Without any pressure from him I decided to replace both doors as they were 17 years old and had significant mechanical wear in spots as well as some wood rot, both of which I had not noticed. The new installation was done in a completely professional manner. He was totally familiar with the work to be done and it was completed in just a few hours. Most noticeable was that it looked like a child had painted the entire house. There were drips, runs, and smears in every room along with paint on the floors and cabinets. As for our list, well, if it couldn't be fixed using caulking, it didn't get fixed. The real problems started just a month after moving in which is also when we started noticing all the poor quality of work. Windows which no longer open, cabinet doors that fall off in your hand, roof leaks which have continued to leak despite their attempt at repairs, cracked wood which had been thickly painted over in an attempt to hide, every door in the house makes a noise, floorboards which are lifting already... I could go on. Although we love our floor plan and location, in the year we've lived here, we've come to regret buying this house and will never buy from this builder again. Especially since WE are now in the process of having our house, which we share with our baby, tested for black mold.

Shane who runs the warehouse made it right- he immediately reordered our tile and adjusted our pricing to alleviate some of the unfortunate issues we had been dealing with. Review: We came here based off a recommendation to choose tile for an entire home renovation where we were using ceramic tile throughout plus more. Admittedly the selection is outstanding but that's where it stops... Salesperson was helpful only after being told we needed to come back at a set appointment to discuss options. A few visits later we finally were able to place the order. Keep in mind they do not visit site or provide any assistance in measuring. So, even after providing correct numbers salesperson called a few more times to ask for numbers again and at one point admitted to having misplaced them. And same salesperson continued having to consult with manager before moving forward... The whole process of just ordering was more complicated than expected, invoices so hard to read that we all had to ask for clarification, lunches being ate at desks while we waited for assistance, paying half up front ($7000+) and before even picking up the tile asked for full payment ($7000+ more) before my Construction supervisor could leave with a few items and finally after trusting the correct amount of underlay material was ordered after giving total square footage of home and then finding out we needed several more rolls because not enough was ordered costing us a few more thousand dollars .... As you can imagine this hurts our budget for house flooring at this point. When they came out to measure, the high tech equipment used took only a few minutes, and they were able to show us every nook and cranny detail, exactly as we wanted it. And we have a very large counters with angles. We visited the store and selected our quartz. The selection process and estimate was easy. The tear-out and install team of 3 were efficient, and knew exactly what to do. The cutdown of the raised bar was well done. Andre (our sales person) came out to inspect after the job. The quartz is stunning, and you can't see the seam. The measurements were PERFECT and I can't say enough about the professionalism, speed and efficiency of the entire process! my kitchen has been transformed, and it is beautiful.
