I gave some basic dietary restrictions and Chef Michael came back with a gorgeous menu that we tweaked slightly based on conversation (and photo envy from his website and Yelp page). The service was amazing, they were on time, brought everything they needed, had the best and most polite staff with them and provided top-notch service all night (everyone was well fed and hydrated). The food was incredibly, we had more of a raw/Japanese style stater with the most amazing sashimi and tuna tartare, followed by this incredible salad and roasted red pepper and tomato soup, followed the most tender filets (and bone marrow for the decadent folks) or perfectly cooked halibut. This of course does not include the palette cleanser that became an instant Instagram photo for some of the diners.
