It was a big job with a lot of moving parts, and choosing the Perez brothers turned out to be one of the best decisions I made. I originally chose them because their quote was fair, but what really sold me was Santos himself. He was honest, straightforward, and gave me confidence that his team could handle everything--from carpentry and electrical to plumbing--without me having to juggle multiple contractors, even for the custom sauna. I knew I was dealing with someone I could trust during our first meeting. Santos noticed that my under-cabinet kitchen lights weren't working and showed me how to fix them with a $30 part from Amazon and about 20 minutes of work.
