They were polite and decent people, otherwise I would have left 1 star only. Brought my clothes here and two of my favorite collared shirt got messed up. There is some weird discoloration on the right armpit and sleeve. They said it could be due to sweat, but if it were sweat then why is the other side unaffected? Do I only sweat out of my right side? Also the collar of another one of my shirts has holes in it now. These clothes are unwearable now ;-( read more

I never used a dry cleaners before so I don't have much to go on but I did appreciate that they were able to get my dress cleaner than expected. When I brought my dress in there was some yellow stains I think from time not sure what their phone and the Lady behind the counter told me she did not think she could get them out ,but would try ,and when I got it back most of the yellow stains were gone. The only thing is my dress had a little stitch loose and needed a small fix and they couldn't do that but that was fine. read more

It's a small shop run by a quiet but friendly gentleman who listened to what I wanted and gave me a quick time table. 2 button ups, 2 pants came out to be ~$12. Took a pair of pants and a shirt to get cleaned, the letters on the shirt were burnt and they didn't clean the pants properly I took the pants home and finished cleaning them myself. Cheap for the quality they offer. 2) SPOT-LESS suits, blazers, everything you turn in. Unless it's some pink dye that nothing can take out, then it stays. I was dissatisfied with my previous cleaners because they had messed up a few of my dress shirts. I took those same dress shirts over here to get fixed, along with a pair of pants I needed hemmed and some other stuff I needed dry cleaned. The lady who helped my was real helpful and patient with everything I needed to get done. I was able to tell she fully grasped all my requests. They were going to have everything done within 3 days which I thought was more than reasonable considering the amount of clothes I had. I volunteered to give an extra day since I didn't need the stuff anytime in the near future. I picked up my items and checked them all right then and there and everything was 100%. I came home and tried on the pants that I needed hemmed and it too was 100%. Only small recommendation I would have is if they could include a small changing area since I would have liked to try the pants on right then and there to avoid a potential trip back. And lastly, you can consider their prices comparable to the local cleaners in the area. read more

They stained my dress!! I took a brand new dress to get cleaned because it had a few make up stains on it from being tried on. When I got it back, I noticed that there were stains on it that weren't there before!! When we took it back the guy said "oh that happens sometimes when the garment is black and white. The black can bleed onto the white." Now I don't know how that is even possible when the white part is in top and black is on the bottom. They took the dress back to clean it again and although most of the stains were gone, there was a horrible chemical smell that I had to deal with the whole time I wore it. If that "happens sometimes" with black and white garments, you think they might want to mention that!! Uggghhh. Won't be going there again! read more
