Bought a used car from this dealership about a month ago. Loved the car, thought my salesman, Stan,…read morewas super nice, as was Micah, who worked on the finance piece. But I've hit one road bump after another over the past few weeks of having my vehicle. It looked and drove great upon test driving it, but once I picked it up a few weeks later, a button was missing on the steering wheel that was there when I drove it the first time. The dealership thankfully ordered the missing piece and installed it for me. During the test drive, I pointed out that the seatbelt light was on when no one was in the seat. Stan said that would go away after a while-- it didn't. I called their parts department about it, and was told it was a "Nissan problem". Took it to Nissan, was assured it would be under warranty since it probably had to do with a broken sensor or something-- turns out, something was simply unplugged under the seats that led to the no-seatbelt light (they assumed someone at the OG dealership accidentally unplugged it while cleaning the car). But because there was no faulty part to cover under warranty, Nissan charged me $240+ for a diagnostic and to plug whatever back in. This week, my A/C stopped working. Took it to a car shop-- turns out there was ZERO Freon in it, most likely due to a leak. I thankfully have 16 days left under the faculty warning to fix it at Nissan, otherwise I'd be out $800 (to start with). Owed the car shop $75 and truly hope everything else is covered under warranty with Nissan. Kindof annoyed none of this was addressed before I purchased my vehicle and I keep having to pay out of pocket. I don't think I've owned the vehicle more than a month yet.

When we purchased our tires from Walmart we also purchased the road hazard. We live down a gravel…read moreroad and frequently have flats. We picked up a screw in our tire and I used a temporary mushroom plug to seal it until we could get to walmart to have it patched. These jokers pulled the tire off, but since the TEMPORARY plug wasn't leaking they refused to patch it and said it didn't have any leaks. So not only did they waste almost 2 hours of our time they didn't do what we paid them for. So we had to take it to a real tire shop and have it patched. They might be cheap, but they are a joke of a tire shop with no concern for customer safety

The poor salesman seemed overwhelmed from his manager, Spencer, telling him to hurry things along and not get caught up in a conversation because they close in 10 minutes. Really? Asked if I was going to want to test drive it and do paperwork tonight because they are about to close up. Yeah, I will take my money elsewhere ... I understand wanting to go home, but come on, how do you stay in business with leadership like that, or a work mentality such as that? Absolutely horrible! Logan did a great job showing us the car. If I ever buy a Ford this dealership is at top of my list. We did test drive numerous brands and did find a different car that fit our family. But this is how car buying should be.
