will be hosting. I can't help but write this place a nice review well deserved. I didn't know this place existed as I went into this shopping plaza for the Walmart. I have to say, this store is by far one of the largest fashion clothing store in Orange County. I was in this store for 4 hours going through every single piece of clothing, shoes, hats, scarves, belts, down to their fashion jewelry. I seriously left with 4 full bags of clothes and can't wait to clean out my closet to make room for my new ones! I would have to compare their clothes to Top Shop, Fashion Nova, Revolve, and a better quality of Forever 21 but for a fraction of the price. I was told that there's 2 locations in Orange County but this particular one is much bigger and more selection. I'm a compulsive shopper so will be coming here often! Oh! The manager always appear to be in a bad mood and is always yelling at her employees when customers are around. I was walking inside the store and the manager was yelling at an employee at the entrance of the door. What kind of behavior is that? Managers are always just lazily there and never make an attempt to help us. I've gone in several times as I absolutely love the clothes there and its usually set at great prices. The girls working there are typically very lovely and friendly but it makes me wonder how they are so nice when they're treated like this by the manager. If the manager is also the owner, she needs to check her own attitude as well as the other managers. So rude and unprofessional. Managers should set a prime example and be nice and courteous when someone treats in the same way. Until this is changed, I don't think I can continue to shop there since by doing so I am supporting this horrendous behavior displayed by them to their employees. Would hate to work there. To be honest I like the clothes but some is just really cheap that with your first wash it gets ruined. While I was there I saw the manager "fix" broken heels just by putting crazy glue and put them back. They also have a no return policy fkr shoes which are in bad condition.I know I'm not buying shoes there ever. STAY AWAY! This place is a ripoff. They sell used and damaged clothes without telling customers. The pair of shorts I bought had a bad zipper and they refuse to return it. It's unwearable. What kind of person would sell this to someone? Another item that I bought had a tear, like it'd been worn or tried on by someone who wasn't the right size. I like going to this store they have so many selections and great prices most of the employees are very helpful and nice .

This is one of my go-to shops. The staff are really helpful and friendly, the clothes are always up to date but I am rating it a one star. Reason being because of the management. I recently went in to shop was at the register, and I heard one of the employees ask her manager to open up the cabinet so she can put her stuff back in. I have worked in retail my whole life and none did I have to ask my management for a key to get or put my personal stuff back in my locker. I saw that as invasion of property, like shouldn't one have access to there own personal goods? Like why does your manager have to keep a key to your own stuff. Another reason, I have seen the manager scream at these ladies several times. Last time I was doing a return, and the cashier had me waiting about 3 minutes to get her manager to approve because the manager was too busy on her cell phone?? And the manager comes by with a disturbing face and told her "what" i was once again shocked. I hope this review comes by the owner because these ladies are doing your company a favor and to be treated like that in return is wrong. read more
