Never knew about life time warranty until last month, one of the window cracked. We didn't have any receipt or anything, just an email we did 14 years ago. We just contacted the company on their website and amazingly, they have the record by the address. The service department was so helpful, they contacted us and contacted the manufacturer to set up appointment with the case number to get it replaced. The windows were replaced 14 years ago in one day and we had many custom sized windows. The amazing thing is they know exactly which window that cracked by us describing the location of the window. Anlin Delmar (Milgard) called us and setup the appointment. They came and replaced the windows in a few hours. It was amazing and we're extremely happy. I got one phone quote for +$1k for just the rollers, which I thought was excessive. C&C quoted me a flat rate of $395 to pull the door, replace the rollers and lube the track. I thought that was a bargain! Handle replacement was another $265. Victor came out and pulled the door and examined the rollers. He assured me the door could be fixed. He ordered new rollers and came back a few days later. I also asked him if he could replace the door handle as well. When all the dust settled, my sliding door was functional again and the door handle was replaced. Everything turned out great. I wasn't there for the final install, but he sent me a video and I talked with my tenant, who was 100% satisfied. Payment was made online via credit card. Perfect. I'd definitely use them again.
