Their prices reflect that they THINK they are in Beverly Hills. This cleaners and the shopping center where it is located has absolutely no similarities to the customer service that one can get in Beverly Hills! I was their Saturday, 5/5/18 to bring a simple knee length dress for cleaning. The counter staff did not smile or offer a courteous greeting. The lady acted smug and entitled as if I was an intrusion in her day. She quoted $20.00 to clean a simple dress? Really? . . . what planet do you think you're on? Besides the rude customer service, outrageous, laughable prices, the place was very dirty. If you're going to charge outrageous prices at the very least clean up your facility and hire staff that knows a thing or two on how to provide decent customer service. read more

I was just advised my shirts were done but my pants were not. The problem? I live in Oregon and the dry cleaner is in Santa Fe, NM. When I dropped the items off I specifically said I need the garments back as I will be leaving town to go home.. I was advised "no problem. They will be ready." Big Problem. I had to drive to the plant and pick them up and then leave town to head home. Of course they still charged me..... To get the charges reimbursed takes the GM's authority so a delay would occur. The only person who deserves recognition is Veronica. She is always friendly, polite and in a happy mood. She recognizes regular customers as they approach the parking lot. She is fast and efficient. She gets 5 stars! As for the owner/manager of this place, she is quite RUDE! She pick and choose who she wants to be nice or rude to. No customer service skills. I am so disappointed in this establishment as we do business with them on a weekly basis. We only go here because it's on the way home from work and it's convenient. We are thinking to take our business to the one on Saint Francis. Manager/owner : if you are having a bad day, or you do not feel well to at least not be mean to your customers, then please stay home and let other people like Veronica do her excellent job. read more

This is the only dry cleaner on the south side of town. I rarely take items in but every time I do the staff is incredibly rude. Once I went early in the morning to drop off a bag(they were open) and was snidely asked, "Who comes to the cleaners this early?" On my last visit when I politely asked a question regarding my account the clerk actually grunted. I'd be rude back, but I'm not capable. My advice is to drive the extra miles to a different cleaners. They don't do anything that is shockingly great with my clothing. I only suffered the lack of customer service because of the proximity, but they have worn me down. read more

Excellent service....I took in my pillow case covers to be cleaned. One of the covers was damaged...Kim went above and beyond to locate another pillow for me. They replaced it. I appreciated Kim's quick response to address the problem. She was very friendly and courteous. read more

Excellent service as usual. Even dog treats for my puppy. The dry cleaning was done well also. I live by the Rodeo Plaza so this location is really convenient for me. It's very nice that they have a drive thru pick up. They will give you an accurate pick up time when you drop off. Some items may take extra time. Like my chenille throws for example. They always let me know if it will be a couple of days. Overall, I am satisfied with the services. read more

Last time I came with my husband to drop off two very expensive winter coats..the one lady was very nice! She was either Hispanic or Asian, friendly as can be, and great customer service. Today(3 days later) I came to pick up the coats, this time without my husband. The lady "kitty" was very chit chatty with the two customers ahead of me, but never acknowledged that I walked in, no hello..nothing. She chatted to the guy at the drive thru window for a long time, left the woman ahead of me waiting..was friendly to her once she was up next. The lady paid, and kitty began chit chatting with her...not even a "I'll be with you in a moment" to me...still no hello. It was finally my turn, she took my ticket, and told me what to pay. No acknowledgement other than that. If I'm paying 40 bucks, I atleast deserve a hello. I'm half Caucasian, half Hispanic...makes me think kitty must be racist as the two people before me were 100% white and she was super friendly with them. The three stars is for the woman who helped us out on Saturday September 9th,2017 around 2:30..whoever you were, you're great! Please keep up the friendly service...as for kitty...you're quite rude and most likely racist. No stars for you. read more
