Firstly this is in regard to the shuttle services pass for EDC Las Vegas 2025. I have repeatedly reached out to this company for help as I was recently hospitalized dealing with a very serious health issue and will no longer be able to attend EDC Las Vegas festival. After multiple attempts explaining my situation and even offering to provide documentation from my surgeon and hospital I finally received a response that they had a non-refundable cancellation policy and that I would lose out on my purchase. I paid over $350 for the shuttle pass itself and I feel it is not fair for them to just take my money considering my circumstances and not offer any alternative. They said that the deadline for any requests for resale, roll over, or payment plan modifications must be submitted to them 30 days prior to the event and the event is this weekend. Obviously the timing and this health issue is out of my control. Anyone who decides to use this company's services please run away and think twice before you do as this is a very bad business practice and they clearly don't work with their clients for any emergency situations. I will never be using this company's services or recommending them to anyone that I know. Once again you have been warned. read more

I would definitely recommend booking with this company. It was my first experience doing something like this and it was an amazing time! I was in a group of 15 people and they accommodated us very well and were so flexible with our needs! They made the vibes so much fun to the event and back and it was so nice not to have to worry about transportation to and from the event. They also provided us with drinks and had music on the shuttle to pregame and get our energy in the right place! They were also very clear and thorough in explaining how to get back to the shuttle at the end of the night to make sure we got back to the hotel safe and sound. I set up a payment plan for an event and they missed multiple of my payment dates, ignored my calls and my emails when i wanted to know what was going on, the event was a week away and they charged my card half of the amount of the trip instead if the payment plan, and i still don't know when the rest is pulling out, havent heard anything about the hotel I'm staying at either. MY 3RD TRIP TO EDC LAS VEGAS WITH ONE N ONLY ENTERTAINMENT! One N Only (ONO) is a transportation & logistics company that provides transportation, free alcohol, hotel, and shuttle passes for major festivals: EDC, Snowglobe, Wobbleland, Beyond Wonderland, Audiotistic, Burning Man, Hard Summer, and possibly more to come! In both 2016 and 2017, I purchased a "full package" for roughly $475-500 which included bus transportation from San Jose to Las Vegas and back, 3-night stay in a hotel on the strip, and a shuttle pass from hotel to Las Vegas Speedway and back. In 2018, I purchased a "half package" for about $450 which was for hotel and shuttle pass only (no transportation to and from San Jose). *ONO PERSONNEL* The staff and CEO, Karen (a dude btw), work their butts off to make the entire process smooth and coordinated. They are detail-oriented and send many emails and surveys before the event to make sure everyone is on the same page and that special requests are tended to. *THE EXPERIENCE* ONO knows how to party. While you're on the bus, there is free vodka and chaser and you are expected to pre-game before the event! Logistically, I've never had an issue during my EDC trips. ONO provides exactly the services you'd need to enjoy a festival. In fact, this year the ONO shuttles were only a 15-minute walk away from the EDC exit (in 2016 and 2017 they were 30 minutes away). *BOTTOM LINE* If you are in Sacramento, San Francisco, San Jose, Los Angeles, or San Diego and need to take your @$$ to a festival, I highly recommend ONO ENT take care of the planning for you! My one caveat is that if you are more reserved and want to be left alone most of the time, it may not be the best option for you as you are pretty much forced to party during the entire bus ride. However everyone is cool and respectful, and I have made and seen deep friendships being formed thanks to ONO. read more

While writing this review, I considered what I could say - a simple "I had a great time" wouldn't do, and yet my AH-MAZING experience can hardly be captured with words. Booking this trip might have been the best decision I made after moving to SF. Sure, there were a few hiccups on the way - our bus struggled a bit climbing up hills, we ran out of chasers, water, and hit traffic. But one thing this bus didn't run out of was good vibes, and beyond the trouble, everyone's festive attitude and dedication to the party kept things rolling. Anyone who can't have fun on the ONO trip is probably too high-maintenance, and doesn't understand the fundamentals of getting turned up (Looking at you, one-starers). Boarding at 10AM and being greeted by dozens of ravers was a blast. We got down in hotel rooms, stayed up all night, raged together and SURVIVED. This experience was unlike anything I expected; Free booze, water, and incredible reps (Shout out to Chris for his stellar personality and contagious smiles). When it was time to go home, I felt so sad that my new festie fam had to split up. Here are some tips: 1. Bring your own water. Babies. ONO promised to TAKE you to the festival, not TAKE CARE of you. 2. Bring extra chasers if you're going to drink. Sharing is caring. 3. Check in with your reps to make sure you know where to be and when. Don't rely on a text message or word of mouth. Take responsibility for yourself. 4. I found out the day before the party I was planning that the bus (from a different company) fell through. I called One N Only and Karen walked me through the whole process of renting a bus and made sure I was all set up less than 24 hours prior to the event. It was 8pm when I called and the party was at 11am the next day... talk about a stressful situation. On top of the quickness, he checked in the next morning to let me know the driver was on the way and even checked in to see how our party was going a few times. The bus driver, Terry, was also extremely helpful, nice, laid back, and managed to be calm despite all of the drunk people aka my friends and me. If you're traveling an event the One N Only experience is really like your second party - with a bunch of friends you never knew you had. I meant to travel with ONO down to Las Vegas for EDC, but unfortunately got sidelined at work and met the group there. Once I was there, I was sorry to have missed the 10 hours with everyone! We had plenty of bus time getting to and from the event. The ONO crew is great! For people that love music and festivals and amazing events like EDC as much as these guys, they definitely have it together. The busses left on time, were stocked, didn't get lost. Each bus' host had an amazing personality that fired up even the most party-weary. By the time you got there it was time to rage. So let me tell you a little story about how me and my three friends decided we wanted to go to EDC Las Vegas 2 months before the show, and then started trying to figure out how to get there and get tickets a month later. Yeah, not the best planning. Enter my friends friend who tells me about this crazy EDC package that includes your ticket, transportation, lodging.... AND ALCOHOL. For not terribly more than the EDC ticket itself. Crazy I thought, and I was right. IT IS CRAZY. Karen and his merry band of misfits (nothing but love!) had everything ready for us and showed us a great time! Now I know what your thinking. Nine hours on a bus? INSANITY. Not going to lie, it's long. Very long. Like you feel like you've been on the bus forever, wake up from a nap, check the time, and there's STILL FOUR HOURS LEFT long. But that's not really ONO's fault, and they do everything they can (good music, vodka and a liberal dancing on the bus policy) to make the trip fly by. Plus the ground bus saves quite a bit of money over the winged bus option. The hotel we stayed at was fine. Right on the strip which meant lots of nice restaurants to choose from. Lots of fun pool parties and restaurants within walking distance. Again, when we were looking for hotels, we were going to stay in some crappy off-strip motel, so this was an upgrade for cheaper! Getting to EDC was also easy/fun! We had our own shuttles so no waiting in line or nuthin. Plus the ONO party crew and our fellow ragers got the party started before we stepped foot in the stadium! Pregaming hard enough that I only had to buy two eight dollar twelve ounce beers at the show! Take that insomniac/las vegas motor speedway; money in my wallet! So there ya go. To sum it up, to do what ONO provided, we (conservatively) calculated it would cost the four of us 5100, and that DOESN'T INCLUDE ALCOHOL. For the four of us to go with ONO was 3600, AND IT WAS MORE FUN. Last word though is Karen, that guy is a machine. He get's it done. This is no cash grab. It's for real. One N Only will not take your money and shaft you. You will get there, you will get in, and you will have fun doing it. I know it, my friends know it, and now that we know, we aren't doing it again without them for as long as they do it. read more

We stayed in this lodge that was able to accommodate all 68 of us and it was fantastic. The normal hotel rooms are pretty cool normally but the lodge made us able to have a lot more time with the group. Lots & lots of craziness went down and I wouldn't change a thing. I took the bus for my first trip to EDC LV 2014 and I was not sure what to expect but friends of mine who had the travel package last year had only great things to say. First off, the bus ride from frisco to LV was crazy! Everybody was raging face and we are all on the same wavelength so excited for EDC you could feel the love ! The ONO crew turned the party up with the best music. Provided endless drinks and water. It was absolutely care-free, they accommodated us to the fullest. We had a nice hotel room at the Tropicana and had access to pool parties. Everybody on my bus was extremely friendly and personable! It was drama free. The thing I loved the most about the ONO crew is that they are passionate about what they do. They did everything to make sure we were having a good time. I had a very bad experience with this company. I went to Edc Vegas with Ono. On the ride there the bus was too loud and the staff members were drinking on the bus as well. Alcohol was accidentally spilled on people and there were some staff members who were just too crazy and unnecessary loud. My friend had trouble with the rooming situation from Ono and 4 strangers had to share one bed together. The buses were often late and I would not get proper notification at times. On the way back my friends bus got delayed for 6 hours. I feel that Ono was not very professional and I would not recommended it. read more

The founder Karen is such a down to earth guy who really cares about everyone under his care, and knows how to show everyone a good time!! My first event was Wobbleland back in February, and ONO was on point with everything. The reps are all amazing people, well chosen to represent the companies' focus and goals. Had such a blast and really connected with them. Then went to EDC just a couple weeks ago with ONO in Vegas as my second trip. A couple things really drew me moreso into the group, made them feel like a family. The first was the quality of all of the reps, and a friendship I had built at my very first event with a couple of the reps, Brandon and Oriana. I saw Oriana on the bus ride to Vegas, and she gave me a hug and asked how I'd been. Then saw Brandon randomly on an elevator ride, I was simply heading to my room and happened to see him as the doors opened. Instead of a standard hello, he opened his arms and demanded a hug! Made me feel at home right away. The second thing was the planning. No matter what trouble came our way (delayed busses, a blown tire on the way home) ONO always made sure to take care of us, made sure we were hydrated, stopped so we could eat, and gave us plenty of good music and great times on the bus rides. We just got back from EDC, but I've already mapped out the rest of the year, ensuring I can make it to as many ONO events as possible. EDC 2014 was my first trip with One N Only and holy cow what a trip. I was really nervous because I only knew a couple people who have actually travelled with them but all were good reviews. Everyone was extremely friendly, not once did I sense any type of bad vibes. I took the coach package to LV thinking it was going to be a normal 10hr bus ride but it turned out to be a 10hr rager from the Bay to LV. Good music, dancing, and good people all around. On the way there and back were always supplied with water and everyone was respectful towards each other by not being too loud (plus we were all pretty tired from raving for three days straight) on our long trip back.
