He showed up Saturday afternoon (after the owner texted me several times to ask if the tech had showed up. He had not until later. No contact to inform me when he would arrive. Trust? Seemed to be an awesome RV tech - tech wise. Paid via check. As Todd left and after 10 minutes, Todd called to see if he brought my check back - could he get cash? I went out of my way to go to an ATM on a Saturday to replace the check with $914.00 in cash. I must say I had my doubts about this - but on faith, I gave him $900.00. He stated he would order the parts. We left for our scheduled trip in the motorhome on April 26 - Memorial Day weekend. While on the trip Todd called and the remainder of the parts were in. He requested, when we return home - give him about a week and he would return to complete the maintenance. Selected a day and general time - no show and no communication. Through the month of June and into July 14, two more times were scheduled - all no shows and no communication. Tuesday, July 14 was the last straw. I offered I would accept them shipping the parts to me (since I had paid for them in advance). No help. I also requested they refund my advance payment (and they had the parts). No help. This is unacceptable business practices by any business measure. And a complete failure on business communications. I am credentialed to state this as I am a recent 25 year university school of business faculty member and a former CEO of a sizeable Tech/Hi-Tech Human Resource Consulting firm. I built my business career and model on honesty, integrity, passion and compassion. I cannot say this about this business. Now heading on another route to complete this maintenance. I do not recommend On-Site Mobile RV Repair or King RV Repair.

I took a picture and showed him he was supposed to bring me a handle and replace it instead he drove out to my house. Charge me $75 to go and pull the handle to let my gray water drain. That was the problem. I was pulling the wrong handle . I was pulling the black water, but it had a broken handle so it was really hard. I feel like this guy knew exactly what the problem was. So he showed up did not show up with a new handle and charge me $75 to pull the black water tank handle. Definitely would not trust this guy at all. So the service call should've been him replacing the broke handle. I thought it was pretty strange because he came out here really quick and I thought oh well maybe he has the handles on stock or something but no he came out without the part. So basically, I had two handles and one of them had a broken handle that I could not pull and the one that I was pulling was not the gray tank so this guy came out here without the new handle that I asked him for just wait for him to make a quick $75 without doing any work whatsoever. I even have the text messages still I will be uploading those later. They're on another phone.

I can honestly say this was one of the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I rarely leave reviews but when people are looking to purchase something that is so costly steer clear. I am not local to the area , I found an RV that I wanted more information on and reached out via email. They reached out first thing the next day and we were ready to move forward. I had been in very close contact all day with our sales agent and went as far as submitting a credit app to have them run our credit. It wasn't until after our credit was ran that we got a call saying "oh sorry the camper just sold to someone else"...... 1. Why did you run our credit if someone else already had a credit app in for the same unit 2.Why weren't we informed before taking a ding to our credit that we had no shot. It felt like since we were not there in person we were pushed to the side and completely screwed over. I got a call a few days later from the manager saying how sorry they were, they weren't sure how this happened and they were going to make it right. I wasn't sure how seeing as how the camper we wanted now belonged to someone else but was willing to see what came of it. We continued our search for a different camper and thought we had found one about a month late. I reach out to the sales agent as well as the manager asking how they were going to be able to "make it right" I simply asked what that looked like, through our a few options, to see if I was on the right track or way off base. I would get vague responses and eventually none at all. Once again since I was not there in their face I was pushed to the side and not cared about. Unfortunately good customer service is incredibly hard to come by and from my experience does not exist at this location. If it were me I would go anywhere else.!
