Make sure you get here early; they fill up quick. They do however have lots of people working, so…read moreit moves pretty quickly. I don't understand why they got a bad review; they are a pretty new location, and while the employees are friendly, they aren't overly friendly because their job is to get as many people in and out as fast as possible. So if you are an old person going in there to chat they definitely might seem cold. They will accept pictures of both insurance and property taxes making it less things you have to carry in. For new tags you will need proof of insurance, paid property tax receipt, and if your car is older than 10 years or from out of state you will need an inspection. The best thing about this center is the actually answer the phone if you have a quick question!!!

We got here at 3:30pm and they couldn't even get us in the get our driver's license before they closed at 5. They claim to only have one computer, and so if something holds up one of the people then it stops the process for everyone. If they would get more computers they could keep the line moving when this happens, but they told me they won't. If you can find another office to get your driver's license, go to a different office.

I would hate to be the girl that only started recently and doesn't know how to do very many things. She tries her best to help as much as she can, though. There's one woman in there who was super knowledgeable and remembered my wife from a few days ago. She remembered details about us from all the hundreds people she's seen between then and now. Really exemplary staff. They need more people and some better resources. I sure do appreciate their efforts though.

Just moved to Springfield from Dallas Texas and purchased a vehicle …read more Arrived at this location and met the most amazing employee named Robin . Her customer service was phenomenal. She reviewed and processed our documents and gave crystal clear instructions and directions to the County Tax Office located in the basement of the Courthouse. The office manager must be super engaged to have employees who treat customers in such a professional manner. Highly recommend this location and staff .

She's an asset to the Glenstone license office. Johanna is very patient, knowledgable, friendly, and very customer oriented. I would give her 10 stars if this website would let me.
