After many calls, trips back and text messaging, customer service offered us a refund of $20 (less than the original cost of cleaning which was $35). When original receipt with the $35 dollar charge was sent them, they sent back a receipt allegedly rung up at the same time and date as the one we supplied with the $20 charge and refund. How could you have done a refund at the same time and date and the original receipt?! Offering $20 for ruining a jacket with the excuse that they are not responsible for damages is insulting and ridiculous! Then who is responsible??? A screen-printing business we consulted to repair the jacket stated that Sheldon should have never tried to dry clean as the chemicals they use are damaging to the printing.

Ann & Monroe charges $7.50 for a pair of pants and the quality is just as good or better than any other cleaner in GR. Check them out on google for more reviews, but you won't be disappointed with their price, quality, and friendly service.

The employee said the regulator needed cleaning and did so right then. I contacted the corporate office and they stated it was user issue that my blankets were ruined (Label states dry on Low, so dryer on LOW.) They were 90+ % scorched and had black burn marks on them. I offered to meet with them and show them the scorched blankets and inspect them and then burnt dryer sheets. They sent me an email stating it was an "user issue" and I would not be compensated and the machine was not broken. I had told them that the machine had certainly malfunctioned. They did not agree. I will not do laundry here again and tell anyone I speak with and know to do exactly the same. Such a shame.

The very kind pickup gentleman let us know the store was actually open until 3:00 with limited holiday hours. Later that day, I unfortunately had an accident on a silk blouse I planned to wear, so we made a second trip to the cleaners. The moment we went through the drive-through, Katrina immediately started teasing my husband about what he forgot, and we all shared some laughs. During our conversation, she also shared a story about how she and her husband helped someone who was going through a difficult time. It was such a genuine reminder that kindness still exists and that there are truly good-hearted people in the world.
