This place literally cut up my fingers. I went there with my sisters for a girls day, and we all got manipedis, with gel/shellac nail polish. The guy who did my manicure made my fingers bleed!! I told him it hurt and he just grunted at me and dabbed the blood with a towel. Four of my fingers bled during the manicure, it was incredibly horrible. First of all, I wouldn't be writing the following review if I had been able to reach them by phone. They overbooked so bad that it's clear that the have their phone off the hook. First of all, my daughter went for a girls day for a mani pedi. While the entire inside edge of one of my big toes has zero polish on it, I guess I'm fairly happy. HOWEVER, the lady that my daughter had was awful. She bordered on rude. My daughters toes were a mess. They were smudged and the 'design ' she put on them looked like a mistake. After our manicures, she left my daughter so covered in oil that it ruined the top she was wearing. She was clearly so eager to get done that she did a terrible job. I had this same lady just prior to my sons wedding and had to repaint my own toenails because they were so bad. It was a special occasion and this left me in tears. Worst pedicure and service ive EVER received. Came for a girls weekend/birthday trip and was so disappointed. If I could give negative zeros I would. My sister, mom and I decided to go get manicures and stumbled upon this place. HORRIBLE decision! This place is way over priced. I get gel manicures in San Francisco every 2 weeks and pay only $25. This place charges $35 for basically an uneven gel polish application. The workers are so rude an don't seem to care about what want. All they care about is rushing and botching nail jobs. And I might add that my nail technician's nails were dirty and unprofessional. He had old clear acrylic on parts of his nails as well as old nail polish painted randomly. Stuff kept sticking to his insanitary fingers. Despite the bad reviews they were the only place open on a Sunday. They were super rushed and hurt me at times during pedicure barely any massage. For the Manicure she said she would do a partial since I was doing gel she ended up doing a full and charged me. She could not do the design I wanted which was simple. And charged me extra for the so called design she did do. Left edges unpainted, cuticles on, feet not smooth. We were at Jackson Rancheria Casino and were looking for a nice place to take my girlfriend for pedicures and nails done. We were told to try out Martell Nails . I was told their prices are slightly higher but very clean clean nail salon. To my surprises, this place was extremely well maintained and very clean place. The front receptionist desk guy was very well English spoken and professional. Their menu has 4-5 different pedicures/manicures to choose from , clearly labeled all charges. The most impressive about this place is that they package all tools in a clean sanatize bag. They have new clean pre-packaged buffer and filer for you to grab to bring down to the technicians to use on you . Very very impressive salon for a small town like Jackson. Horrible experience after making an appointment for 2 basic mani-pedis and quoted one price for two teens. After I checked the teen girls in for their basic main-pedi appointments and left, the girls were pressured several times to get "gel nail" because it's "much better". After repeatedly telling manicurists that they wanted only the basic mani-pedis, one manicurist put gel on one of the girls. They tried to get me to pay for gel when I picked the girls up. I told them I would pay for the services I had made the apt. for and that they should not pressure kids into getting more than what the paying adult made the apt. for. I Left the $ for the basic mani-pedis and no tip after the ladies and the business owner were extremely rude to me over the experience! Here's your tip...treat customers with kindness and respect and don't pressure kids into a more expensive package than what was not ordered in the appointment reservation!?! I am a penny pincher so I am always doing my own pedicure and I'll do my nails every once in a while but they always chip.... my friend wanted a girls day so I agreed but omfg wow the workers were good and quick but I paid for the both of us and we both got gel with no overhang and so basically it looks like as if I painted them ...and it ended up being $70 ..... I'm sorry but $70 for that when I could have made them look like that at home is just ridiculous!!!!!! So I gave them 2 stars because of the price ....when I got home I went on amazon and looked up a gel nail kit and it was $35-$45 so I will be investing in that next time and not going to an overpriced salon!!!!! read more

Just too pricy. My friend and I got a manicure and pedicure and I decieded to treat her and pay. It cost $155 plus the tip!!! They were trying to upsell me on a higher priced treatment as well... at those prices, I can only afford to go once or twice a year. The staff is terrific, and professional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!! This is hands down the WORST experience I have ever had at a "day spa". They have no business calling themselves a day spa. They rush you in and rush you out, they're rude and the $40 gel manicure I paid for was more like something my 5 year old SON could have done better at. The lady kept hurting me and when I expressed this to her she acted as though she didn't hear me or understand me. I paid an extra $20 to have the gel polish done in french manicure. She did one coat and by the time I went to bed it was chipping and looked like I hadn't just had them done. Not to mention they only take cash or local check. Everything is over priced and the products they use are cheap and some even look dirty. I wouldn't go here again if it was the only place for 100 miles. If you like flat lumpy fanned out acrylic nails and to be told "your too picky" when telling the person your paying $40 bucks to do your nails, what you would like... I'd definitely go here. I give this nail place 2 stars because the pedicure was ok, as long and you don't change your mind on nail color... She got visibly irate at me when I did... Undivided attention is not their strong suit either.. The guy who did my nails got up around 10 times and answered the phone the rest of the time, I am surprised they haven't lifted yet after a week ( I wish they would so I can go get a new set somewhere else). I paid the extra for a callus remover treatment, but didn't notice a difference in the way my feet felt after. The nail polish was really thick and crooked on the cuticle side. I went here got a manicure and pedicure $75 THAT'S RIDICULOUS!! the guy didn't even massage my legs and barely massage my feet!!! it was not at all relaxing. My pedicure chipped so bad in 2 days. They do not use quality nail polish and it's s rip off. I didn't know where else to go so I thought if go here again get a different person to do my pedicure and choose a different color nail polish. They are pushy and expect you to purchase their most expensive pedicure and when you don't they won't spend the time on you! They did a quick 12 minute pedicure and it is obvious. I have been going here for 3 years now and I usually put up with how rude and unprofessional they are because they can do a good job when they want to. But in the last year my nails have not came out the way they should. Bumpy crooked and rushed. Today I came in to only 3 technicians and asked if they have time they ignored me until the next person walked in and said to sign in and it would be 30 minutes, well after 6 people came and went and two other women walked out and about an hour waiting I asked if they had time for me and he told me once again to sign in and it would be 30 minutes.
