I could honestly live off it. Prices are very fair for the quality you're getting, which is rare these days. The store is always clean, well-stocked, and just has that classic local butcher feel. Don't forget your bacon, it's next level! I've also purchased half cows and pork in the past, and everything was handled professionally, cleanly, and exactly how it should be. They had a nice crispy exterior with creamy potato on the inside. The Mac and cheese was good, with a creamy texture, I myself could have just used some pepper on it. The shop has a multitude of selections, from oils/vinegars/olives/dishware/teas/apparel. During this visit, I purchased the Aged Raspberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar, which pairs well with basil, garlic, lime.
