It was quick, easy and the price that you booked the order with on that day is what you pay. They would use various delivery companies and the oil was always delivered on time with great service and no nonsense.. I was shopping around for oil companies that do cash on delivery orders and unfortunately stumbled onto this so-called "family" business. It is by far one of the worst businesses I've ever dealt with and the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They tell you one price over the phone so you book it and by the time they get to your house it's $.10 more, and if you're not home to write them a check ,(because there's no way to know exactly how much oil your tank is going to need until it's filled )they demand that you give them a blank check and the have "owner/ receptionist" with no customer skills fill in the amount or they'll charge you $.10 more to charge your credit card. Make sure you don't tell them that you're almost out of oil because they will threaten to leave your property unless you pay them with a check.. Have they ever heard of a credit card authorization until they get a check?Real scumbaggery at it's finest.. The driver didn't have any better customer skills either and I believe it was the owner's son, I guess bad customer service runs in the family.. As a business owner, I cant imagine even considering putting a new client or any client for that matter through something like that.. Some people just don't deserve to be in business, whatever you do don't call these people for oil, you will certainly regret your purchase..

He said they got delayed yesterday and their truck is not coming to my area today. I told him I have been waiting for the delivery for 4 days and my oil level is running very low since it has been very cold recently, constantly going to low 20F. Nobody even bothered to let me know that they are not coming to today as promised. He told me "Just buy 5 gallon diesel at gas station and pour in your fuel tank." If I did not make the call in the morning, I may find a cold house in surprise when I get back home in the evening. I was asking him if it is possible at all that their truck can make a stop at my house today. Then he becomes angry and rude. He told me he is "being nice and trying to help me" but I'd better "not push it" otherwise he will cancel my order. I told him this is not right - you charged me and promised me a delivery date - 4 days ago. Now you says you cannot do it as you promised - only become your truck is not coming in this direction today - and you are telling me to appreciate your "help" - of delaying my delivery? The least you can do is to apologize for the delay and ask my understanding - not using cancelling my order as a threat. He is obviously using the fact, that I have been waiting for 4 days for the paid and promised delivery and my oil is running almost empty, as a leverage, since if he cancels my order, I would have to pay extra emergency delivery fee to order from another company now. It is not like there is bad weather or anything like that - make them not possible to deliver. He said very clearly that he decided to delay my delivery because he is not coming to my direction and it is "inconvenient" for him, i.e. it is an economical decision to break their promise and pass the "inconvenience" to me - and he expects me to show "appreciation" for his effort of "trying to help" under the threaten of order cancelling. I told him either make the delivery today as we scheduled (and I would appreciate his "help" in that case) or cancel my order and refund me. Then he said he will cancel my order and hanged up on me. This is the true experience with this company today, 1/7/2025. I will not order heating fuel from this company any more.

Went in and told dan the owner what trouble i was having. He said sure he can take care of it. 4 days later he still had not looked at it and now said laptop won't power on. He said he took everything apart and checked it out. HE LIED. I took the laptop back and took the laptop apart myself. Thermal paste and everything i had upgraded was not touched. When returning laptop to me he told me he had it all apart and would reassemble in about 20 minutes. Well 1 minute later he gave everything back to me. This is how i know he did jack shit As far as people giving him 5 star reviews i wouldn't be surprised that the names were made up and they posted themselves If he had done right by me i would have given him some more business. However since doing nothing and lying to my face i have warned these people to stay away!
