Second, they do fun things in the office! For example, for national pudding day, they gave out pudding cups when you left. And they are always doing raffles for a basket of goodies! Third, nothing ever pokes me, or is loose or broken. Some of my friends go to other offices and they always have a broken bracket, or something is poking them. But me and all the other kids I know who go to Burke, literally never have anything broken, loose, or poking us! Literally the best orthodontist in the area- BY FAR!!!!!!

I told him some glue came off my bottom retainer and I'd just like to glue it back on. He confirms just one needed some more glue to reinforce it. He asked if I wanted to keep my retainer then seemed annoyed when I said I definitely did. He left and a woman I hadn't seen yet came to me at 9:30 and told me to make the "repair" it would cost $125! Even with my insurance! Again it was literally just a tiny amount of glue to reinforce the bit that came off my bottom retainer on a single tooth. I said no thanks and left. It was a complete waste of time and honestly the entire thing was ridiculous. Why have appointment times if you're going to make everyone wait 20-30 minutes anyway? Also, I made this exact review on google and they responded in the most condescending and unprofessional way possible. They made up how I reacted and said I "sternly told them no and got up" I literally said "okay, then no thank you" then quietly got up and left. They said i "did not even try to have a conversation" but when I said no thank you, they said okay and moved on. Was I supposed to beg them to stay and explain why a pinch of glue would cost $125? All around a terrible experience and I would recommend going literally anywhere else.

They also dealt with two different insurance companies and different sets of parents making payments on the girls' braces. They handled it all like it was nothing but their pleasure. My daughter's teeth look great, she wore her retainer and came back to see him yearly for 6 years after the braces came off for no additional charge. I am glad she is done with braces and has a winning smile but I do miss the great women who worked in his office.
