This situation was so simple to avoid had St. Al's hired competent physicians that could understand labs results and dial a telephone. My wife pleaded with Shae regarding her debilitating symptoms and condition. We are so grateful for the Urgent Care Doctor and his translator in Vegas. Within 3 minutes and $50, we were made aware of her chronic illness that had persisted for 7 months. The good news is that she may recover given her deserved treatment in the hospital.

They make you doubt yourself as if you don't understand your body or the care you need. They used a very personal situation and weaponized it against me to try to convince me to continue care. They talked about my medical situation and goals out in front of the whole office rather than a private room (HIPPA violation). They charged me without my permission, when they told me I still had time to think about starting care or not. They followed me out to my car to relay a message that could have been handled through email or phone call. If you do not believe in their political views or religious views, you will feel excluded. I felt like a number for a business rather than a patient in a doctor's office that is receiving care. I will NOT be recommending services to any of my loved ones or friends.

My former docs had me on meds that were causing my migraines to be awful! She changed it all! I couldn't believe he did that, which was so unprofessional. I felt like my health didn't matter to this doctor. I get to the front desk and they tell me I need to pay my copay, which I don't have co-pays with my insurance and asked how much was the copay and visit. They said the visit was over $400 and my copay was over $60. I was so angry that they still billed my Ins over $400 for him to do absolutely nothing and tell me he can't help me. I refused to pay my copay and they waived it. I will never go to this office again.
