If you give Jen an idea of where you want to go, what you would like to do, and a budget, she does all the work for you and comes back with 3-4 package ideas. She has been able to get us some incredible "insider" deals/upgrades which is one of the reasons we always use a travel agent. She is incredibly knowledgeable about cruises, including the pros and cons of most of the cruise lines. After your trip is planned, Jen is your advocate. She constantly monitors for potential price changes, reminds you when payments are due, and is there for you if you have any issues while traveling. She can also find you the perfect tours, museum tickets, sports tickets or excursions that will make your trip truly incredible.

DISGUSTING HOTEL and AREA! Hotel Santo Tomas is NOT a 3-star…read morehotel by any stretch of the imagination, it is 1.5 stars AT BEST. It is located in a shanty and very dangerous part of town. Because of that, the hotel's main entrance is heavily gated with thick metal bars all the way to the roof and looks like a jail. This of course is not shown in any of its advertising photos. I have NEVER seen nor heard of a 3-star hotel (or any hotel) with metal bars in its entrance The room we stayed in, although an upgrade from economy rooms, was also unacceptable: Deeply scratched walls, dirty worn out carpets, dust everywhere, broken inside door-latch, totally broken door handle that fell off, huge stains on its curtains and chair, and fleas! This was the only room in the hotel with air-conditioning, although the hotel is located in the Tropics. Its manager Marcos is not a person to be trusted. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should anyone stay in that area and especially in this "hotel" Santo Tomas. I had to get my money back from the credit card for the booking because Marcos did not allow us to stay after I had complained about the hotel even though we had already paid for the room. I want to write much more sharp words and in great detail about this "hotel", but unfortunately the Search Engine does not allow me.

She was always very responsive when we had questions and always detailed in her recommendations. We started working with Ryanne after picking our venues and a few other vendors, but if you can work with her from the very beginning I would recommend it! She can save you a lot of time trying to find vendors to work with and save you from some sticker shock by helping you with a realistic budget from the very beginning. We had a huge 200 guest count and consisted of shuttles to take them inside the vineyard. My groom is a type-A kind of guy and always wants everything perfect. Any wedding planner would probably just tear their hair out, but Ryanne, was super organized, she delivered on everything we asked, and resolved any hiccups along the way. Ryanne was our advocate and took charge of everyting, from talking to the vendors ( we had 10) about pricing issues to doing little things like bringing picture frames at the last minute. We felt really confident leading up to the wedding. We were able to just hang out with our family and friends from out of town, instead of stressing about wedding details. She was a calming presence to my groom and I. A couple of months beforehand, she even came with me to buy wedding decor and gave me advice on things that I would NEVER think of. She was a great value and more than I expected in a wedding coordinator. You would think she has been doing this for years, but this was her first big event on her own.
