PLANES-TRAINS-AUTOMOBILES...& Maria! Now, I have traveled around the world 3 times already and really consider myself a seasoned traveler. Know all the in and outs.....until my plans started to fall apart while traveling abroad. My wife said no worries, let me call Maria! Where I was on a train traveling from London to Paris and worried because we found out our Air B&B was cancelled at the last critical minute, one call to Maria and not only did she did find us a room, but a place WAY better than the spot that was cancelled. I originally was going to book a quick cruise out of LA with my cousin on a last minute invite. The prices were kinda high online so I decided to check out and see if we had planners near by that might be able to get us better pricing. Maria started off with good pricing and got us pretty low but than my wife and I started to think... been there, done that, do we really want to spend this much and go down to Ensenada? So the hunt for a mini December getaway / vacation started. Like others, we want the most for our buck and since this was a last minute vacation we had a low budget. This was not easy for Maria and she helped us narrow down pricing and length for a warm winter location. We received amazing deals for Hawaii, Cancun and San Diego, as well as other cruises... After a week of us being extremely undecided as to where we wanted to vacation, we decided to go to a location where we haven't been before (believe it or not San Diego). Maria was hard at work for us all week long. Sending us various locations and hotels at Stellar prices! We were really picky (even though the suggestions were great) with a budget and Maria came through with a Hilton resort package, including flight, zoo and a navel tour! We finally made the decision to go with this specific package. Hilton ended up having an issue with accepting payment and the special ended that night ($300 savings). She spent an entire Friday with Hilton telling them what happened and that they needed to match the special from the prior day. Finally Maria Called us back with great news and booked out reservations that evening. Moving forward we will book all our vacation needs with Maria! She provided great customer service. She understood what we wanted, where we wanted to stay and go! She was patient, friendly and very attentive to our emails and communications. Maria jumped in after weeks of me working with another travel agent and saved the day. In a matter of days a decision on a location was made and the trip was booked. The honeymoon was officially on! I highly recommend Maria for any trip. I contacted her early this year to plan a Europe trip initially we were going to do Croatia and Greece but with some back and forth and discussion we decided just Greece (due to length of time we had). Maria was so easy to get a hold of and very fast to respond she was not annoyed with how we changed ideas and locations and asked for different quotes. She was always so friendly about it and did her research (presented great hotels to us that fits our style). Fast forward to the trip. Lets just say not a great start ... our flight got detoured (due to airport shutting down for an hour) and we missed our connecting flight to Greece (we were stuck in OH on the plane for 4-5 hours) and got stuck two days in NY. While stuck in the detour plane i was texting Maria explaining what was happening...she quickly jumped in to help us with contacting our vendors in Greece and once we found out no flight out to Greece she helped us find hotel in Ny. She really helped ease a stressful situation. She facilitated all the changes and talked to vendors in Greece. Once in Greece we had an amazing time our hotels were amazing and location beautiful. We loved it there. Maria went above and beyond to help us she started our insurance claim while we were on vacation and once we were back she told us to just add receipts. She also contacted the vendor to explain what we had gone through and how it was out of our control missing our flight and hotel and tour... even after our trip she continued to check in to see how the claims were going and helped us through them. It has been a pleasure working with Maria, before working with her, I would question why I need a travel agent.  I can call and reserve everything myself.   Now after working with Maria, I thank God for her.  We had a trip scheduled for 2020, that was moved to 2021.  Getting the trip moved to the new year was no issue with her.  We had to push it again due to our passports needed to be renewed, again she handled all rescheduling.  The day we were scheduled to leave for our trip, the airline canceled our flight.  I called Maria and said, we have a problem.  She was able to get us on a flight leaving that night, so we didn't waste any time on our vacation.  She has showed me the value of a travel agent, because we would have never gone if it were up to me to reschedule all those different times.  Not only that, but once we got to our destination, she checked in to make sure everything was good, we had full run of the resort.  We had a TERRFIC vacation, and I credit Maria for a lot of that. read more

Maria was so amazing to work with. She spent quality time to understand what we wanted our first cruise experience to be. Once we booked our trip she didn't stop.
