I called with very little hope and was told that he had one side window in stock but it would be Tuesday and it was Friday already and I had to drive back to Maine in January. He called me back and had me scheduled for the next morning, he called again a few min later and said that his field guy could meet me at a Toyota dealership just 15 min away in the direction I was driving and replace my window. The guy took 20 min and we were on our way for less than my $300 insurance deductible.
