I had my fully beaded wedding dress cleaned here. I got married in Hawaii so the bottom was filled with grass, sand, dirt and a ton of stains. When I picked it up after cleaning, it was as good as new! Not a grass stain in sight and all beads were still in tact. Highly recommend this business! read more

I hardly ever need a dry cleaning service but i bought this huge down blanket from Costco and my german shepherd thought playing in the mud and then going to jump on my bed was a good idea. Needless to say woodlake cleaners was friendly and prompt. I had my blanket the next day and it looked brand new! I took my wedding dress here to be steamed a few days before my wedding. The staff was friendly and said it would be$60. I had a family member pick up the dress for me and I didn't see it until it came out of the plastic on my wedding day. The wrinkles were gone. But, there were two pinkish marks on the dress, right out of the bag. It looked like makeup. In addition it looks like they had taken an iron to it and fused the fabric in two different spots toward the bottom. Unbelievable! I didn't let it ruin my day - there was enough fabric that these spots weren't immediately noticeable but I had a few family members com up to me and ask what happened so it was bad enough! I saw that they advertise wedding dress preservation so they should have the experience but they clearly don't have their best person working on wedding dresses. Try somewhere else! read more

I panicked when at 10:30am on a Friday my boyfriend realized his suit was in need dry cleaning for a wedding on Saturday. I called our regular cleaners and was told, "sorry, for same day items need to be here by 10:00". A quick Google search lead me to Woodlake Cleaners and to see if my request was possible. I recently found Woodlake Cleaners through Yelp (thank you). The staff is very friendly and happy to help you. The facility is clean and you feel good about leaving your items with them. The pricing seems average. $25 for 2 shirts (light starch) and 3 pants, you pay when you pick up. The items were ready for pick up two days after I dropped them off. My husband was pleased with the results. Their hours of business are good. They open at 6:30a during the week so it's convenient to drop off before work and they don't close until 6:00p during the week. I think I've found our permanent dry cleaners! read more

Been going here for 6+ years without incident. If you're in a pinch and need something quickly, they try to accomodate you. The owner and the staff he hires are conscientious employees, who are always wiling to help you. It reflects on the owner (Dean) and his values as the business owner: he doesnt hire slackers or unhelpful people. I used to go to a previous dry cleaner in town who "lost" some of my silk shirts ($100+) each WITH NO EXPLANATION OR APOLOGY. Turns out, they accidentally gave the order to someone else (about $300 worth of my clothes) & that person graciously returned the clothes. The cleaners had no explanation or plan to rectify the situation. I have not had any problem with Woodlake. They seem like responsible, caring people. I have used other dry cleaners in town to dry clean my Shelby GT500 and Team Shelby pit crew shirts and they came back more dirty than when I took them in. The shirts were always covered in lint, fuzz balls and pet hair! Plus were never pressed. Both times I brought them into Woodlake Cleaners they went above and beyond to return my shirts looking brand new. Prices were even better than the other places plus was done faster than expected. I have used this cleaner a few times. I think they do a decent job but I am very unhappy about the fact that my last name was written on the inside tag of a blouse I dropped off and it was rather pricy. I feel like they should have some type of proper tagging system in place to distinguish who an item belongs to without having to resort to writing in pen on someone's belongings. What if it wasn't my blouse, but a friends or family members?? I just do not think that this is ok to do. read more

Convenient location, with easy, and plentiful parking. Friendly staff, that offers fast service for all your dry cleaning needs. They also have alternations, which is helpful. The business is clean, and doesn't seem to have that strong and obnoxious chemical smell, that seems to hang thick in the air, at most dry cleaning establishments. They lost my order and strung me along for weeks telling me it would be on the next van to my area. This review is strictly about their alterations not dry cleaning services. Well, this was my go to place for alterations but not anymore. The previous woman who did alterations, Wanda, is no longer there and I wouldn't recommend the new woman. I brought my wedding dress in there to have a few minor things added to the dress, nothing out the ordinary and she would not listen to what I was asking and kept suggesting she sew in Velcro to my dress which I told her multiple times I didn't like but she didn't listen to that. I ended up walking out with my dress in hand and took it somewhere else where they did exactly what I had envisioned without Velcro in my wedding dress. Their dry cleaning services are still great but not the alterations, and I'm not the only one who has had issues with her too. read more

Exact same thing as some one else mentioned. Had two suits dropped off and some pants and a shirt. Everything was great, but I just noticed that both suits have had the last name written on the tags on the inside of the jackets. One of the last names is spelled wrong. Neither are my actual last name since I was not the one dropping them off. I would think "hey we are going to write on your clothing in sharpie" should be something you are told upfront. read more

I come here for all my dry cleaning needs! They have a very good deal for job seekers. They will dry clean your interview suit for you for free. Very helpful for someone unemployed and looking for work. I've brought my clothes here about 4 times but had only 1 mishap. I asked for suspender buttons. They added the correct amount of buttons, but in the wrong spots. 4 in the back and 1 on each side. So unfortunately I had to drive all the way back after I picked them up to have them fixed. Wasting that precious gasoline. But the seamstress was nice enough to drop what she was doing and fix it for me so I didn't have to leave and come back again. I'm still going to continue to give them my business, but it would have been nice to be offered a discount on the services since I had to inconvenience myself. Oh well. It's life. read more

My husband bought a suit and needed the sleeves shortened and only had two days to get it done. We took it to Woodlake Cleaners and they graciously shortened his sleeves and did a beautiful job and did it quickly!
