Colt from Ram Jack came out and meticulously measured the elevations and they all fell within 1/2" of each other. He advised that doing nothing was the best option. He even took the time to show me how he obtained each of the measurements to make sure I understood the situation. He also described what to look out for to detect future foundation issues. Colt and Ram Jack just saved me $35,000. Colt declined my offer to pay him for his time. Without a doubt, make sure you get Ram Jack to give you an estimate before you go ahead with anybody else's proposal for your foundation issues.
