We had Martiniz Fresko cater our wedding for 160 people. They were phenomenal!! The chef, Luis, was so passionate when talking about his menu. Sonia, who I believe is the Coordinator, made sure my husband and I were taken care of throughout the night. Both were incredible. Most importantly, the food was amazing. She and her team provided delicious food for a faculty retreat at the University I am employed with. The faculty raved about the food and kept asking where I got it from. Would not recommend to anyone look elsewhere they catered our wedding we Bought a total of 110 plates but were only served 78 due to people not being in their seat. But there was place cards when we bride/groom ask for the extra plates. We were told flat out no. my groom even asked for a second plate and they never brought it. The portions are nowhere near what they serve you at the food tasting probably only half or less than that The food is decent tasting but not worth the way we were treated especially on our big day. Finally!!!! A catering service where I was truly able to enjoy my party and did not have to worry about the food at all! The food was amazing, and the service was amazing! With everything going on, I was trying to think of a way to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday in a big and safe way. I am always late once I get to actually planning but Luis came to the rescue with his Hawaiian theme entrees and sides. The desserts were amazing too!! We ordered the tiramisu, raspberry churros, lemon bars, tuxedo bars, and fruit tarts. The entree's were delivered in hotboxes so there were kept hot.
