I took a Red Hoodie and a Superman "S" patch and asked them if they can Stitch the Patch on the Hoodie and they said YES its gonna cost you $12.00 OK Cool. I asked Please Center the Patch and put it on Straight. The day of the pick up came I picked up my Red Hoodie my mistake was I didnt check it till I got home later that night. The Superman "S" was off center to right and way to LOW. I wasnt happy my family told me to go back and ask them to repair it I didnt because I dont want the hoodie and the patch to get damaged any further. I took the hoodie to a different Lady in town to fix their mistake and she did. Dont say YES WE CAN DO IT, ITS $12.00 THEN SCREW IT UP NOT COOL AT ALL. This is probably one of the cheapest alteration stores in Stockton with quality outcomes. The middle aged lady who does the alterations, is very knowledgeable and is able to do original hem on my jeans. I don't trust many alteration shops as my jeans are too expensive to mess up. The older gentleman who accepts payments can get to personal sometimes and act like every joke he makes is funny (which it's not because some are offensive: saying how certain races should do a particular job) There's limited parking and BE CAREFUL when entering the parking lot, as it's so elevated you may damage the bottom of your vehicle. read more

My first bad experience was when I had the sleeves of my suit altered for an interview that was out of town. I didn't have time to try it on beforehand. The morning of the interviewed I discovered they shortened one sleeve an inch or so more than the other. It was very noticeable and it was embarrassing to go into an interview. I brought it back and they fixed it same day. The next negative experience (I will not give them a third chance) was I dropped off 3 shirts to be cleaned and 3 pants to be hemmed on Monday. They asked what day I would like to pick them up. Thursday being Thanksgiving I said Friday, and that is what they wrote on the receipt. I show up Friday afternoon to discover they will not be open until the following Monday....and hence the negative review. read more

Great dry cleaners and very affordable! Came here for the first time last week and they were quick and friendly to take care of me.  I pointed out a few stains on my shirts and they marked each one with stickers to ensure it receives the proper care. I picked up my shirts this morning and they looked perfect. Stains were gone and they were ironed perfectly. I forgot what it was like to get good dry cleaning. I used them for the first time because my husband comes here. I had seven dresses that needed to be hemmed . Three of those dresses that I've never worn was cut either to short or uneven. They do a great job. I clean infrequently but it's always been very good. There was a small spot left once but they redid it and I was happy. I alter my clothes a lot. I'm short which makes it hard to find clothes that properly fit. My pants always have to be shortened. They have turned out perfectly every time. I've had a few sleeves on blazers done. Again, they turned out perfect. I had an evening dress that was too long and a little too loose. She made it fit perfectly. I've come here before to get my lab coat altered but the first time it was 30 min before closing so the lady at the front told me that it was too late. I know it does not take 30 minutes to alter something. I came back the next day to get it altered and when I picked it up the alter was pretty good. The sleeves were a little short. Which is why I'm giving 2 stars. 3rd time I come I want to get a dress altered. After the tailor fitted me I paid so I wouldn't have to pay when I came back in 4 days. When I came back 4 days later to pick up my dress, the dress wasn't ready. Apparently it was hidden between 2 clothing items on the rack so the tailor didn't even start working on my dress yet. She said to come back in 30 min so I did. When I came back it was done, but the worst part was the clerk tried to make me pay again!! He had no record that I paid when I dropped off my dress initially. Thank goodness I had the receipt with me. I am never coming here again. You're better off driving a little further around town to get something tailored than to come here. read more

I have gotten jeans, dresses and slacks hemmed here and all was perfect. I have gotten prom dresses dry cleaned here and came out better than when they went in. I love the seamstress and the old man. Don't go here!!! The alterations are atrocious. They ruined a pair of my daughter's pants. She had dress pants with a sheer outer layer. Both layers were way too short and the inner black layer that can be seen is 3 inches shorter than the outer. Another piece in that order was charged in advance and nothing was even done. To top it off the 2 other pieces were hemmed but not pressed. The manager was very unprofessional trying to bully my daughter with stories of his success in fighting big corporations. I had a pair of jeans hemmed and tapered one leg was more tapered than the other and I called them to let them know so they can fix it she had major attitude and told me I would have to pay another fee of 25$!!! A little disappointed with the dry cleaning services here. I brought my down comforter and pea coat in on Monday hoping to at least get the coat back the same day or next day considering it was New Years Eve and I would need it. She said she would try however Tuesday I got a call saying they had not started the coat because there was a missing button. I dropped the coat off early Monday...if I knew it was going to be an issue I would have told them about the button. So now it's Thursday and I still don't have the coat or comforter. I will not be coming back to this business. I had three pairs of pants (two jeans, one pair of khakis) taken in at the waist. First of all, they didn't call me when the order was ready, so I had to call after several days of waiting to find out it was ready. When I picked them up, my jeans looked horrible! There were huge amounts of fabric sticking out that the seamstress didn't notice. I tries to get a refund, but the seamstress insisted she could fix them. I let her try to fix them, and all the seams were crooked! I couldn't wear them. And they STILL would not give me a refund, because the seamstress claimed they were still fixable. I didn't want her working on them anymore, so that's $40 wasted. On top of that, the back belt loop of my khakis popped off when I wore a belt with them. Luckily, I brought them in and the owner had the seamstress fix them immediately. I took my jeans to Aghazarian's in Lincoln Center. I've heard better things about their alterations. Hopefully, that seamstress can fix the horrible job done on my Levi's. read more

Bad experience. Came to get alterations on pants . Was told to return before close . As requested returned before close and they decided to leave early and I needed pants for a business trip. I get back to pick up pants and they tell me my pants are no where to be found. Apparently they sort by last name . They never put my last name on there slip . I proceed to tell them that my pants are no where but there . I literally have to walk back and find my pants which did not have my last name on there . Horrible experience. Lack of organization . This is the only place I go to get my clothes altered. The seamstress is very talented. She can do almost anything that other tailors couldn't do for me. Now that I no longer live in Stockton, I still drive half an hour to get my clothes altered here.
