Today I specifically went back to the mall after seeing a movie, to try on dresses I saw in the window of Express. It was definitely a successful trip, I came out with the 2 I loved from the window and one more. During my shopping trip today I also got a Boba from Boba Tea Company and some food from the food court. The employees at each store I visited were friendly and helpful overall which made the experience nice. This is definitely the nicest mall in the valley and has a very high end feel, I mean it is in Scottsdale of course ;).

But yesterday I decided to give selling there another try. I was not disappointed! I had a great trade day. A manager was helping some new employees learn. They were looking for quality fabrics, brands and styles. This was a pivot from previous times where knowledge was not demonstrated. Kudos to the manager for being extremely polite, knowledgeable and multi tasking to the nines. Every staff member was helpful and kind. I was pretty impressed by the entire process. First time in years it was so great. The outlet area is also so fun to check out, I got two Anthropologie pieces for only $12.

They have great brands including Urban, Anthropologie, and Free People at just an amazing value. If you're like me, these brands make your mouth water but your credit card cry. Come to Reclectic to find still very much in style pieces that won't hurt the bank. Also I think this is a great way to prevent these items from getting destroyed and ending up in landfills due to not being sold the first time around!! Note that there are no dressing rooms so don't make the mistake I did of wearing a dress to shop here. I asked the cashier for clarification, "do you mean credit cards?" - I was told again, that they charge 0.20cents for card payments. Which is also, reflected on my receipt. I did bring it to the cashier and the store manager's attention that charging a surcharge on a debit card, is completely illegal. However, I unfortunately will now be reporting this to the Attorney General Office and BBB for further investigation.

One feature I particularly appreciate is the children's play area. It is usually kept very clean, and unlike many mall play spaces, the equipment does not appear overly worn out or neglected. It creates a comfortable environment for families and gives kids a nice place to enjoy themselves during a shopping trip. The food court used to offer a stronger variety of dining options in the past, which I do miss, but the mall still has a solid selection of stores and remains one of the better places in the area for shopping and spending an afternoon with family.

There is also an arcade and a carousel in the middle of the mall today they had free interactions with the Easter bunny, and you can take pictures for purchase. They do have nice bathrooms, including the family bathroom however it was locked so you do have to call security to have them come unlock it for you, but someone was there in a matter of minutes. It wasn't dirty, but it could have been cleaner. I also have heard it can get a little bit rough here at night time, but I did not experience that while here around 10 AM to noon on a Saturday.
