I have been here several times before and have been very happy with my manicures. Today, a male technician ruined my nails. He cut the nails on my right hand so short you can see the skin over the tops of my nails. He tried to shape them, but with nothing left to shape he was filing the skin on my fingertips (ouch). I stopped the manicure and spoke with the manager. Another technician tried her best to shape my nails and match the left hand to the disaster on the right. No offer of credit was made even though I am a repeat customer, the manager just agreed that the manicure was awful and offered multiple apologies. If you are offered the male technician to do your nails, decline and wait for another technician or go elsewhere. read more

The massage chairs are some of the newest and nicest I've seen & they have a ton of adjustments you can make like body height (petite, medium, & tall. I honestly do not like writing bad reviews but after my experience i felt the need to do this. i made an appointment over the phone for Sandy in particular and i was super excited to get my nails done by her because of all of the good reviews I saw and i have been a regular at this salon for pedicures so i have never had a problem. I arrive at 12:40 (my appt is at 12:45) and i got taken care of immediately which is the reason I gave the one star because this was the only good part of my experience honestly. I sit at station and i proceed to tell/show her what i want and she goes "okay" so i assumed everything was fine and she would do what i said because you know that's usually what happens at salons, right? so she proceeds to cut off more of my nail than I asked for as well as make them super uneven too which was frustrating because i have been growing out my nails for months so I can get this design. as she is doing the nails i see that she uses red dip powder for the french tip and the powder was spreading on the other part of my nail and messing up the nude part of the nail but i assumed that she was going to fix them but she never did. on top of ruining that i asked for no french tip on my ring finger because i wanted an accent nail and she proceeds to go "no it'll look bad like that" like excuse me? i am paying for these nails and i think that they look cute so i feel like it is my choice to have my nails the way i want. long story short she messed up my nails very badly and told me what i wanted was ugly and made me feel bad . as well as that she didn't give me what i wanted and just made me feel bad which sucks because i've been saving up for these nails for a while only to be treated like this. hopefully someone will see this and possibly reach out to help but from now on i will find somewhere else to go because of this. i'll include some pictures too for reference read more

Charged $35 for color change when they gave me a failed wrong color the day before. The bridal white shade appeared with grey tones under the dryer lamp and continued to be very grey when done. When I mentioned this, one of the staff said it was my skin tone that made it look grey. This has never happened to me before. Very disappointed as I was a regular. After only almost 2 weeks the gel polish is peeling off almost all of my nails on both hands. This is the 2nd time this has happened here. The time before it was within a week of getting my nails done. I have always been able to go 3-4 weeks in between a fill with gel polish. My daughter also got her nails done and the same thing both time times. We also got our toes done with gel polish and it is not lasting either. When I pay $200 that includes a tip for 2 fils and pedicures. I believe they should last longer. Besides they charge for EVERYTHING and we have been coming her for a long time!! We will NOT be coming back!! So beware I am not sure if they are buying cheaper products or what!!! read more

It's Wednesday and the gel is peeling off acrylic. I've never had that happen before. And the cuts from the guy sanding away at my skin are finally healing. So that's good.
