BEWARE!!! If you love your clothes and your well earned money, please don't go there. They are dishonest and have no accountability. I dropped off a cashmere sweater and a coat. They were both damaged. The owner denies to be the owner of the location and the manager does not respond to calls. I still waiting for compensation on my items, however no one has an answer. I asked for my clothes back and the Stockton owner location states that if I want it, I needed to drive to the Tracy location to get it. read more

I've been going here for quite some time, usually I only take uniforms to get cleaned and press and I've never been disappointed. I've also brought my curtains to be cut and they did a really great job. The lady in the front not very talkative she's soft spoken but always greets you with a smile. read more

the price is what got me to go, and it is cheap. But some times you really do get what you pay for!!!!! I took some cloths in and my coats came back with cleaner tags and were not cleaned(YIKS) I called and complained and they said I must be wrong, hey I know when something is cleaned or not. Wrinkled and smelly with spots IS NOT CLEANED. you would think they would compensate me for my trouble instead of just saying bring them back in. Well I did and they did clean them, but this was not the only time this has happened. So I am taking my cloths back to Cannon cleaners, they are expensive but my cloths always look and smell good. Please don't come here, this people LOST MY UNIFORMS and they did not care. The manager don't pick up the phone, don't return calls and I had to go and buy another uniform, not to count pay for express pick up to get my name embodied in my shirts. They called me way later after a very stressful day to let me know they found my uniforms. I went to pick it up, again wasting my money on gas and my time. The lady sees me coming in and instead of handing my stuff onto me I am supposed to wait for a line of customers she has ahead of me. You would think that due to the circumstances they would jump and prioritize so they can make up for their mistake. I would give this place zero stars if possible. I dropped off a pair of dress pants for dry cleaning, the paints had a few small stains that would EASILY come out in any normal wash. However when I picked up the pants the SAME exact stains were still there, it's like they only pressed the pants. I will never go back here and strongly suggest anyone who values the $$$ they earn don't go here as well. read more

i rarely need to use dry cleaner services but a wrinkled shirt wasn't going to work for an upcoming presentation. i picked one that opened pretty early which happened to be this store. i brought in my shirt at 7AM on saturday. I took 2 new pair of pants there for pressing. Who presses pants with the crease going to the inside and outside of your leg....rather than to the front and rear of leg? They do. Have been coming here for 7 years and every time I come it gets worse. It is partially my fault, should have gone to another cleaners years ago. read more

This is the worst cleaners I have ever been to first of all you pay up front and when I pick up my clothes one of my skirts was very wrinkled the other they totally ruined with a big hole in it I was asked to bring in the ruined skirt the next day because the manager would be their all day however when I got their the next day they say have to send the skirt to manager just giving me the runaround. I have been to this business a few times over the past several weeks, mostly because its close to my house, and was cheap. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. The first time i went , i dropped off a blouse and a dress for dry cleaning. When i picked the items up two days later, the cleaning of the blouse was questionable. It seemed to have the same wrinkles, but i couldnt be sure, so i let it slide. I was going to ask the only female attendant, but since she was too busy yakking on the phone ( same as the time before), i let it go. The following week, the same lady was there, yakking on the phone again. The whole time she was " helping me" print a receipt for my wedding dress to get pressed, she was teaching her 8 year old daughter to use the cash register. how cute. NOT. Unfortunately the following day , i had to return to drop off my fiance's( at the time) suit, to get pressed also. I told her i forgot to drop it off with my dress, and can i please pick it up the next day with my dress ( seems everything from pressing to cleaning takes 2 days). She replied in her deep accent, and STILL on the phone) that it wasnt possible to get the suit pressed by the next day. By that time i was frustrated and told her never mind, ill take it somewhere else. By that time i lost all trust and good faith in them. She then PROMISED she could have it done, but ill have to pick it up at closing time the next day. Against my better judgement, i left the suit, and told her id be back the next day for the wedding dress and suit. Well....my fiance goes the next day at closing time to pick up the items. Gee...what a surprise. The suit is not there. Seems that they do NO services in that location , and all items are sent to Tracy. And the suit was still in Tracy. My fiance was upset and told her to please call and see why his suit wasnt back in time as promised. While he was waiting, the same lady attendant took it upon herself to tell another woman at the counter ,in spanish,( obviously her friend) that this guy is mad cuz hes getting married tomorrow and his suit isnt ready. The other lady replied " why doesnt he just get married in shorts!!" HAHAHAHAHAH. Obviously they didnt know my fiance spoke spanish. They told him to come back at 7 (after hours) and the suit will be there. He told her that he would be back at 7and that " he doesnt wear shorts much". She knew she was caught. He then left. She took it upon herself to then call the house number ( where i was , not knowing WHAT was going on), and changed the time to 8. So in the end we had to go back at 8 pm and get the suit from some guy that didnt even speak english and tried to give us someone elses shirt. CHEAP is not worth it!!! Ive learned my lesson and im never going back there. read more

I like this place. The prices are very cheap. The young lady who helped me went above and beyond for the letterman jacket I brought in, and she remembered my name after a week went by without me being able to pick up the items I dropped off. Unfortunately, I too had a very unpleasant surprise when I put a white dress in to be cleaned and it came back brown. Of course, the only thing they said was bring it back in. It took three times! On another occassion, I sent my son to drop off items only to have him come home ripped off! They charged him high prices that I have never paid when going there. It is true - you get what you pay for! I called the woman and she said the computer tells her what to charge. Very unprofessional. Can't beat the prices but you get what you pay for. I requested to have sweaters folded and bagged or folded over the hanger and sweaters came back hung on the hangers. Now sleeves have stretched and are longer now and have hangers forms at the shoulders of sweaters. They do laundered shirts good. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY!! My husband dropped off his dress shirt and our daughters dress and bloomers (set). When he went to pick it up they only returned his shirt and the baby dress no bloomers. He asked the woman employee about the missing piece and she said she would call on it and call him back the following day. He never received a call back and when he called back in the evening for a follow up all she said was she didn't know and promised to again call him the following morning. No call again. My husband has been calling daily for a week now and all that the woman says is "I don't know, I don't know what to tell you". He asked to speak to a manager and conveniently he was not there and would be in until the next day. Again another promise to talk to someone else and ask and call back the following day. No resolution no offer to reimburse us for what they lost. These are part of a Burberry dress set and are expensive!! I know we will not get that promised call tomorrow morning by 10 so I got fed up and filed a complaint with BBB. We'll see if they answer to them. i should have listen to the nice lady that warned me not to use park avenue service because they lost her one of a kind expensive shirt. trying to support local business i went a head and placed my clothing with the cleaners. my husband suit / tux from our wedding and what he had plan on wearing for my brothers funeral was destroyed. there were holes all over the jacket and pants, my jacket had to worn spots on the both front pockets and the other items were still dirty. the cleaners refuse to except any responsiblity and suggest bugs or something destroyed the suit. i find it funny that the holes or burns are in places the cleaners equipment would utlized to press like in the crotch area. it does not take a rocket scientist to figure out they had their equipment to hot for the suit. i strongly warn and recommend that no one use their service if you value your clothing that was the warning i received and did not take. read more
