When the glass pane of my door broke every company i contacted sent a small text that didnt help my situation at all. They all sent a number or a one sentence message with an estimate. Fair Glass was the ONLY one that called me and told me what product he had in stock, which would fit best, the price, and when he can come and help. His work quality is top tier and he pays close attention to detail making sure everything is right. He even allowed me to watch him work and explained to me his process as he fixed my door!! We just had excellent service from Fair glass! We got a quote from several vendors and they have one of the best quotes. But pricing aside, what made Fair Glass good was their service and prompt follow-up. They came on site to measure (which a lot of shops refused to do), and then they came second time to double check on the measurements to ensure the sample is fitting our needs. Last but not the least, they delivered the glass and hauled them upstairs! And we have 3 flights of stairs!
