K.S. is my jam!! I love the simplicity and classic styling Kate Spade New York offers. I'm not a huge fan of fufu, over-the-top brands, so this fits me perfectly. That's not to say that I'm not extra on some days (because I am, lol), but a majority of the time, I'm a simple gal. I don't want or need pricier brands because I like spending my money on more practical things... like FOOD!! Duhh, lol! Service at any Kate Spade store is always outstanding. The employees are welcoming and very polite. Thankfully, I haven't come across any rude or disgruntled employees. I didn't buy anything this visit, but every time I see a K.S. store, it's a ritual for me to walk in and at least browse. This is one of the stores at the Phoenix Premium Outlets that offers a military discount with valid I.D. Yes, you can double dip and stack sale prices with the discount. Big sales happen on holidays, of course, so those are the best times to shop. Their regular sales aren't too shabby, either, though. Most times, I see 60% and even 70% off regular retail, so that's always fun! Their jewelry selection always gets me! I can't get enough. Kate Spade will always be a favorite staple for me. The lovely young lady that was helping me out was so nice and she seems to be the Mentalist for fashion because she keyed in on what I was looking for in a bag/backpack when I was indecisive about two different styles. The ladies in the back were equally as friendly and nice and I was checked on multiple times when I was trying on some clothes. The person at the check out counter got a brand new backpack from the back for me instead of the one from the front that I brought to the counter which I appreciated. I decided to check out the Phoenix Premium Outlets to see what was there, and was pleasantly surprised! Overall, it's a nice shopping area. The Kate Spade shop was large and had a great selection - along with great deals! The staff in store were very helpful, and I loved that they had fun outfits and accessories rather than a uniform. I was at the Kate Spade store this afternoon checking out the new purses and they had a dress that I really liked. She went to go see if they had an XL in the back and they didn't, which was fine since they had an XL in another dress I wanted to try on. On our way back to the dressing room I shared with her my anxiety and body dysmorphia struggles and how I've already lost $100 pounds. She congratulated me then walked off. The dress fit around my waist but not my chest, which was fine. As my family and I were leaning, she asked how it fit and I told her. She then shouted across the store, in front of everyone, "see you in 50 pounds!" I have never been so humiliated or felt so shitty. I'm in here all the time (bought two purses literally within the last 3 weeks as well as a phone case and other stuff) and I've been crying all night. Going there was such a positive experience for me, because purses ALWAYS fit and make you feel pretty. But I don't think I can ever shop there again after that. Walking into this clean, classy, elegant place gave me such joy! Right away my "friend" and I were pampered by the very knowledgeable staff. The selection of beautiful bags that fit my style/need was spectacular! I ended up having the staff and my friend chose for me... I wanted them all!! This store is so awesome! I purchased a bag at the Glendale outlet and I had my bag for a year and I noticed that my bag had some damage on it and was rusting. I called the Chandler store and I spoke to Brooke the manager and she let me know that my warranty had expired but she was willing to exchange the purse anyway. I called and made an appointment to come in I did end up missing the appointment just because life is crazy and I called 3 weeks later to come in and remembered and they still were able to accommodate me and the exchange. I really appreciated Brooks customer service and everyone in the store was super welcoming. Love their bags and will definitely continue to shop here! read more

I've literally gotten them as low as $8 per pair. For my bridesmaids, I bought them black leather card holders for $15 each and they were over the moon + use them all of the time! Great selection in what looks like an old Coach store location. I stopped by to see what styles that had to offer and to see if there were any gifts I needed to purchase for upcoming holidays. They had a lot of really cute items and most of the store was on sale for really good deals. The girls working here were super friendly and answered questions I had about the various items for which I wasn't sure what the prices were. Fortunately for my wallet I didn't find anything I needed the day I was there. This store is really clean, organized, and has plenty of space, unlike most Kate Spade outlet locations that are cramped, hard to see all options, and dusty on upper shelves. By far, one of my favorite designers, I was thrilled to learn that KS had a formidable outlet store in Chandler. The space is bright, whimsical and cheery, like all KS locations. I've found great buys on dresses, purses, wristlets, and accessories. The sales associates are all helpful and upbeat. Frequent 20% off coupons can be acquired through Casino books and at Outlet Information Kiosk; you can sign up for email notifications to add them to in store promotions. They also offer a 15% Military discount. Wish list would include shoes and more clothing options. For those who don't like logos all over their purses yet still prefer classics and quality, KS remains the quirky oh-so-NY option. I'm an an uberfan! read more

I love the fact that the new outlet mall in Chandler has a Kate Spade store. I am a huge fan of their stuff. The only downside is that they don't have shoes! There are a lot of handbags, wallets, jewelry, scarfs and even a few dresses. But alas, no shoes. Their prices are not necessarily bargain basement cheap but still a good discount from what you would find at a non-outlet store. I went in Sunday to buy my sister a purse. She has never had a designer bag and I wanted to make it memorable with a beautiful box for Christmas. I was only given the top lid of the box not realizing it until I got home. I called the next day and they told me they don't give out boxes and that they do t have purple boxes for Kate Spade and that I was confused. Also that I must have gone to another store. I have the receipts in hand verified the address and verified the employee who sold me the purse. I was calling the right location and by the way the receipt had the number to the same store I called... it appeared pretty obvious. I have a purple box in hand no bottom and this store is in Chandler and I live in Scottsdale. They told me they don't have boxes and that I could still drive down if I wanted to. Just super annoyed and I won't be buying a purse again ... I wanted to give the experience and that will not be happening this week. I will simply pay for the experience elsewhere. I just wish it would have been handled differently instead of being questioned and told I was confused and calling the wrong place. I will say it again I told the lady on the phone I have the receipts in front of me let me read you the address and phone number I called you on .... and I didn't make up or imagine a box that is missing the bottom. I normally shop at the Kate Spade store at Scottsdale Fashion Square. I must say I really liked the selection of purses that this location had. The store was very busy and the staff had everything under control. Everything was very professional. Friendly staff, the girls were not pushy trying to sell you things that you didn't need. An associate was always around so I didn't have to go looking for someone. I also liked that they greeted each customer. Very nice! I went to this location to pick out a bag for my birthday and the store had a great selection of nice bags, but the customer service is lacking. There were 5 or 6 employees standing around and chit chatting but during the 20 minutes that I was there, no one came to greet us or inform us of the sale of the day. I had to ask an employee for the discount sheet that they were giving to some other people. When I checked out, I didn't even get a dust bag for my tote, which they usually provide. I've been to this location before and haven't had any issues with the customer service, but this visit was dissappointing. Love my purchase but the experience was sub par. read more

Best retail customer service I've experienced in a long time! I do not live close to this location but went there two weekends in a row because of an awesome sale they were having. The store is a bit cramped/small but they tried to limit the number of people in there at a time, which helped some. Not sure if it's always like that or if that's just during major sales. Anyway, I'm new to Kate Spade products but they were all very helpful with suggestions and listened to me as far as what I do and don't like about particular styles.
